Map in app has no overlays and doesn't zoom properly. Additionally during emergency situations information in app isn't updated.

It was hard to easily see what was available as far as events and activities. a daily feed summary would be nice of shows and things. A section describing what locations are included.

Extremely helpful app while at the resort. I did have to close it and reopen it a few times for it to work properly again. But I still gave it 5 stars for how good and helpful it is. From pre-ordering from the coffee shop and them having it ready when you get there to the ease of ordering room service on your way back to the room. Everything about it makes an already incredible vacation even better.

Worth using if you're staying there! Nice to be able to book book dinner reservations (and add to calendar), order room service, and find things at the resort, but there are frustrating parts. There's no way to get directions to your reservation or see it on the map. You have to go and look up the restaurant separately. It doesn't actually know where my room is and often doesn't have my correct location even though Google Maps works. Search for restaurants open now often doesn't work.

What utter garbage. Slow as all molasses. Takes forever to load any screen. The data capture doesn't work. I tried 5 times to scan my passport for pre check in, and I could not. Every time it wanted to.scan my signature, it said it couldn't find my name. That's because it's just my signature. There is no way to book airport transportation on this app. And its just so slow to.load every screen. It'll be just as bad, I am.sure, when we are there to order room service and anything else.

Terrible app. Not intuitive and extremely limited. My wife accidentally orders the wrong things and I can't order anything because it will only sync my old reservation from 2 years ago rather than my current reservation. Staff on site do not know how to fix. This app is fine for looking at menus and maps when staying at a Palace Resort, and if you log in you can track your reservations and billing, in theory. Right idea but really poor developer execution.

Super glitchy.. i keep trying to message them but it doesn't clear my previous history. I've deleted and reinstalled as well. Also i booked 2 rooms but only let's me deliver things to one, which is super inconvenient with kids in other room and don't want things always sent to me if they are there and need something. It doesn't bring up my second room at all. Map is nice to have-- but not guidance enabled. Only a path shown Resturants booking is helpful and activities details is good too.

The concept is nice but this takes a long time to load. The map feature is not ideal for phone. The wait time listed for walk-in restaurants is nice. I was unable to make reservations on the app but that may be due to my large party. We ordered room service thru the app and that went well. Tracking resort credits is convenient.

Missing info. Wrong info. Unable to see reservations made for anything/activities. No GPS to help with getting places. No membership info listed. Required to search for and add your room reservations into the app instead of just finding them there. Previous stays supercede the current stay unless you manually make the current stay "active". Unable to connect spouse at all, so stuck using one login. Very disappointing experience.

Good info once it's found, but... Not user-friendly at all. No Search setting to find a specific restaurant, event, etc. No option for 12-hour clock. Some of us are unfamiliar with military time. I've missed appts due to incorrect 24 to 12 hr conversion. Cumbersome pathways. Email vouchers should have guest name/time & date FIRST for appts, rezzies, etc so they are easily found in email and then clicked on for details. There's more, but overall: VERY frustrating. PLEASE FIX IT 😊.

Found app to be very inconsistent and somewhat NOT user friendly. It loads very slowly, and sometimes it flashes the data and reverts to the previous screen. Used app daily for a week in Cancun. VERY frustrating. Tried deleting & reloading... no difference. Entertainment tab is useless. This app needs serious help!!! (I'm a retired IT manager).

This is a great concept that is supposed to make it easier for guests to see the menu to even make reservations. The reservation through this app is so poor and glitchy that it only allows 24 hours and will not go beyond 24 hour period. Also, you cannot edit or see any of your reservations. It is much much easier to dial 0 from the house phone and talk to someone live.

The app is recommended by the hotel prior to check-in and really doesn't function well for anything outside of finding out about restaurants and daily activities. Dinner reservations don't let you look past 2 days. App just spins and times out during busy times. If you have multiple rooms not too intuitive for switching between them. Only great part is it works way better than the iOS version.

App has some useful information, but is not a substitute for notices posted at the resort. Not everyone travels with a computer or wants to be bothered with having to stay connected. If you are going to decsribe the resort locations, make it useful information not marketing hype. Older guests unfamiliar with the wireless technology are left in the dark. I also noticed that the amount in the resort credit box DOES NOT match the actual credit available. It would be nice to list transportation opt.

A few minor bugs here and there, but this app is working very well with the latest update. I'm looking forward to having my schedule available in the app during my next stay, and having information on all their resorts in one place (including resort maps!) is very convenient. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to allow you to see any information on activities you can spend your Resort Credits on (at least not before check-in), which is frustrating, since it was a feature in their old app. This is made worse by the fact that another of their resources for this information (Kiosko) was seemingly retired and now directs you to download this app.

Let's you get most room services without having to call. Map is invaluable for such a large resort but the live map is kinda wonky. Collection of menus is helpful, but it doesn't have snacks for some bars. I had it randomly unable to validate my reservation for a whole day, making the app unusable for room service during that time. Cancelling/removing room service food orders is confusing.

I loved that I was able to book a massage through the app. details were immediately confirmed by a representative, the process was quick and smooth. I liked having descriptions of the different restaurants available and of the day and evening activities. For some reason the map would never load for me, which was frustrating. I would have liked a better list of activities that were available all day every day, I feel like there was a lot missing from the daily schedule on the app.

I really want to love this app! The idea is great, but anytime I add an activity to my calendar its a coin toss if it actually shows up on my calendar. I picked several activities for a certain day and my calendar says I have a "free day". So, I am not getting the full use out of the app and that is disappointing. I hope it gets fixed before my visit in 2 days!

Have used for room service for ordering breakfast. Liked that it showed progress, on the way, etc. Used for ordering hangers etc for the room. No issues. Used to look at menus ahead of time. I also used to look up entertainment with no issues. It used to show you how many resort credits you have. I can't find that anywhere so hard to check status of credits. For the most part I have found useful once I was here at Palace.

The app has come a long way in three years since we last used it. It was very user friendly. Some things was hard to find, but easy to figure out simply by asking where is it. Would have given 5 star except for 2 things. Laundry is not on the app and the 48 hr dinning delay is very inconvenient. There has to be a better way to get the dining update to the app quicker.
