The app used to be great and I used quizzes all the time. With the new app there is no way to access specialty specific quizzes (eg. all of paeds or gynae), you can only access small quizzes by selecting a video and looking at related questions. The new app is awful and I wish I could go back to the old one. I would cancel my subscription if I could because I am so annoyed by this update.

Videos of some more important conceptual topics could be added. The content of the existing topics could be bit more detailed e.g. could deal with necrosis and apoptosis in 2 separate videos of 10-15 mins each. Physiology and biochemistry concepts, at places, could have gone deeper. The content and the material is amazing but the app stops and crashes, doesn't start afterwards. The video pauses by itself, doesn't resume. Notes are not downloaded. Awkward app. Please work on the app.

It's been 3-4 weeks. And the app is not working. Everytime I start the app it shows "The app cannot start at this time. Please check your internet connection." Although I've pretty stable Internet connection. I even tried switching between mobile data and wifi. Reinstalled the app. Rebooted my modem and Router. Cleared caches and data. Rebooted phone. Still nothing works. Still the same error !!! before 4 weeks it was working fine.

The app is subpar to the quality of videos. I would prefer using youtube to watch more videos. Doesn't download, awkward placements of features, have to go to and fro to go after the end of video to new video keep in mind all videos are short soo thousands times, the forward backward keys are badly placed, the speed button just over the frame makes it inaccessible. Overall very difficult to use the app it needs a lot of improvement.

Love osmosis videos, I downloaded a bunch of videos, and all of a sudden I couldn't find them. The one that remained wasn't playing. The videos keep freezing up and I have to keep restarting the app! Now the app is telling me I can't play certain videos. It's really annoying, considering the fact that I paid money for this. Please fix.

I love Osmosis. The service you provide is amazing. But unfortunately, the app is trash. I can't even open it. As soon as I get to the "choose your school" screen it crashes and the screen goes blank. This is only quite recent since I got my new phone, but before (on my old phone) when I was still able to open it, it wasn't very usable to be honest either.

I love Osmosis - I use it both for a fast orientation in a topic and also for details. But. The app really annoys me. It doesn't keep the screen on when the video is playing! So I need to keep tapping the screen to keep the screen on. And that is really distracting. To note, when I play videos in other applications, they maintain my screen on all the length of the video.

I got the app on my iPad and downloaded a few of videos offline, because I was going somewhere without wifi. The next day I tried to watch the videos. My downloads page was full of the videos I downloaded. I clicked to watch a video, watched 2 mins after which froze saying there was no internet connection, followed by the whole app freezing. I restarted the app, the downloads page was empty. Samething happened when I tried again. So it is basically a pointless app to use without wifi.

I remember the app being so much more efficient. The app isn't identifying the answers for fill-in blanks I solve, instead says it's wrong. I checked for spellings and if case sensitive, and still says incorrect. Love your videos, schedules, and notes. Hopefully, this bug is fixed since it keeps repeating the same questions every day. And it would be great if we could access notes and the question quiz builder on the app.

5 stars for the material and videos (easier to understand) but for the app no stars as the app is vey unstable, crashes itself , sometimes downloading does not take place, schedule can't be seen , flashcard issues, no high yield notes, no search history option, etc etc. Uninstalled app several times, refreshed, used high speed wifi, but no improvement. Reported several times to the team but no action taken till now. Hope, now the team will improve the app. Kindly fix the aforesaid issues.

Very high quality videos and very concise whenever I need to remind myself certain topics. I just hope they remain as accessible as they've been so far, because med students need all the help they can get

I liked this app very much as it has so many features and also helping me for preparing for my neet but i want that you can improve by setting a feature of highlighting and making our own notes also. Rest it is perfect

this app is great. I love it. I had been struggling with pharmacology and i finally got through when i watched videos from osmosis. I recommend this app, not jist for pharmacology but for other medical sciences too.

Superb app for medical students who are studying abroad. It helps you guys to understand the concepts easily also notes are available just we can alter some terms according to our university and vola it's done... Thank you for the great app

I really disliked this app solely because I had difficulty downloading the quizzes and videos that I wanted to watch. But now with the purchase from Elsevier, I can study on public transportation or any place as I please. The only Downside I find is the timing out your phone while watching the videos. I have the full computer dashboard at my fingertips and I'm loving it!!

This app offers to download videos to watch later offline. I tried for 3 hours to download videos. I managed to download 5. Most downloads would't start. The few that started mostly stopped part way. When I tried to watch the very few videos I had downloaded (while offline) a large red bar appeared across the screen saying "Not connected to internet" - preventing me from seeing the information. Very poor experience. Minus 100 stars. Back to med school with you Osmosis App.

Doesn't record what you have watched on your phone to your videos watched on computer. Does not override the timeout on phone. So you have to change the timeout interval when you want to watch as osMosis. If you don't, it will time out and turn off the video as often as your lock screen turns off. Makes watching things hands free virtually impossible. Content is quite good. App is trash

Missing a lot of features, but more importantly, it doesn't always work. Lately the flashcards haven't been loading so now I'm only using it for the occasion video. Makes it impossible to do cards on the go because I'm not going to pull out my laptop on a commute. Messaged support about this bug and they are great at acknowledging your comments but they don't seem to act very fast because it's been 2 weeks and this bug is still present! Honestly, flashcards are the main feature for me too :(
