Worst app. It's been more than 4 hours, my transfer is still under processing. I tried to contact customer support and they take ages to reply. I don't recommend this app to anyone at all. First they're gonna take hours to verify your profile and then once you pay to them to transfer funds they'll take as much time as possible to transfer. Not even sure if they transfer at all. I used this app because I was in urgent need but they don't care.

I been with ObitRemit for almost 5 years they been very good until now they let me down put my fiancee who I send money to every fortnight . it's been 3 days I sent funds to her and she still waiting . Not happy with ObitRemit anymore customer service is shocking they don't know anything or would help me . JB

It does not allow me to add alerts for any other currency than NZD to PHP. It does not allow me to transfer money because it wont go past the recipient window. Takes me back always to freaking transfer window keeps asking how much I want to transfer and loops there infinitely. I don? know how to give a half star in feedback, the app is not worth giving 1 star. Your site also does not allow me to upload my docs thru phone it asks me to download the app and the app sucks big time man. Another point to add doesnt even let me chat with your agents using the app. What else would you ask for?

The best remittance platform Ive ever used. Easy, Convenient, reliable and fast. Well done! Initial registration and verification takes quite a bit of a process but is highly necessary which I believe is in compliance with NZ regulation. Their Customer support's response is also amazing, they act fast on your queries, issues and request. Highly recommended!

I think it is very good app , specially gives good rate compare to others in market , I had some complications in starting for scanning my passport but after some time proper help given by your team. Happy for that!! But it can be developed by giving more services and guidance as still people believe it's not safe to use this apps so kindly look after that matter !! Thank you

Always always broken. Always a problem. Set up with Wise if you can. Can't make payid payments at the moment because of bug. Been a bug for a month. I reported the issue, with screen recording and all and Diana in support promptly replied with a generic link to a how to use PayID. Thanks Diana, real helpful. A well earned one star review. Reply to dev response: Liar. Absolutely not resolved. Determined it was a bug and asked me to update to an unreleased app version on my 2 month old phone.

Money does not automatically get returned to your bank account if a transfer does not go through. It just stays with OR. You get a msg that the transfer did not go through and to contact the team. Fair enough but could definitely do better by returning the money immediately. There's also the hassle to printscreen the all details of transaction from the computer not mobile phone. Could do better by saving transaction details in a pdf as the printscreen could not capture all the details required.

Their app is very easy to use. We thank OrbitRemit and all the amazing staff for helping us with our multiple large amount of money transfers. The exchange rates were not the best that we were hoping to get, but they're very reliable and trustworthy even when sending large amount of money from NZD to AUD. They give us special rates, funds are received in less than 10 hours, and that's excellent stress free process is all worth it! We look forward to continuing using orbit remit. Many thanks.

Absolutely a waste of my time. You will have to send them so much personal data and talk to them via email and chat so much just to make a simple payment. Yes they would waive fees I would attract using my credit card but the amount of time I have had to spend and the level of info I have to send them (e.g. passport) is not worth it. Won't use ever again.

Dont deal with this app. They charge you fees for services that they don't actually provide. Use Wise instead.

great exchange rate Small transaction fee but the big turn off for me is that the app doesn't allow you to direct pay through the phone app. you have to close the app, go to your bank app to make a transfer, go back to orbit app again. it's not a big big issue but it's not smooth. but if this is how they maintain the rates then it's fine.

They ask almost all the questions for even little amount of money transfer. Worst app I've ever seen. There are plenty of other services which gives you smooth transaction. So go for another.

Edited: Gave them a second chance and they deliver. From 1 star to 5 stars. Very bad app. It's been almost half of the day since I transferred my money and still the status was payment still pending. And I thought it will be fast service since I need it to transfer urgently. Customer service also was no use. You cannot contact anybody. I will not be using this app anymore. Better to transfer bank to bank. Faster and more secure.

The speed of transferring the money is very inconsistent. Sometimes is quick but sometimes very slow especially if you are doing it on Friday. No one seems to be working on Friday even though you initiate the transaction in the morning. Not recommended!

it's so very disappointed to the service of this app😔 they said that its gonna be real-time when i transfer the money... its almost 5hrs until now my money is hanging somewhere? still not in my bank. very disappointed 😞 and its hard to reach their help services...

Avoid it unless you want your money stuck with no idea when you'll get it. It took 7 days to complete the process. They received my payment within an hour but didn’t release it until I called them 2 days later, then magically released it within 5 minutes.After that, it took another 5 days to get credited. They just kept saying, we’ll let you know and there is a technical issue. When I asked for a refund, they said it would take 3 days for refund. Use Wise instead much faster and reliable.

Very bad, they introduce the fastest way to transfer with expensive extra charges, but it's totally a scam. Process timeis still the same as regular transfer. NOT RECOMMENDED.
