Another Update Another Problem, functionality that worked now fails!! Since the last update the App is showing no data for the Power Move Challenge! The errror is saying there is a problem with my Smart Meter Connection. NOT POSSIBLE, the main app is still reporting usage on a daily basis. This suggests a data error in your back office function. You really need to get on top of your regression testing!

Rubbish , App doesn't work on my new Android 15 phone. Energy graph use does not update unless you uninstall and then reinstall. I have reached out to customer support twice now. Still not updating and still waiting for an in home display since April this year!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!! Still rubbish!! Can't even leave a proper review 🤣🤣 such a joke!. Update....unless you have fixed.updated the app then no. Mines still showing from the 30th of last month. How can I rely on this if I'm away, it's ridiculous!!!!

Very poor, loaded the app to find out why I'd been sent a bill as I'm not a customer but I am a landlord so it could be another property. While waiting for audio call to be answered, the app moves straight to direct debit page & no way to do anything else. Feels like a scam so I won't be doing that, also, now hanging up the call & removing the app as its not helping at all.

Was working fine until Cloudflare outage. Deleted data and cache, reinstalled. At login screen the keyboard briefly flashes on then off. Unable to type anything. Edit - Fixed login issue by reseting keyboard settings. Able to login now

Been using this app for a couple of years a few days ago there was OVO had problems with the servers i uninstalled and reinstalled when the severs where back up and working. On opening the app i cannot log back in as the app is not allowing keyboard to stay on screen.

Please add dark theme. In overal isn't that bad, but SSE app is the best I ever used! Take the app and experience that they had, use it!

EDIT one year on,. trying to get my boiler fixed is absolutely a nightmare with these people and this app is useless. apparently they've been calling my phone from 3 numbers ago because updating your details on here is meaningless.

fault in smart meter means you have no readings. I have as requested tried to post readings but they don't log. this as part of a wider failing on your part and failure to react to this ongoing problem.

was a great working app but recently it no longer lets you log in. the log in screen just keeps flickering and will not allow any typing od details. have reinstalled but still no good and have adjusted many settings for app but nothing makes any difference. please update asap as its useless as it is!!

The app is very useful. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that, the app can't recognize when one account is closed and still shows the old account in an old address. I can't update my gas meter readings as well. Isn't it time for an update?

doesn't work, can't reset email because it doesn't send links, then just constantly states error and to validate email. but you can't because they dont send the link. why change whats not broken. the top up app worked fine. can I continue to use that rather than this?

Trying this app as the old one is being phased out. No Unique Transaction Reference Number / UTRN / vend codes given when topping up using this. No way to get an SMS or email confirming top up - is this going to be addressed. Will use old app for now as UTRN is important for lost transactions... Note: I won't be "reaching out" for an issue that lies directly at the feet of the devs. Removing receipts and UTRN (and distancing paypoint) is not an upgraded app.

What a let down was hoping app would show my real time usage and amount of credit. Only difference to the top up app is you can top-up in £1 increments. What is the point of this app? other than giving a job to someone to create it. I needs to show real time usage and cost to be of any use . seeing what I have used and already paid for is of no use whatsoever.

Loaded app but the inital screen only allowed you to access getting free rewards You'd think we'd all want this well not straight away. Right at the bottom of the screen was the not now button but this was behind the lower menue out of reach, so I can only assume the not now button would take us to the MAÌN MENUÈ. This makes this app defunked.

Where to start. The app is awful and is basically a huge sales pitch from Ovo. The data on the app often does not match what they put in the mothy bills and currently they are forcibly taking nearly double per month than i spend and thats despite being hundreds in credit. The app then doesn't allow you to adjust the direct debit down either only up. I'm gutted I switched to ovo and the this app is a big part of why.

Really laggy, often fails to load, I get loads of errors all the time which makes using the app really frustrating. Things seem to move around or not load so I can't find what I need. The adverts trying to get me to sign up to all sorts of new services all seem to load fine though!

Obviously, I've no idea what is going on with the developers of this app, but they seem to have woefully misunderstood what logging in should entail. Despite me selecting to use biometrics when logging in, I still have to enter my log on details. Now I also have to confirm it is okay to share them with OVO. Well, of course it is, I'm trying to log in! Then I still have to use my biometrics, sometimes twice! All very annoying.

Rubbish App, fails to open the bits that I need to see. Reinstalled, rebooted, still no change. OVO, return us to a version that allows all parts of our account to be seen. It's bad enough to be forced to pay MONTHLY when I never defaulted in a three monthly cycle of payment once. Bring back the days of SSE where the bills could be read and understood. Your billing is over-complicated at best, and impossible to navigate at worst.
