Collect reading awards and share the number of words and books read in your reading diary and get a certificate to share with friends, parents and teachers.

I'm using the correct info and can't get through. It's irritating because I can't prepare my classes. I just got through once. Horrible and stressful experience.

They are great thank you! But the last edition of oxford discovery had answers. 2nd edition doesn't. Please it will be very helpful if you add it.

I'm here to ask about Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary. I've installed the app and purchased it but the app in its worst condition right now on my smartphone the sentences and words are oversized.The app disappeared from the Play Store and I don't know whom I should talk for the issue.

I hope i can read offline and control the size of words because i read on the phone. There are some missing books from the app. Also dark mode is essential nowdays .

The bookshop doesn't show me any book to download it. It Just shows professional development books

This app is fantastic! The books are not just digitalized copies of the printed ones, they're fully functional. As a teacher, I've been using some of them with my students, and they're loving it! Thanks OUP!!!

I've not only spent 20 minutes waiting to download the page of my book (step up 3) it didn't even work, I had to write the answers in the app?! It didn't have any audio to listen to and I genuinely don't know what to do. Bad app, don't recommend at all.

Great app. Amazing for students and teachers. Just wish it were faster to include books. I've been waiting for the American English file 3rd edition but it still not available to buy in the app.

How terrible to buy a course for a test and be unable to sign in to study. Why do I get this message: We didn't recognize your details. It's the same details, so how come you did not recognize it!! I sent them an email as with Android issue as you suggested , and I got no answer for more than 3 working days. Either fix the sign in problem, or get me my money back.

Mostly good, but can't access books I already have on my PC bookshelf. For example, the 3rd ed Upper Intermediate has expired. I'm a teacher and in this lockdown, I can't access the physical book (for extra exercises), but I could do a screenshot for the odd student if it was on my app bookshelf. Thanks

OUP - the slowest website in the world. The payment system is outrages. They will charge your money, and give you nothing in return. All orders are pending. My last 8-10 purchases were unsuccessful, and I tried 3 different credit cards. More than that, they don't give a rat's about their technical issues. Shame on you!

I've only used the sample books because I can't see the correct answers at all. I can check if the answers are correct or not (but only if I type my answers first - I'm a teacher, so I'd rather not do the exercises all over again every time I teach, but it would be nice to project the answers on a screen for the students to see). I can see an eye icon that should reveal the answers, I think, but I can't click it. Edit: The Classroom Presentation Tool costs 8 times the book. I can't afford it.

Absolutely wicked and hilarious. Why would you remove all the books 😡 in the bookstore? I have been buying a lot of ebooks from it. Now I have no chance to do so? What does the team want? Do I have to buy paperpack books to get ebooks? Absolutely no. PLEASE JUST BRING THOSE EBOOKS BACK TO THE BOOKSTORE LIBRARY because your app is great and I still want to continue using it.

It doesn't work anymore on my cellphone or tablet after the last update. I'm afraid it'll happen the same with the PC, in a while, the only device that works now. It also blocks the simultaneous use of the earphones and the audio files within the app. It's Easter break now, and I'm not using it for a pair of weeks, but I need it urgently to get fixed. I use all the American Headway books from level Starters to 5th level every single working day. Go back to the previous version. PLEASE HELP!

The books are really high quality. (A few typos, but not many). Support is basically non-existent. Emails via the support form on the website simply don't get answered.

Prior to the recent update, the pen and highlighter tools functioned optimally. However, the minimize button for these tools is now absent, which significantly hinders my ability to use them effectively during student instruction.

I can not open the app. It opened and immediately closed 😞 I put 2 stars only cause it's a good app, but if this bug continues, maybe I gonna uninstall

Amazing app I purchased oxford bookworms books in different levels and that helped me a lot to boost my level in english. I'm thrilled with the results but it just needs patience so you can start noticing your progress. The only thing that I need to mention bcz it needs to be fixed is that when I finish a book sometimes the app doesn't put the sign that I finished it already so the app doesn't count it with the other books that I've already finished.
