At first I loved the app. It was great for screen time however, we paid for the full subscription and I was very unhappy when I had the filter on to block explicit content and when looking through my childs history, she accessed inappropriate content. We are going to try to go with google family link which is free and see if we can get better blocking.

The app often froze up my child's galaxy S5. Also it was inconsistent with when I allowed extra time. Sometimes it would activate quickly sometimes it seemed the 2 phone's were unlinked. I live the idea behind this app ans was willing to pay a subscription, but the freezing was over all to annoying, and after a few tries of getting ahold of customer service with no reply, we decided to look for another option for our family

Ever since upgrading to premium, my child has been able to use apps that are specifically blocked on the parent side, like you tube (android phones). This makes the money that I am paying useless. On the free version, he can't use his camera and gallery to take pictures for school assignments. Which is why I upgraded to premium. Considering not keeping the app at all. I have wasted almost $15, plus countless hours arguing with him. Not worth my time or money at this point. Very disappointed.

disappointed you can only add one child free then you have to pay for premium package to add another child. Also when the phone is switched back on for my child's phone, all the apps are removed from the folders and you have to re file all the apps back into your designated folders. Very time consuming doing this every morning. I will delete this app.

Love it, I have an android and my son iPhone and I can manage his 2 devices pretty easily, block apps and functions individually, set times and customer service is awesome. No complaints

The app is not designed for tablets, I'm not allowed to set a time per app and the daily allowance continues to run even though my daughters tablet was in standby.

Just got stuck infinitely installing at 92%. It's a virus. Uninstall didn't get rid of it and now it's keeping itself open to prevent me removing it. It's just straight up a virus.

The only cross platform parental control app that worked as advertised. Minor quick connect due to ios restrictions, but support helped resolve the issue via email rather quickly. App is loaded with control features to include even screen shots of childs phone if desired so you may see exactly what their looking at. We find a child whom isn't attempting to hide their actions will not feel victim of an invasion of privacy.

App didn't work still after trial they charge me for the year rate even though i send several email explaining that the app ia not working and that i cancel the service. Terrible company do not trust your money you would loose it the same way i did. Now $100 wasted for a service i cant use.

Been paying for this app for over 4 years and its gotten horrible recently. At this point its borderline fake advertising - Seems that the creators gave up. The app simply doesnt work. Granting acces doesn't take it away. Taking away access doesn't react. It's a hindrance more than anything now.

Horrible. The software doesn't install properly onto the computer to be able to access iTunes to manage an IOS phone. I have an android and there were so many hiccups between managing my daughter's apple phone. I don't recommend this app. Don't waste your money or your time. Horrible customer service as well. No refunds if it doesn't work for you.

It'd be a great app with some critical fixes. 1) Youtube as a p-i-p in the bottom corner doesn't use up screen time, 2) my kids have identical phones but the gps locator for the app has never worked in one of them, all phone settings verified 3) the server for parents to use the program seems down, laggy or glitchy way more often than it should be. 4) schedules need to be much more customizable so i can turn on/off different things at different times. 5 stars otherwise. lol.

The app used to do a lot of things well, but recently it struggles. It used to sync changes automatically but for the past 2 months the app on the child's device needs to be opened to sync. I went to the website for a solution and read to contact tech support. After a few emails I got response. I will be uninstalling and using a different app

I hate to give apps a one star because i know it's hard work to put together. I tried this for iPhone and it was just so difficult to even get stated using it because it went thru 30 minutes of backing up onto my laptop and then it said the Phone didnt have enough storage to continue the installation process. I had to pay for the app to find out that it doesnt work on the phone i need it to use it on. I emailed support and no response. I have uninstalled it and will keep looking.

My son has figured out how to uninstall OurPact from his device even when the block settings feature is enabled. I've previously reached out to the support team, but never received a response back. On his Samsung S9, he has figured out a sequence, which he has done in front of me, that allows him access to uninstall the app -- allowing him free-range. Unfortunately, we need to move onto an app that will actually do what it advertises.

When I first found this app I thought the features were some of the best I'd seen for only $7 a month. I was very disappointed, though, after we had it for a few days and my daughter's phone kept rejecting the app. I would literally have her phone in my hand and within 5 minutes of reinstalling the app I would get a message that said her phone wasn't protected. Customer service was as helpful as they could be but we had to get rid of it after trying unsuccessfully to get it to work.

Great experience with Iphone. would not recommend for Android devices. This app is phenomenal at allowing you to control every minute detail of an apple device. Unfortunately it is much less robust with android devices. The ability to select apps to be permanently blocked, permanently enabled or only enabled when the device is, is Amazing. But only available for Iphones. As is the ability to prevent in app purchases, hard resets and multiple other features. I would not recommend for Androids.

Used to be great. But I've had problems out of the schedules for months now and it has gotten worse. I have my son's set where he can't play games or test during class. It's supposed to unlock at lunch and then lock back. Instead it says " access granted until I say so" and that's not what I have set. All I get from customer service is to delete the schedule and redo it. It doesn't work. Keeps messing up. Not paying for an app that sucks. And yall don't listen.

Do not download this app. All it does is freeze on your device and it takes 10+ minutes to block the content on my child's device. On top of that, it takes so long to block or unblock a specific app that all I could use was the 'block all' button without getting frustrated. Overall a nuisance in my life. EDIT: I've tried everything to make it stop. Clearing out my storage, debugging my phone, messing with settings, redownloading, ect. Nothing changes.

We're on day 2 of using this app and am so far pretty disappointed. Install was annoying and wasn't a simple download an app. I had tousea computer and overall it took way longer than I planned. It doesn't show real time tracking. If my kids are on the go, I can't see where they are until they've stopped and been there for a few minutes. It's also not accurate. It tracks them to an area not an exact location.
