I booked through the app and when I went to the hotel they said they don't have rooms available even when I booked a week in advance. I booked for the double bed but the hotel offered me a single bed or asked me to look for some other hotel. I particularly booked that hotel since that was my area of business. Why should I go somewhere else when I had a booking. I want a compensation for my damage.

DISAPPOINTING No issues with the booking of hotels but this app doesn't show any of the reviews that we write for the property. The problem: while checking out the receptionist asks to see the booking and also gives themselves 5 stars at the same time without asking me.. Frauders!

Terrible service. I had done my booking through oyo, and made the paid. But the owner denied the booking and cancelled it. And kept asking me to talk to the oyo people, just because i paid online, he kept saying i should pay at hotel. When asked why is is the online option visible, he just said talk to the oyo guys. Why such kind of hotels are still kept in this app for booking if they are not able to provide the service

It's one of the worst app in the market right now. My experience of last 3 booking was horrible. I booked the hotel payed in advance but after reaching the hotel was denied entry . They said hotel is already full. This happened every single time. Never using this app again. I m rating one just because I cannot rate it 0 here

Most of the hotels listed here have either discontinued tie-up with Oyo or don't give rooms if payment is done online through Oyo app. I have had really bad experience 4-5 times. The only solution is to book without paying and call the hotel in advance else you can't trust the booking done on this app.

Worst experience ever, this is cheap and third class app as i have ever seen so far. I booked from OYO and when i came hotel for checkin , there people are manner less and third class, they talked to me very rudely and ask for more money despite of the fact as i already paid online. They are so bad. I hate hotel and guys i will never recommend anyone to use oyo and their hotels especially. Third class app .i just unistalled this and will never use again as it is useless and not trustworthy.

Worst app.. I request everyone not to pay in advance..I had paid in advance thinking that they will provide the hotel which I had selected but they didn't.. Instead they provide another hotel which was worst.. I struggle a lot at midnight , they could not provide any hotels..And I ask my money to refund but they refuse to refund my money.. Bad and worst services..

I had booked a room but when I reached the hotel they denied check in saying they don't have the booking details showing and rooms are not available. I contact Oyo support but their response was useless. Anyway I ask to cancel the booking and initiate the refund but it's been 2 days I haven't got the refund. Guys don't pay before they will scam u and if u cancel the booking they will not return the amount.

The worst app for stay. I booked a hotel and when I went there the hotel was not there and they shifted me to another one without permission. Then when I went there they were asking for 2X money than what it had shown. I had pai for the previous hotel before and I had to pay 2X again. When I asked for refund for previous hotel they said it is not in our policy and denied.

The OYO help desk was a complete nightmare. Their contact numbers were utterly useless, and trying to get through to them was a futile exercise in frustration. The support team's lack of responsiveness and inability to provide effective solutions left me feeling completely exasperated. If you value your sanity, steer clear of OYO's help desk at all costs.

Worst app. Horrible experience. Worst customer support. Even though I made full payment during booking, when I reached the hotel, I came to know that my booking is pending due to partial payment. I couldn't check in. Customer support kept me hanging for long long time without any resolution. Cant explain the whole thing here, but for married couple, please stay away from oyo. This is the first time I choose Oyo to save a few rupee and this is what happened. Go for other booking app

I tried to book a hotel by searching the name and zip code of the property but when I checked after booking it shown that the distance is far away like 26 km. And after cancelling the booking they are not refunding the amount which I paid for the booking. Really not expected 😕. And the main thing is like it happened within 5 mins . The cheat app forever

Id - NRAM8213- I booked a stay & suddenly due to some medical issue had to cancel it within few hours. Only chat bot is present no human to ask doubts tried selecting multiple options in hope of connecting live chat but never happened and booking was cancelled. Tried calling them requesting to atleast help in rescheduling but no help was provided. Seems like a trap to just get money anyhow!! Took 1K+ as cancellation charges! Never ever using this worst app and will surely take it ahead legally!!

Don't book from oyo. They cheat the customer. We booked the rooms for one city and they booked for another city. When we canceled the booking, they told you will get a refund in 24 hours. After calling several days for a refund, after 4 days, they told me it can't be refunded. We have their emails that it will be refunded, but now they have refused for a refund.

If there's a option to give 0 stars I would have chosen that instead. If you need to book rooms simply search on google maps cause Oyo is the biggest scam company I have seen. I booked a hotel room and I was denied check in even after payment. I am standing in the middle of the road with nowhere to go, late at night. What can be more scary then not having a place to stay in a new place. For god's sake, my brothers and sisters stop using this app if you don't want to face a similar scenario.

Worst experience. I booked this OYO for a stay with my wife and reached at 11PM and already made the payment. The location of the hotel is updated incorrectly, receptionist didn't answer the call for 10 minutes and there was no one at the reception. When he finally came, he told me there was no room available. I was stranded with my wife in an unknown city without accommodation. I left the place and called OYO for cancellation and refund after 10 minutes and they refused for 20 minutes

Horrible. Terrible. Worst experience with this hotel booking app. Pictures of the hotel rooms on the app are completely different from the actual rooms. Also, they only show interior of rooms and not the exterior/locality of hotels. Some locations r remote and unhygienic. Any amount paid is forfeited even after reasonab cancellation. They have partnered with places that are actually PGs and hostels, not real hotels. Totally false and misleading advt. Avoid this app. Go for other alternatives.

Now a days hotels are doing scams. They decrese prices in apps but when you went there they ask for mor money if you paid also they don't allow to stay and money also gone. In last 2yr i have experiance this type and after this when i call customer care they don't reslove my problem. But in past oyo have very good service but not is worst.

I don't know what happened to Oyo. They used to be a good affordable app for booking a room, comparable to Redoorz. Now when you are shown a price per night, it changes to a higher price when you sign in or try to checkout. I don't mean the taxes or fees etc. The actual base rate per night changes, often as much as 25% extra (the old bait and switch trick). Buyer beware! They are no longer the straight and honest platform they used to be.

I can't book anything. Literally no OYOs available. I tried like 10 cities, even clicked on a few that were suggested to me just to see if it would work and everything just said "unavailable". I don't get it. I didn't even select a date or click any type of filters, I was JUST searching cities and even if it said there were OYOs there, they were all unavailable. I will try again in a couple of days but at this point, it seems like I'll just be deleting.
