When I open the app it displays a message "Something went wrong, please try again later". I have tried going in and out of the app multiple times. I also tried reinstalling but it says the same thing everytime. Kindly fix the problem.

Stopped working with chromecast all of a sudden, please fix and i will update my rating. So I added a star because you brought back the service, but its not functional, it connects the 5 mins and disconnects, also sometimes it doesn't show the available chromecast, and keeps loading forever.

The controls of this app need development the skip 10 seconds buttons are reversed and the app is really slow and most features that you would find in other streaming services arent found in this app. I gave it a 2 star since it has a lot of really great shows

This is the worst streaming service I have used till date. The subscription cost is exorbant compared to all the other available streaming services. Also considering the 4k content library is very limited. Today out of the blue I have been unable to log in into my account on any of my devices. Raising a complaint using the app is pointless as it does not provide any service request number and there is no response back on the chat nor does it save the history of the chat.

AVOID. Doesnt work for Chromecast with update. This App just keeps getting worse! If only 0 stars was an option. Asked if refund was available or if going to reallow streaming...no response. App doesn't track last episode watched, doesn't offer to play next episode, crashes all the time....compared to Netflix very poor usability. n.b. Yes I can use an app so your comment is incorrect about the functions when using with chromecast.

The latest update has left us unable to use this app due to lack of a cast option, constant lagging and jamming of whatever we're streaming. Also, the latest update to the Android app for Android TV's has messed up the controls mirroring the same issues as the mobile app. It's a shame because the previous update had the app working just fine, consider reverting back or else there's no use of subscribing for such a buggy app. Do better.

The newest version is at v7.0.5, while in the about section, it's v6.something Running on Android 10, the update is terrible, as switching the video quality from Standard to Data Saver costed 3 GB for a 49 minutes episode (an additional 1 GB from what it used to be with the Standard option!). The screen can't flip in both directions anymore! The elapsed time is gone in the player's bottom left, we can only see the remaining time in the player's bottom right.

Shittiest service ever. Just like on their regular service you don't have the option to remove subtitles. It takes much longer to load than any other service and the forward and rewind option doesn't work. If you get a glitch in resuming a paused show you have to skip to the next episode or watch it again. Worst way to spend on monthly subscription.

It's a very good app, and for the price, you have an amazing catalog. The only issue is with the video player, sometimes screen casting doesn't work properly and sometimes when going back 10 seconds buffering takes too much time and the video quality takes a hit before going back to FHD or 4K. Nonetheless, I prefer OSN+ to Netflix price wise or content wise ( this year in particular )

The app lack of setting regarding quality of contents 4k,HDR..etc also when I forwarded the contents the subtitles not syncing right I hope u will get better sooner like Netflix app After last update, when I choose the subtitle I can't hit ok there is no ok button or back button! And when I hit back button from my phone it goes out from the episode! Need fix this issue ASAP

Not reliable at all. Good contents but buffer too much . Not always following you stopped so you might need to remember you stopped. Never been even like Amazon Prime. Using Chromecast even worse. Hope they will fix it otherwise I will stop my subscription. Until they get reliable. I like the content but unfortunately even any streaming through web is much better. Please fix it soon.

Content: 100% better than netflix Technical: netflix is better Price: fair the streaming need to be smoother (better servers) app is a little bit laggy and heavy, the website also need some work to be done .. need to work on (chromcast) extension. Overall: would recommend it (try the free week trail) .. and with the same (or better) content quality .. i would cancel netflix.

Ever since all users had to update the app and update their credentials to log in forcefully, we've been having troubles playing content intermittently. At times the app would freeze in the middle of playing, other times it would say "limit reached" when nobody else is using the app. Rubbish app and rubbish quality control. Seriously looking into cancelling and going back to Netflix.

I have not been able to use this app on my Android phone or my Android TV for 2 months now. "Player Error Default Android TV (2004)" I contacted customer service many times and didn't hear back from them. It's almost like their service in none existence. I paid for a full year and I can count on one hand how many times this app worked. Makes me very unhappy to not get what I paid for.

So much potential being held back by the bad UI and some missing features. The osn streaming app has a huge selection of tv shows and movies but some start at the 4th season like the good doctor which does me no good. The UI need an over hall the search is slow and had alot of bugs. Why do I have to write the full name of show/movie not just the first 2 words for it to come in the search. These little things are seriously keeping the app back

I rate it only Fair to middling. It runs quite well on my PC. However, the app is incompatible with the Samsung Tab Pro 12.2 which has the better screen, and is the main Netflix and US HBO Go device. Please Fix the compatibility issue with the older Samsung Tabs; many of us are quite attached to these excellent devices. The app also has stability issues with my Note9 phone, with frequent crashes followed by error messages. Maybe the issue is compatibility with Samsung proprietary Andriod platforms. Please OSN...fix the app. We really enjoy your programming.

While the app is definitely updated from what it used to be, it is still the same pile of garbage that it once was. No thought was put into UX whatsoever. The opening theme is so darn bright, and it is blinding in the dark. The app often loses where your last stopped. The Search Engine is hilariously garbage. The only thing that saves this awful garbage is it's HBO Paramount and Disney content. And it baffles my mind how are they still holding the rights with this turd of an app.

Hey there! As a recent subscriber, I'm really happy with your service overall. However, I have a suggestion to make it even better. I've noticed some movies I'm not interested in keep showing up in my listings and search results, which can be annoying. It would be great if you could add a feature to drop or block movies, allowing me to organize my lists and avoid unwanted films. Thanks for considering my suggestion!

I've been subscribed for a long time with no problem. However, the past couple months I can't watch anything on my LG SmartTV. Nothing works. When I contacted them on Instagram & their website, I got the same explanations & questions. Yes, I uninstalled & installed it again. Yes, I updated it. Yes, I disconnected & reconnected again. No, it's nothing to do with the TV model becuz it had been working for over 6 months before it stopped. It's useless & I will unsubscribe if it's not fixed.

I have it on my samsung smart TV and it is the worst experience ever! It constantly logs me out, it stops and gives the error on the middle of the watch, most of the time it starts of with low blurred quality and zoomed, so I have to exit the show and re-enter again. It doesn't provide any other subtitles other than "arabic". Overall app works very slow and glitchy. Meanwhile Netflix's and Amazon Prime's apps works smoothly and well on the same TV (so this is not TV problem) Not worth the money
