App feels sluggish, and not optimised. Videos take a while to load, sometimes video keep playing in the background. Navigation between menus is so slow...

One feature that would be amazing to add would be the ability to favourites certain events like track cycling or athletics would make it much easier to use

Really buggy!? I just installed it and half the headings are missing, i can't see dates in the calendar, the list of what i assume are sorts isn't showing. Useless!?

Trying to watch the timetable for Paris 2024. Times are unreadable because of white text on white background. Switching between dark and light mode only resulted in more things being unreadable.

Garbage. Difficult to sign in if you even can. Not very easy to navigate or find the items of interest. Needs work to make the app user friendly. Not designed by someone who understands it and no one else can.

Very very hard and lots of clicks through news stories etc to find replays of the climbing world cup broadcasted just a few days ago. Would like an easy way to list the most recent Replays for my favorite sports. Seems there is no official way to find that.

Not user friendly. Difficult to search for events without getting over loaded with info. Difficult to locate specific information without reading lots of superfluous data. Good Beta release. Could be better. Usually, the French do a better job with apps.

Trying to watch replays of IFSC events crashes the app. The only way to watch a replay is to go to the article which leads with spoilers on who has won. The website is just as bad and can't cast to a TV from it (the only reason I have the app). The app player is somehow now worse than it was and it was terrible.

This app is good in terms of content. I find the results of some matches (like Singapore Open Badminton) are not updated. The app is slow too. Pages take too long to open. I guess the app will be fully functional only when the Olympics starts.

Can't find replays of 2024 Qualifier Women's Finals Lead Climbing. The replay on YouTube does not include lead to force users to download the app. once I download the app the replay is impossible to find. I hope the people who signed off on this strategy to get people to download the app are forced to sit through a 10 second load screen to do every action for the rest of their lives. As this app makes it more difficult to try and find anything as every button press results in 10 seconds wait.

Since the Paris update, it's even harder to find replays of non-Olympics events such as the IFSC World Cup. Plus, they still haven't fixed the fact that the video pauses if the phone is locked while casting, and now it also pauses if the app is in the background. And if the answer is again to use the website, I think you're missing the point of having an app.

I use this app to watch IFSC, the only free app for it due to geolocation blocking of youtube. Since the latest update any video immediately crashes. Cannot cast from the website to my TV. I want three functions from the app. 1. Give me a list of the climbing comps without spoilers: it cannot do that. 2. Open the videos of the comp and play them: it can no longer do that. 3. Cast them to my tv. It can no longer do that. Worst. Update. Ever.

Downloaded to watch climbing OQS. Slow to load, difficult to navigate to old broadcasts, and as far as I can tell while using Chromecast, you are unable to lock the phone or navigate away to anything else. Skipping to a certain point in the replay is also very clunky and difficult. Would not use if there was any other way of watching the OQS.

I have had a horrible experience with this app. This app is trying to include animations and all that when it should focus on fixing basic bugs. For example, the most important tab for anyone will be the schedule tab, which is actually the most buggy of them all. When I tried to view the sports for 24/07, it had patches of black that weren't loading and I couldn't proceed further with any sport. I hope that this is fixed before the beginning of this most awaited prestigious sports tournament.

Please fix your terrible video player 😭 trying to watch any replays on here is a test in patience. If I watch on browser, I swear I'm not able to watch more than 5 minutes without it stopping to buffer, I constantly need to refresh the page in the hopes of getting it loaded in properly. Watching it on the app is even worse, you can't change the resolution, and without being able to change the resolution it defaults automatically to being the lowest quality. I dont have this issue anywhere else.

Edited review - There is a lot of fun and informative stuff on here. I had a lot of trouble with it initially, but over the weekend a lot of issues seemed to get sorted so they must have adjusted something. It is now working much better. I really like it, but there were still things that were more difficult than they needed to be - example, logging into the fanzone. There were several steps, some of which weren't immediately apparent including a separate id set up, that had to be done before I could get in. I'm keeping the app, though and I'm enjoying it for the most part.

Pretty disappointing app. Switching to another app and switching back causes it to crash regularly. For some reason you can only favorite one team (what does that do anyway?). It would be nice to get some channel information on whether the game is televised. And considering the time zone differences, it would be nice to see what games have occurred without being spoiled. It's really only good for results and a schedule. A lot of ways this could be much better.

A disappointing and glitchy experience to watch climbing. App is laggy when loading, unintuitive, and while the video is of decent resolution when it's working it is so often NOT working well. Casting video is very unreliable, stream pauses if you move to another app, stream pauses if you lock your phone, there is only a 9 min buffer to rewind during the live stream and that functionality breaks once you start casting. Miss the simple days of comps on YouTube which was easy to access and worked.

Horrendous user experience. App is slow, poorly organized and has very limited options to find what you're actually looking for. To top it off, once you finally find the replay, if you alt+tab to reply to a message or answer a call, the app restarts. Just post the videos to a video service that knows what they are doing, you clearly don't.

It does stream videos, if you can find them. It's nearly impossible to find the videos I want to see without having the spoiled results thrown in my face. Even simply trying to find the full video is a 15 minute chore since I have to find the correct tab and scroll until I see a similar video then see if I can find the full event video I want from the generated playlist.
