This apps is dumb. It failed to list the town selected and suggest a Hotels in nearby town. I choose Tangkak, Johor and oyo apps listed hotels in Malacca.

Worst app Cheating app Hacking customers data and using for international bookings From past one year I am escallating my problem and raised many complaints Simply i am receiving mails that issue solved but actually it doesn't No mail I'd provided from the app and customer support are working. No option to delete data from the app directly and from the customer support even after raising tickets .

Worst experience ...two times...i have booked room before exam date...when it comes to check in there is no hotel even ...hotel not yet started...upto mid nyt 12pm roaming on the road for address but there is no hotel .. everything is fraud..worst wrst...at last they simply told me sorry...ur amount will refund in 7-14days ..then i stsyed in railway station no sleep ..my exam totally utterflop due to lack of sleep..i don't want to try it again

everything is best about oyo. budget friendly hotels. All basic amenities and great locations. But the one thing which it lacks is its customer relations executives who are not at all well trained to give instant solution. Even i think its customer call should be made using internet too.

-100/5 stars rating. Worst, torturous, devil's looting the time and money. Hotels deny checkin every single time when you reach because Oyo gave discount. How dare they ask to pay 1500 rs more to check in when you already have paid and booked the stay? Insanely worst startup and wastage of 4-5 hours when you are in new town. Simply walkin at nearby hotel and they will give room in 5 min. I wasted 5 hours for 4 oyos denied checkin after reaching the hotel for check-in.

bad experience. Booking id WCFJ68, lost ₹13k for cancelling my booking. oyo has a policy which states that 50% will be refunded if cancelled between 15-30 days prior booking. Due to some unavoidable circumstance I wanted to reschedule my trip. oyo didn't even allow any modification. And on cancellation I was refunded ₹11549 out of ₹25443. They are not at all flexible and don't even consider emergency situation. very disappointed after this incident. At the end they'll say sorry and that's it.

Terrible service. they have no control over hotels. the customer care doesnt gets connected. even if it gets connected, the executives know nothing except to make us wait and let ourselves to ask for cancellation. and if u rise any complaint in other ways, your future bookings do get cancelled. they take customers for a toll. a strict no always avoid. had terrible experiences while travelling with frnds and family as well. dont even think of Oyo forever pls

edit : booking id KNPL0178 They make you helpless. They are superficially nice. beneath they don't care. oyo suggested me to cancel and rebook a hotel at a lower price, but after rebooking they haven't refunded the money yet and it's been way over a month. every time you call the customer care, they say 'i understand, let me connect you to my senior', and then they put you into a limbo of neverending ringtone, and after waiting for 20 minutes without response you have to helplessly cut the call.

Very bad oyo service. Lite and main app shows different rates. Deceptive adds.. Dont pay unless u see. The room. Pay at hotel and be safe after seeing the room. When u reach hotel things that come up are There is no ac. There is no link with oyo. U will be kicked out and no refunds will be made.. I had a very bad experience booking one.. Beware..

Even I using oyo apps, before booking, it stated very low price after deduct from my oyo ewallet money but when I click to confirm there is no box to put voucher code or auto deduct discount from my oyo ewallet account. Wasting so I canceled my first booking because of that. I think to unistall and using another booking apps.

The informations and prices in the app are not updated. My booking was confirmed but it got canceled because the properties are not available but it is showing available in the app it happened 2 times with us. When we called they answered that this property isn't available.

Worst service ever. We won't get the rooms based on the prices shown in the app. Once after reaching venue we have to pay extra price. Also customer service is just HELPLESS and don't even return our money if we make any payments. PLEASE BE AWARE AND CAUTIOUS AND NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Fraud app. Rates mentioned in app are not correct. Even if you make prepayment for your booking hotels refuse to check-in at that rate and and ask for extra money which will be 2-3 times of rate shown in app. And customer care is also pathetic, blatantly lying to customers for the refund which they never process.

My experience was very worst these people take payment first and increase the price when we are on the way to our destination and tell us to pay extra huge amount at the hotel.. i request you people don't book on oyo app and never make payment online my.booked.amount of rs1392 still pending we i ask them they will pay..i really don't know when they are going to pay. If u book and make payment they will automatically change ur destination say u to pay extra amount.. this is big fraud company

It provides worst service. It's consistent for worst experience every time. They can cancel your booking without reason. There is no coordination between property and oyo. OYO executives are full of sorries. They provides you worst experience and then sincerely apologize. Hope never using OYO for booking hotel.

SAVE MONEY, SAVE TIME, DON'T USE OYO. Oyo become a FRAUD company. It's how's the wrong information to the customer misleading into a trap. I booked a room and paid online. After reaching hotel asked for 4 time amount more for check in. I called customer care and cancelled my booking. But after few days I got to know that no refund is processed. Now there is no way I contact there service team. They are just fooling service. Never book on this app.

Really bad experience , The systems are not capable of reflecting payment at hotel end on time and I ended up paying to the hotel , when it didn't reflect after long time ,I tried cancelling cause I have paid the hotel in cash , and neither the cancellation happened from oyo end neither I receivwd any refund, and they putting in on policies , and that the hotel is denying. Truly the worst customer service and grievance resolution

If there is negative review then this app is eligible for -100 stars, it the worst app don't go for any positive review. I booked one hotel , and at night journey just 8 hrs before check in at 12am they called me and told that your booking was shifted to another hotel, that was very worst and not convinient for me. I called to customer care at 12am they told me to hold the call, but they put my call on waittinng for 15-20min twice, lastly i had to book another after reaching there.

If I have any options for give ratings less then this, I will definitely do that, Oyo is not it's state of mind, it's only a app for finding a hotel near you nothing else, otherwise whenever you call them they will not pick up, after this you have to talk to direct hotel, oyo is showing any amount of a room whenever you go to the hotel, they said it's not right, we are not giving any room at this price you have to pay double otherwise we don't have any room, the charge extra for AC. Disgusting.

Fraudulent Company. I booked a room 2 days ago and I was eligible for full refund till 10 PM before my trip begins. They started texting from 9 PM saying my hotel is being rellocated and I have to follow the link in the message. Then I opened the text at 9:06 PM and the link says it is expired! I called their customer care and they said my booking status is fine. The next day they rellocated my room to a place which is far away from the location and I had to pay an additional 2.5k! Worst service
