How do you reset the password when it says your email isn't registered? Stopped being able to login and we're both locked out of it.

It constantly crashes and boots you. Out and always need to. Remember your code to. Log in which is not practical. At all very bad app

Worked intermittently for a few weeks and now doesn't load at all. It doesn't even allow me to log in and I've tried reinstalling several times.

if you won't support finger print login, then at least remember the login details. Also looks terrible with distorted splash screen and barely works.

Basic, works ok, bit slow. Not remembering login details is annoying. Would be good to be able to filter daily diary by entry type (i.e. observations) See photos in one place and allow for download.

Clunky. You aren't able to use your phone's back button to go back to the home screen. There is no refresh option whilst in the newsfeed

Worked fine until recent update. Now can't get past a spinning wheel on the log in screen and no way to undo the update!

Works like the website with all the ease of access. The only issue is the newsfeed section and when uploading things as you cant scroll to the left; cutting off the forest words of the posts

Not very user friendly. Photos load one by one and are the wrong way round. We can't download the pictures which we could on old apps. Not sure why the app can't have the gender programmed in. Feels a bit impersonal being told 'name ' ate their snack rather than his / her snack.

I can see a great improvement on the app. It's been updated and saves log in details, can save pics and add home observations. It would be great if we could see the history of the home observations in similar format as the nursery ones. Also, a live chat with the carers would be great so we could directly talk to the carer live.

Having trouble getting on parental portal to check balance. Also I have not found how to get some nursery code or whatever it is. I have the passwords straighten out. As it is I do not want to continue with program because you have made it difficult to navigate. I would appreciate that someone email me with all the steps to cancel my 3 months trial membership which I was tricked into signing up. I thought I it be good for my granddaughter, but can't figure it out.

Great facility to have but implementation lacks robustness. Keeps prompting for full login details every 2 weeks (user name / dob / password) which is a bit of a waste of time. Also Interface a bit flakey , for example need to return back to home screen just to refresh newsfeed.

App doesn't even save login details. Password expired without warning. No password reset option. Web version doesn't work either as it is trying to redirect too many times. When logged in previously via phone app it was erroring when switching through the menu and not displaying correct info in the news feed. Terrible app and is not fit for purpose.

Terrible, outdated app and stiff and doesn't always work. Parental should be ashamed of proving such system to nurseries and parents. It's more than due a new app and probably software too. It's a pain to upload pictures and videos, there is no back button. It's just a terrible piece of app design. Can't believe you charge nurseries for this. Please fix it.

Ok app. Would be great if it was possible to filter the News Feed by items. For example only show observations. Or show meals and nappy changes... Or show those with pictures. Otherwise it's functional enough. Always seem to have to re-enter my login information after an update which is slightly frustrating.

The concept is great, but it's quite clunky. The information is always as expected from the nursery, but the images can only be viewed 1 by 1, you can't scroll them if there's several, there's also no download option that I can find, so you can only really screen shot them if you want to save them. It would be good if there was some saved information when you get logged out so maybe only a password is required? On the plus side, I do get lots of smiley pics of my little girl :-)

Terrible. Nursery moved to this app 9 months ago and I have never been able to upload a home observation through android app. So many mistakes and generalisation on the messages we get from nursery due to the way they enter data on this tool. So poor after having seen a better system before. It's ruined our nursery experience.
