Bullcrap app. For more than 5 weeks unable to pay via QRIS. Non sense error. Then, I decided to clear data and what!? Couldn't login anymore. It said my phone is modified. What the hell.. I never root my phone heck why I can't login? This app deserves zero rating if I could do it.

I agree with the recent negative ratings. This is garbage!! After the last app update, I had to re-login but couldn't receive SMS OTP for verification. My cellular network's fine, since I was able to receive OTPs from other services (banking, marketplace, etc). Don't try to blame this on another service provider, fix your own!! Customer service is useless and incompetent, provides no solution.

I feel like I have disclosed too much of my personal informations for an app that barely works. Whenever I encounter a problem, they told me to send my complaints to their CS. But instead of getting my problem fixed, the CS told me to do common useless tricks : keep trying to use the app on different times, making sure I have good connection, etc. Well if those tricks ever worked then I wouldn't ever have to reach you, wouldn't I? Nice UI, but still needs a lot of improvements.

I admit this is a very functional app but unfortunately, it keeps on signing me out forcefully. This happens not only once or twice, but frequently and repeatedly, in a span of fifteen minutes. Sometimes in the middle of a payment session, this also happens, resulting in a failure of paying my fees. Please fix this, because it's getting more and more annoying. Thank you.

Actually its a great app. But, the support for solving problems is very awful. I want to change my phone number, but it cant simply done on apps. I have to email support. But the support didnt help at all. Every email reply within one day, but they didnt give propper information on each reply. Surprisingly they even suspect me entering the wrong number so apps delivering wrong notification. Time wasting.

Hi OVO, I'd like to give a feedback, I can still make transfers between OVO, purchase credit, or scan SkyParking parking QR, however I want to report that lately I have experienced problems scanning QR codes which causes OVO to become very unusable for many payments at well-known restaurant and cafe outlets such as ShinLin, GlassHouse & HelloSummer as places where I have experienced transaction failures. I've emailed for more further info, but none solve by all the repetitive suggestions given ⛔

Please stop updating the apps, it's says performance fix, bug fixed, etc but while updating it can take more than 20 minutes, what the update for if it's nothing different, people like me in hurry to pay, must wait for the update that take very long and nothing different, the worst is i can't use the apps while updating! Fix that first! Not everyone in free time to wait for update process, many of them in hurry!

Atrocious, disrespectful customer service. Turns out everyone is having QRIS problems, but the customer service insists "you have a modified phone". Total BS. Bye OVO.

Worst customer experience compared to other service providers. They kept responding using a template. Feels like talking with a robot. And the problem is with their device and they asked me check my device/phone? Such a joke -edited because they responded- No thanks, I'm done dealing with your customer service. Such a waste of time.

Worst app, I was a OVO Premier Member and used this app for a long time, until my last transaction stuck...My balance recovered after I complained to their cs, and that was happen after 3 days! This app sucks, I'll uninstall and never use it again

I had failed transaction with merchant, but this app still deducted my fund as if the transaction was successful. The customer service did fast reply with no clear solution.

By today, suddenly I cant access my OVO apps. It crashes after login enterin PIN. Run from : Redmi Note 8 Pro Severity : High, not intermitten Occurrance : Happen only today from observation Bugs : error at model.InquiryBalance

Don't even bother to check this app, use other apps from the Bank, it's a whole lot better than this half-baked apps. Ask for too much of personal information, inefficient way of transaction regulation, and too much gimmick to restrain your money out of the apps (OVO point, OVO premier, and other bullsh*t)

Too complicated.. My associated phone number with OVO was being hijacked by someone. As my phone was tapped (disadap), was hijacked & was broken (dirusak) by her. And I already changed my phone from Android to NON android phone (old phone style with no internet connection). So I couldnt log in to my OVO member page. Why dont you provide send by SMS for authentication code to changed my number ??

It works well most of the time. Top ups with cash can be a pain. The main issue now is that it can take 24 hours before an in process transaction times out. This means the restaurant wont let you leave until the payment goes through so you have pay another way and then later the ovo payment could still go through and there's no way to get a refund. OVO Wont receive a report until the 24 hours have passed.

It is very urgent that the crashing bug where I cannot log in after inserting my passkey be handled as (assuming) most people are using cashless payment rely using this app. Further notes is my personal device is a Samsung running on OneUI 6.1 and I'm unsure if this is consistent towards other Samsung device.
