ok app, though it can't scan those vouchers, so you have to type in all the numbers. Addition: A phone is a private mean of communication. why does Orange send you uo to two publicity SMS' a day? No option of unsubscribe to this.

I downloaded this app so that I can review it, then I am going to delete it. Just reading the Ridiculous list of permissions it requires makes me dislike it and refuse to use it. Orange has a good customer service, it's disappointing to see this app, I will check it again in the future to see if that changes, even though I doubt it will ever happen -_-

Bad internet expensive offers all the 3 operators has the sames exact offers there is no difference copy paste..it's like you have no choice.. The App full bugs.. And cant open it with wifi only with data connection.. This app is Primitive. All they care about is taking people's money..... no good services no good offers.

قمة البهامة انكم تبدلو اسم الapp و ال icone باش كي يجي client يلوج عندو ما يلقاهاش. When I run out of internet, I cannot use the app to buy more internet. Every single time I open the app, there's a pop-up requesting notifications permission. If I accept, I get spammed with useless notifications.

At first I thought my phone got hacked and some malware installed this weird app I have never seen before. So you go from the universally recognizable brand name and icon to a totally irrelevant name and interface and call it your update of the year? Wow, the innovation (-_-) What in the world, Orange? You still have time to revert this mess.

Although the varity of features this application provides in comparison of the non existing competition, the lack of accessibility is what make it 👎, cannot use it over wifi, cannot have account with multiple numbers on it (pnt goes for ooredoo), cannot recharge the sim with Credit card unless you have 3G (seems like an extortion to me 🥲), last thing currently you cannot wire money with the Credit card because the drop down list for the expiration date is not working(being like this for ages)

Before the update, the app was already bad. After the update, things got worse: the app icon no longer reflects the app content (what does max it tn even mean); no dark theme; you don't get the date when your balance or internet credits end, instead you get days left (who -in the world- thinks in term of days left?). You can no longer scan the lengthy top-up card code using your cam, instead, you have to insert it the old way; and the app navigation is very misleading. 1 star and uninstalled.

Doesn't work on a rooted device horrible ai lots of messages being spammed and no unique features. No reason to have the app

The latest update is a disappointement , I was able to check my balance with my internet pack and get to renew my internet pack freely , now it oblige me to use my credit card , that's truly sucks , fix it asap plz

Bad ui/ux experience as of the latest update. I would much prefer the simple yet intuitive interface it had before (myorange). The current version is atrocious, as if a project manager forced the ui/ux designers to cram in as much features as possible. Such outcome resulted in a visually cluttered and overscaled app that no user can navigate to their objective without being frustrated!

worst app ever, nothing works, bad ui, infinite loading screens, every button returns error. should just switch to an other operator because you can't do anything with this one.

Made me loose money without getting my top up recharge - leaving me poorer and without working internet. There is no way to check the transactions. The online help doesn't work well. Terribly annoying.
