Can not get tickets from the app for more than 2 months already, are you willing to fix that or should i stop using your app?? That's the second or third trip tickets can not be gathered by the app.

Helpful for basics like booking and showing tickets, but could be better for useful information en route -- like showing schedule of stops.

Does not accept international phone numbers no matter how you format. I tried dozens of times error, error, error. You can only buy online so I could not take this train even though it would have been cheaper.

every time I close the app, it doesn't remember my user. now I cannot even log in. besides, you cannot add it to your wallet. in my experience is better to uninstall the app and keep the emails with you

This application is rubbish... You enter your email and reference number and the app tell you its not correct.. If you tried to use the feature 'reference forgotten' asap you enter the date the app crash every time.. Worst app ever..

Some train stations that Ouigo trains stop at are NOT available to select on the app! That should be easy to fix.

Awful app. Not only the account login doesn't work anymore, but you used to be automatically logged out when it worked. What's the point of having an app if it can't even remember a user name?!

Took forever for the app to validate my email. It bugged like 10 times. Then finally, It didn't have all the trains. It listed all trains until 14h22... Then the next one at like 20h00. It skipped all others in the afternoon. This app is garbage.

Untrustworthy!!!!!! I've been trying to get in touch with customer service because I had an emergency but all in vain, there's no way you can postpone or cancel. This is really disappointing.

Poorly made app with a lot of cringey wording. It also features a questionnable UI and takes a lot of place in the phone storage. Changing tickets cost as much aas the ticket itself, even if it's advertised for free.

Can't log in. Creating an account on the app doesn't work, but can do this on the website. Then, once account created on the website, can't log in using the app: "Oops, Something Went Wrong". I'll stick to the website as the app is junk.

Unable to login after the first attempt. Absolutely horrible. Seems like it is caught in an infinite loop, I login and accept the terms and it again comes back to the login page. Update: the issue still persists. Even after the app update.

Very poor. The app is not able to process payments. I assume this is because I am using international cards. The system doesn't even fail correctly: it just says try later with no explanation. The management needs to see this: their company is losing money because of this! 18/5/23: yeah still very poor: try to create an an account - won't let you login - even though I created account and confirmed email. App just locks up. And no feedback from Les mesieures francoise

Can't even login anymore. This is absolutely frustrating. After logging in, there's a page on updated policy; when we click accept, it brings us back to the login page. Update: email sent to developer with video of the bug. We'll see if they do really care

I had to rebook due to Covid travel restrictions in December 2021 and the rebooking process on OuiGo is ridiculously expensive and scammer! I paid €83 for my tickets originally, changed to a later dates where the ticket costs below €30, and still had to pay €20 changing fees. The app has no way to get customer support during a covid crisis and I would not recommend this to anyone ever.

A railroad app should be able to provide the following tasks: - To book a ticket - Displaying booked tickets (including car and seat number) - Indicating from which platform the train leaves - Showing train delays - and being available in different languages (at least English). The OUIGO app does only one of the above: one can book a ticket. It does not display the booked ticket including the bar code. Once you booked a ticket on the PC one has to upload it into the app. Even if one does it, the app does not show the ticket. The app doesn't provide any of the other information listed above. The app is only available in French. The OUIGO app is very limited and not at a level of many other rail apps across Europe.

Absolutely abhorring experience. I bought a train ticket from Ouigo. All seemed fine. When I arrived from Australia to France and attempted to log in to the app the following error appears: "Oops, something went wrong... there was a problem creating your account" (I was attempting to log in not to create account). I was left Unable to access my ticket. I still get the same error. I would like to be reimbursed the cost of the ticket. Edit: A reply in French. Absolute lack of consumer care.

I created an account and purchased a ticket online and then I downloaded the app and tried to logon the app but the app tells me my email address is not setup for an account. I contacted tech support and they reset my password! That didnt help. Round and round. App doesnt work.

Can't be used on rooted devices. My bank app can, SNCF connect can, my 2fa app can, literally every other app can. But no, not this one. You're not an ultra secure bank guys, this app stores tickets. Absolutely ridiculous. Use SNCF connect instead.
