At first I had a problem getting an appointment mostly because of my phone broke. But once I did I was completely satisfied with the plasma center their attention to detail and beon friendly staff rolls downhill from the doll of a young lady who owns the place she's just a lovely beautiful soul and very beautiful women on the outside who wants to help people. Normal everything runs fine and quick I don't know if it's just Friday or what but best described as snails pace. This is suppose to be no more then an hour they had no emergency but acted like there was zero experience and were just moving like there was all the time in the world to be had. And refused to fill more then 8 beds at a time with 5 people on the floor. Same with the intake process. And the intake process has no routine you never know what to expect in what order and it's just unprof

The app works well. Parachute plasma donation centers are everywhere (not just in Paris TX as another user stated) and it isn't a scam. You donate much needed plasma and get money. Super simple. Use the app to keep track of your appointments, how much you've donated, to set up appts, how much money you get and have on your card, and what bonuses you can qualify for each month. Great app and a great program. We are so lucky to have one in our town.

Parachutes seems like a good deal but the distance to the nearest location is too far. I ride the bus and I'm handicap.

The app is fine, with no real complaints. Except the fact that every time you go in to donate, you have to agree to be contacted in certain situations, but they don't do their job. I walked in one day with absolutely no idea they had deferred me. I had a test done and waited 3 weeks with not so much as a missed phone call. DONT BELIEVE THEM.

Just installed...don't understand app.. I set up an appointment. But there is no address to where it is. I tried texting support but no answer. I'm assuming because it is the weekend that information is not available yet 🤔... also how do I get a card? I have a meta bank card, but its not like the one shown above. Anyone's help would be appreciated.

App is unusable after update. Notification pops up asking me to click "Refresh" to use latest features, but clicking it does nothing and I get the same notification over and over, can't get around it.

Did not have a good experience with this app or in person at Parachute Plasma. The app froze several times. When I went in person to donate I was turned away because I was on 2 mental health meds?? I would understand being turned away if I was on a blood thinner but mental health meds? That makes no sense to me. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

App was working fine until today. Tried to login to schedule an appointment and all my data was missing. Asks me to enter zip code for my location and keep getting error saying no location in area, which is wrong. Please fix bugs from recent update

I went through the initial sign up process and did a screener for this to see what it said and it claimed I was a good fit based on my location and such.. only for me to go through the process of initiating my profile and learning that the nearest donation site I could potentially work with was in a completely different city. The location I was given is at least an hour away from where I'm at and has very limited hours to work with so I guess don't be fooled by it saying you have an option.

I never could get started with it. The app never sent me a cide like it was supposed to. Tried it on another phone - same problem. No support could help me either. You can't even ask for help on location. They say you can ONLY make appts through the app. Ridiculous.

I just made my very first donation. I received $65 to my new card. I started to receive notifications of charges to my card that were being declined. While on hold with support, I received notification of pending charges, leaving me only $5.02. I have never had this type of issue before. I was told I had to email another support & they would "try" to get all money back once I get a new card. This makes a very bad first impression. Until this issue is resolved I will not be donating nor referring

I downloaded it because Google said there was one near my area. My town was listed on the website. Tried to set up an account and the app says there's no place near me. I put the actual zip code for the address of the facility listed on the website. Still said nothing in that area. App is junk or website is misleading. Pick one.

They do not allow you to see the closest facility until AFTER they have your phone number. The location they gave me provides a huge inconvenience (over an hour away), and now I get to figure out how to keep them from receiving loads of promotional stuff from them, and who the heck knows what other entities will get access to my phone number.

The workers are nice. If the facility is clean, you don't make a lot of money but it's good for gas and lunch money during the week.

My closest locations are not listed. This app has been a disappointment. I'm located in the Spartanburg County and Cherokee County area of South Carolina.
