Inefficient, troublesome, cumbersome, annoying, and shamefully malfunctional a system which this government uses and even struggles to garner popular support through initiation of this program amidst economic hardship,if not, looming crisis. The app works fine. Never had any problems with it except for the first couple of days each time new project was coming out. Updated: The app update to often and can not be used if not updated. In real life situations, it's very annoying and time consuming when you are about to make a payment and find out that new update is out and you have to wait for 5 minutes on network data to update the app.

The verification is s*ck. When I reach to face scanning process, I do it as properly as I can. But the system always show me an error. Then, I have to do it all over again from the beginning. So I have to go to the bank, right? Why make it so hard for people to use? I use other apps that required me a face scanning and I pass it all, except this disgusted app. 1 star I have given is too much. You don't deserve it all.

App is up-to-date, working stable, easy to use, varieties function. This app is not only for shopping, but it helps Thai people to get more close in cashless society. Event the old people can use this app very easily. It also contains more government services such as health, financial, investment etc. For me it is very good government application, I like it 🥰

This app's not too bad but verification systems's so damn suck it took me so long for just face scanning or something that need to use your camera. And you know what? Once it say verification success after 3 sec it will send you a message and it say verification fail. I'm sick of scanning thing. To be easier make sure your Krungthai bank account are connected with Krungthai NEXT it'll be a lot more easier. (This comment posted in Thailand and this issue annoying me so much.) 1 star's too good.

Can't update. The app screen pops up an update every time I open the app. After pressing the update button, it directs me to Play Store where there's only Open button. Already checked my apps to update and there's no Update for this app. It's now looping between the app and Play Store and it sucks because I need to use it on my trip and it doesn't work as it's suppoesed to.

It asks for an update to use but it does not let you update in the Play Store. As people have mentioned already, you might have to uninstall and reinstall it completely first. It often won't let me make purchases saying there is a problem with the location. One fix is to turn off the GPS and turn it on again. Registration and setting up was a nightmare.

Quite primative and difficult to use. Main items like "make/book a reservation" are hidden in submenus like the poorly named "G-wallet" whatever that is supposed to mean. No way to see if reservation is confirmed or not! App allows expat/forreign partners of Thai people to use their credit cards, but that process is only in Thai language, no English. Remember that forreignners are helping to pay for some Thai people to travel. App should have a toggle to switch between Thai & English.

No solution for such a simple problem. This app is used by pretty much everyone in this country. This is a government app. You took all the resources you should spare. and Did this? Are you even aware of your responsibilities? Do you realize the scale of this issue? Are you still doing your job?

It asked me to update and wasn't able to open. Mar 28, 2024, I just updated, and then the app won't let me use its feature. The pop-up forced me to update, which led to nothing as I just updated it.

Oh well, don't understand some reviews saying negative about the crash and error. You may have to imagine million men tried to get away from one gate. Million human (beings) are using this app at the same time. Somehow I think thai people should learn to be patient!! Learn to be thankful and encourage others. About app, interface looks good and easy to use. I use some brain so for me,it's kind of fine. Thumbs up developers..

The worst idea is that users disable Eset Mobile Security and Bitdefender Security to unprotect them from malicious websites. Your mobile banking apps have an insecure design vulnerability because Block Eset and Bitdefender have taken control of accessibility for malware attacks when accessing a malicious website. My antivirus cannot get through to this part of the system. The malware will attack my Android phone directly without anything protection. I will transfer all of my money to other bank

Bad experience, it asked to update the app. After updated, it didn't allow to access the app. I did many things and many times that's suggested by Call Center. Finally, it didn't work. In the worst case, I may have to uninstall and register at ATM again. Not convenient at all! 😞😞😞
