This game is adorable and well paced. You never have to wait too long for rewards, but you can still feel like you've earned what you get. The design is clean and simple, and there are plenty of opportunities to earn currency. The ads are always completely optional, which is nice. My only complaint is the price of the extra maps. $19.99 is a crazy price for extra content in a mobile game. $9.99 would be way more reasonable. Please consider adjusting your prices.

I hate to give this app 1 star, but I've had level 1 completed for over a week and have not seen any change in my ability to progress further into the game. While it is very cute, quick, and fun, it's certainly not worth keeping on my phone if I can't get to the next level. I would consider paying for 3 or more levels if this game ACTUALLY progressed as it claims it does.

I honestly love this cute little otter game. Wish the adds were for a set amount skips instead of watching one every time you skip but overall love the aesthetics and the story line is cute. Have Ben having some issues with not having something I've unlocked after watching a add for another dive and getting off the game only to load up without that last thing I got before I got off. But overall I'm keeping the game I look forward to more little otter friends <3 -pixie wish more of the game free

It's very cute but there really is no game play in it. It's simply a wash-rinse-repeat of sending otters on quests and feeding them. I wish it had more activity than spinning a wheel. Minigames would be better.... I also don't like how sending otters on searches ends up costing more, but doesn't result in any extra loot. Cute game but boring with low rewards.

Super cute game! It's very casual, good to play while you are doing other things. For devs, it has a typo for 'hurricane' somewhere during intro. Some of the x10 food rewards can be redeemed multiple times if you stay onscreen (Zeb's and I think other was Chichi's or Rose's, not sure). In the second world some of the images for the treasures don't show on the gallery, but unsure if that's a game problem or mine. Anyways, very cute game. I have played a lot and will do so for a long time.

The game used to be 5 stars for me but now I take it back because the ads are unbearable and annoying. I get that people need to make money and an ad every once and awhile would be great but every 1 there is an ad. I had to uninstall because it just wasn't worth it anymore to just basically spend more time watching ai generated ads than playing a fun game. People aren't going to keep playing this game and are eventually going to become burnt out like I am if they constantly have to watch ads.

I would rate this better but the event is broken. Every time i spin the earth day lucky spin it freezes. Doesnt matter if i pay the 100 earth coins or do it with an ad. I have to close the game and restart. Other than that, I think this game is super cute and its fun to get the new items and puzzle pieces. The pay wall is apparent though and pricing is a bit ridiculous ($40) to unlock different areas of a free game.

Super cute!! The stories and characters are adorable. Nothing takes days to complete either that I've found yet. Updating to say that even after playing this game for a bit, I still love it!! The no ads purchase is so worth it, and I love the exclusive otters as well. The developers are also really responsive so that's a plus too!

Ad Block Purchase is Necessary Like all other idle game, there's a lot of 30 second ads. Unlike other idle games, this one has a one time fee for no ads, which means you automatically get double rewards all the time. Other purchases in the app are absurdly expensive, but are otherwise completely skippable content. -2 for long frequent ads, +1 for not doing a monthly no ad fee

Pros: adorable and well-made art. The various worlds you can visit and otters you can buy are creative. Cons: severe lack of content. Once you get through the Lava World (about 3-4 days of playing), the game basically ends, because what's the point of collecting shells through multiple tedious animations just to eventually maybe unlock tiny extras? A lot of content locked behind an overpriced pay wall. I understand the need for ads and don't mind some, but this game is RIFE with ads.

Lovely little game!! I only gave 4 stars because I feel that the inclusion of Ads really does hinder the game experience, so I ended up purchasing the ad-free experience. Honestly, this game is super forgiving and gives you lots more to play with when you don't have to deal with interruptions, so I feel like the $3 is worth it! Very adorable, though I wish you could name the otters longer names!! 💕 I'd recommend this game to people who like taking care of critters and collecting treasure!

Adorable game. Easy to pick up, relaxing to play, easy to set down for a bit before coming back. Ads so far have all been optional, optional purchases have been unobtrusive, I have not been bombarded with notifications to return, and the UI is relatively smooth. There is a small issue if an otter is floating over a dive spot, it opens the dive spot info instead of allowing you to tap the otter, but they drift away quickly enough that it isn't inconvenient. Very pleased.

I'll start by saying I paid for no ads. It wasn't a lot and the rewards far outweigh what I paid. However, I absolutely refuse to pay 39 DOLLARS for another world. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't even pay the discounted $20. I can buy a whole new game for that on any other console or PC. The second free world you get is very cute but the only quests are "make 5 dives" or "collect 500 seashells." I thought it'd be like the first one, but no. Paying for ads is worth it but anything else is a no.

Super adorable! You collect cute little otters and then send them out on missions to help find missing pieces of the environment, like shells, seaweed, a rowboat, and other things. You can spend real money to get rid of ads, or increase the shop space, but they're really not necessary. It's totally possible to play this completely for free.

Cute graphics, interesting concepts. However, although I wouldn't term it a "paywall", over half of this game's content requires payment to unlock— and not just a couple dollars, either. $39 for just one set of otters... It's a fun game but at a certain point it just gets irritating. I'm not paying $70 for a minimal amount of content in a game that is entirely chance-based. Don't waste your time on this.

It's really cute and there's actually a lot of gameplay! It's a little intense on trying to get you to spend actual money on the game, but I do appreciate that it fits the style of the game and doesn't feel cheap and out of place like many other games. My only big dislike is honestly the ad pufferfish... While it's very cute, it's also very annoying to have floating all over your screen every few minutes. And I already watch ads for most of the other stuff too.

While I was able to play this game, I loved it and was obsessed. I didn't mind the ads, normally I play them and step away to do smth, knowing it helps support the game regardless. Last week, my game stopped loading. It would boot up the loading screen and freeze on the "Loading UI" and wouldn't load past it. I have tried every fix suggested online, to no avail. With 0 help, I give this a 3/5, but I really wish I could continue for my favorite event: Halloween. Literally, crying and shaking rn.

Update: I fixed it by reinstalling. Which gave me the stuff I paid for, but lost all my other progress. Y'know, the stuff I had spent TIME getting. Not very happy, but it could be worse. Original review: Was going to give 5 stars, but I bought the starter pack and it's bugged. It shows I bought it, but I didn't get the 1000 shells or watermelon I was supposed to, and Melo is shown in my list of otters, but is all grayed out and just not accessible. Please fix this. Otherwise great game.

Ads Eternal. It started out not so bad, an ad here or there if I opted for it... And then the floodgates opened. Ads EVERYWHERE. I had ads interrupting ads and ads playing one after another after another even though it was only supposed to be one or two. I had show up when nothing was happening. I was just looking at the screen. I had ads pop up when I went to look at a menu. Just. Ads. Everywhere. I finished one full map and I have had enough. The next map is the exact same.

As cute as this game is, the process by which you gather necessary materials is very irritating at times. As you progress, the dives require multiple otters with only one of them bringing back treasure. Yet, you still have to shell out your shells to bring ALL of their energy back up. At least have the others bring back some shells or food to make up for the overall cost.
