In the last two days, my paid version became ads version abnormally. The official instruction can NOT solve the problem. Please fix this asap. It is very annoying.

I paid to get rid of ads, but ads (full page ads video!) shows when I open the app. This doesn't happen before, only after autoupdate. Please fix or return my payment.

My paid version start show ads recently, and I can't solve the problems, now the lite version is gone from play store and I can't find it anywhere to reinstall it. Pls contact me asap. Tq

Utter malfunction at the moment. Entirely unusable as of the recent patch when paired with 64-bit. Receive Interruptions of the malfunctioning of the 64-bit app variety add on by whole device interrupting notifications. Horrific.

Do not use or pay for this app! They fixing Android 10 so slow not as I paid a lifetime pro, but it cannot run on Android 10. I have to use app called multiple account instead. Moreover app in pararell some time just clear all in data by itself for no reason! While multi account don't!

After the latest update I can't open my games now and it always says failed connecting to wifi or connection failed even tho the internet connection is very fast and always connected to wifi or data!!!! THANKS FOR THIS UPDATE!!!! 😒🥲

Space hog. This app started out ok but then I ran out of free space. i moved all my photos/videos to sd card and boom the space is gone instantly. I found out it was this app consuming my free space. After uninstall reinstall in dropped to about 3gb storage. Yesterday it was at 19Gb and today at 26Gb. I emailed the developer with no response over a couple weeks know. time to delete.

Doesn't work or do anything. This almost makes me regret buying a new phone. The ones not 64 bit work fine. This one just sits at the opening of the app but nothing to click or able to do anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

paid for lifetime ads free version of lite (version) , but it still shows ads.. have email and in app feed back too, but no response.. there no acknowledgement of messages or a reply from developer.. in fact i dont even see the lite version in the app list or on play store.. this is disgusting

I installed the app called "parallel space 64bit support" which is the extenstion of the app "parallel space" (dual whatsapp/facebook etc.) But mi fit could not find the app "parallel space 64bit support" so that the app couldn't be added to the notification list. Therefore my mi band watch couldn't receive the alert from whatsapp (My phone could receive alert). Currently, I can only add "parallel space" to the notification but not whatsapp from 64bit support.. helppppp!!!!!

I buy and paid the pro version a year ago for a lifetime subscribtion, but this month, suddenly my app back to free version, with annoying ads appear everytime I open cloned apps. I already contact the developer three times by email, and direct from the application, but they didn't response.

I like this supporting app, its helps a lot in many aspects of using ur device. I just found one problem, that is while changing from full screen to split. It was while playing some afk games. When i changed to split, game screen goes blank. I dont know if its just my problem. Anyways many thanks

I paid the premium version for life on August 2018 , it was supposed that today's could use the app without ads but what is happening now? Everytime ads are showing and just bothering me. Basic troubleshooting recommended it doesn't work, I sent email to developer team and I didn't get any answer from them.

I had purchased Lifetime Ad free version of Parallel Space Lite on 15/12/2017 but approximately a week ago or so the app has started to show me advertisements again and often ad videos start playing loud. Also, it seems the Lite version of the app has disappeared from Play store. Despite that the app has worked well. But now I am afraid to open any app that uses Parallel Space in quiet places because of loud ads. If not solved I will complain google play support soon!!!!

Do not pay for ad removal. Paid for the lifetime removal of ads and ads started showing back up. Tried click the lifetime purchase in app and the button wouldn't do anything so I reinstalled and now it wants me to purchase lifetime removal of ads again. I tried contacting the developer several times and still no answer back.

I have been using this app without any issues, but I recently performed an android update and I am unable to use whatsapp for almost 24 hours now. I have tried uninstalling parallel space and re installing with no effect. Same error message "we cannot open whatsapp at this time, please try again later" . Please help

Why am I now getting advertisements even though I paid for the perpetual ad-free edition? UPDATE: the advertisements disappear for a few hours after force stopping both the app and the 64-bit helper from the main phone settings menu.
