Worse transfer method. After sending only $100, it still was never sent, but they gave me the runaround for weeks with an impossible method of verification and no customer service after 5pm. They will not accept an emailed ID, but only a photo. But with no explanation as to why. I tried sending my photo many times but their directions never worked. Now after posting this, they will respond with an apology and say they will look into it, but dont believe them.

This company just bait and switch with your initial transaction, they cancel it automatically. (despite the cancelation they still debited my card) and suggest you to do it again for a lesser amount. Read other reviews, they do this with a lot of first transactions.

This app was OK when i started using it but now i can't add my credit card and i try sending money to someone and it didn't let me because of the persons name that someone else had the same name.... how many people have the same name!!!! so the person that i was gonna send money to had to look for someone to go get the money!!!!! And i called customer service NO HELP at all !!!

After signing up and had my money taken out for transfer, I immediately got a text about my ID is something they don't accept. 1) If you guys don't accept State ID nor Driver's License, then that shouldn't be an option for the ID. It doesn't make sense at all if it's part of the option, but you guys don't accept it. 2) Why did you guys took the money right away if my ID is something you don't accept? That's just very inconvenient and total miscommunication through your site. I want my money!

It's OK when their system works but it's a headache when it doesn't. I usually run into all sorts of cancelations due to transfer errors, yet they have the audacity to claim you aren't charged but inform you that a refund will be issued 3-7 business days. This just tells me they hijack your bank account to do their own self served 0% interest micro loans, leaving your account sensitive to over drafts. Not cool!

For maybe 5 or less of years using this I feel secured using pangea but just lately couldn't open my apps and tried to reset the apps can't received a text from them to reset but other apps sending me text i can able to received only from their apps for reset password howmany time they send but couldn't receive it so I stop using this anymore. It was easy to pick up the money to the Philippines once you tried one time

Pangea is not a good money transfer service, I tried to send money to my love ones in Mexico and after 16 hours of waiting for a verification text I finally called their number to see what the status of my transaction was and they said that my transaction was canceled due to not being able to verify the receipt information. I have used other apps to send money and I use the same individual information and I have never had any issues. I don't recommend Pangea.

Too much chaos to many errors when im trying to send. I called customer support absolutely wonderful and quick to access the problem but sadly no solutions. A friend recommended it. But at the end if it's going to be this stressful i don't recommend using it. Props for their customer support they awnser quick.

The first transfer is a great exchange rate. Being a selective purchaser I sent a hefty amount, only to have it cancelled. The response was that I should send a smaller amount the first time. I cancelled them....Phoney cheapskates. I hate liars. If I could rate zero, that's what it would be.

The app does not open the camera in Android Phones for the identification receiver. Thanks, an agent has call me and I have given him the information. Regards

Excellent service reasonable rates but for some reason sending money to the Philippines they have to wait 6 to 8 hours after it arrives before it can be picked up even though I get notices that the money is ready to pick up within minutes of sending it must be a Philippines thing other than that the service has been very good

Was fine but now they asking for identification I submitted but I can't use it anymore they told me 1 to 4 hours second person said 24 to 48 hours it still down . Useless app with incompetent customer service

Will not allow me to change the country sending to even though have sent there before. If app is updating, it would be good to notify customers with a banner etc.

I've been using Pangea for a long time and I like them but since last week recipients have hard time claiming the money. I already received the message that money is ready for pick-up and money was already deducted from my bank but Cebuana told them that there is no transaction in their system. three transactions were the same. They able to claim it the following day.

This is an awful unreliable app. You will send a transfer they will charge your card and then tell you they need more information. You give him the information they need and then they tell you they have to cancel the transfer. Then you have to wait to get your money back. Has happened twice now.
