Enjoying the app so far. Great ideas for packing lists while also letting me customize to my needs. I wish I could edit the items in the list (vs deleting and adding a new item). I also wish there was an easier way to add items that may have been removed, without retyping them. But other than that, I have enjoyed the app.

Absolutely love this packing list generator! I've used it several times, and I'm finally reading it five stars. It even has categories where you can automatically add things for a fancy dinner, a gym workout, swimming, business, and much more! Even if you close the app, the list is still there. Just check off as you go...

Love this app! The ONLY app I've ever paid for. Totally worth it, I really appreciate how customizable the lists are! The developer's customer service is excellent as well, I had an issue with the full version transferring to my new phone so I emailed them. A very helpful gentleman responded almost immediately, and quickly helped me figure out how to transfer it. Two thumbs up!

Great app. Love the customization ability. Would love to be able to drag and rearrange the list items in the template not just in the trip view. This will make it easier when packing for future trips. It would also be nice to duplicate an existing template when creating a new activity if many of the items are the same but may just need some modifications so you don't have to recreate the entire list. Some new icons would be nice too! Overall, very user friendly and helpful

I have used this app for years. I have recently found a new app that I like much better. My complaint with Packpoint is that you can't edit your lists. None of the items can be changed without deleting everything. Even then, you can't edit the pre-suggested items to make the list your own nor can you edit any item you have entered. I will unfortunately be moving on to the new app which I can customize as needed. Thank you, Packpoint, for your past service. It's PackTeo for me now!

Very handy. Use it before every trip. Love that I can add custom items and change the order of the items in the pre-built lists (in the free version). I do wish I could change the order of the entire category lists. If I've chosen Working, it always appears as the first list even through I'd rather Essentials and Toiletries were first.

Too basic to be useful. Lots of issues: 1) if you input the date for a trip incorrectly, you have to delete the trip and put in the new date (and you can't select from a calendar), 2) interface is HUGE, so only shows little information, 3) there is no way to sort the items you are bringing. They are in the order you add them. It is simply very basic, not easily tailored, doesn't do much, and is not tolerant of letting users fix mistakes. I'm uninstalling and looking for another 4) low contrast

I like it, but in the "Customize activities" screen it would be nice to be able to edit an item (ex. misspelling or want to add a word) instead of having to completely delete it and re-enter it. It would also be great to rearrange items in this screen instead of going to the main page of the trip. Minor inconveniences, but pretty annoying.

I like a lot of it, like that it analyzes the weather and gives you appropriate clothing suggestions, but it's glitchy, and I'd like more features. Often when I add items, the items disappear and it only shows the defaults in the packing list. That's really frustrating. Also, I'd like to see able to edit items instead of having to delete and enter in new ones. I'd also like a few more symbols to pick from in the custom list - a church, a jar, a microphone, a podium, and a car icon would be good.

I bought the premium app so I could connect my TripIt app, but that was a pointless waste of money since the app "doesn't comply with Google's secure browsers policy." I emailed the developers at the address they provide and the email came back undeliverable because the address doesn't exist. Also disappointed there was no way to add multiple cities/countries in a single trip. Don't bother with this app!

This is a simple app for you to select items to add to your list. Then it puts it into a format for you to share to others. I was expecting more, like a checklist format at least, or a way to reorder items apart from their set activity categories. Not sure if those features are included on the paid version, but they weren't included on the free one. It's ok for what it is, faster than using a word doc, but I will be trying a different app.

Needs work. No built-in calendar to select travel dates. Instead you have to enter a number for the day, use a drop-down for the month, and use a slider for how many nights. Activities list is missing basics like sightseeing and road trips. There's a list for babies, but none for pets. Can't see how I'd add and organize lists for each kid and my spouse. Uninstalled. A basic list-making app works just as well, so I don't see a benefit to using this.

I like the customizablity of this app (with the paid version), and I really like the widget feature. However, when customizing the items in certain activities, it would be nice to be able to rearrange the order (so I don't have to do that every time the list is generated), and it would be nice to edit the names of items that have already been created for an activity. It would also be nice to set some items as "wear" to indicate you will be wearing it the day you leave.

I tried this one because it has the highest rating (4.7) and is the editor's choice. I am uninstalling it because you can not edit the travel dates and more importantly you can not edit the preset list you are provided with based on the categories you choose. All the extra items I don't need is distracting and time consuming which I don't need as a last minute packer! I am using PackKing instead, which has more flexibility regarding the concerns discussed above.

Great until you try to send or print - it's WRONG!!! At first, this seemed like a neat app. You tell it where you're going, what you'll be doing, how long you're going for, whether you'll be doing laundry, etc. and it generates a packing list suitable for the weather, duration and activities. HOWEVER, when I shared it with my boyfriend via email & text, he was very surprised to see condoms on the list - thought I was giving him permission. In actuality, the app includes ALL the options. Useless

Update: I emailed to ask for help and they were very responsive. The solution is obvious in retrospect – clear the app's storage in the Android system. Original: I really enjoy the app, but I got a little carried away with customizing my packing lists. I would like to restore the default settings, but I can't find a way to do so. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it remembers my settings, even though I wasn't asked to sign in and can't find a way to sign out.

Travel has always stressed me out for two reasons- 1. What time to leave for the airport and 2. What to pack. This app has made packing a breeze and stress-free. I upgraded to the paid plan and it was well worth it. I also use TripIt and it connects to that app which is really convenient. When I used it for the first time it knew that it was for a trip to Barcelona. It reminded me of the weather and how many days that I would be gone. Pretty cool!

I bought this based on recommendations that it would sync up with TripIt Pro. However, whenever I try to login, I just get a blank page. This has been going on for several weeks, since I first paid for and installed the Pro version, so this is not a random or temporary issue. This makes the app useless if you want to take advantage of the advertised features.

Only allows for planning one trip at a time. I travel for work and usually have 2-3 trips planned at once. Also, the app isn't flexible enough let me adjust travel dates. I have to delete everything and start from scratch. I'd rather use Onenote or just a note app.

So far, for a paid app it seems pretty minimalist. There are no directions to guide me in how to use the app and get more out of it, and I'm afraid that I may lose the list I'm creating and never see it again. There doesn't seem to be a way to permanently delete items that I will never use, just check them off so they disappear. But the items I check as I pack disappear to the same place, so the only way to see all checked items is to see the ones I would never use at the same time. Free trial?
