Terrible app. Don't waste your time. Would not log in after registering (error message). Same after resetting password. An endless circle of errors. If I could rate a zero I would.

Totally useless app. Registered account, but unable to login. After entering username and password, redirected back to login page again and again. Waste of time with this app, back to the traditional scratch parking coupon. The app developer is a waste of Perak state resource, probably has gone 6 foot under since they are not updating the app or responding to the feedbacks here.

Slow, unresponsive and unreliable. Why even have a separate app when you can leverage on FlexiPark app. Besides the infrastructure provided by Flexi should be able to take on the surge in client requests, especially during peak periods like the holiday season like now in Dec. Would be unfair to go around saman ppl when you don't provide reliable mechanism for ppl to pay for parking!

Terrible app. HORRIBLE customer service. Top up didn't reflect on my app wallet. Refreshed many times. Logged in and out many times. all these while waiting on parking lot. Called all the customer care numbers listed. Only one answered after many attempts and hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. One star is a lot IMO. Developers need to be booked.

Worst experience after updating the apps!! It keep buffering and need a lot of time even when to set plate no. Such a nonsense! As this app should ease us for the parking issue but I'm speechless.. The old version really serve it function & a lot better, very easy to use. I really hope they change back to old version 😢

The team mentioned the app faced technical problem at 15.12.2022 but I always meet the buffering problem loading the app. This app is for drivers' convenience but not causing wasting of time wait for the app to buffer. The problem always there and I am not sure about the objective of updating the app. Nothing change after updating other than the icon visual of the app change.

This app is not user friendly. The user interface didn't prompt error message when mandatory fields are not filling up. As an app user, I don't know how to proceed and it just stay at the same screen. I think the app should display proper error message/next step to guide user to proceed. Hope you can improve the app. Thanks.

Overall not bad. My complaint: I select English as the preferred language in my profile, and the app responds with "Record updated". However, each time I log in, the app is back in Malay, and I have to re-select English in my profile. The app responds with "Record updated" again, but the outcome is still the same - it's in Malay when I re-log in.

A small suggestion for the app.. For the interface to confirm the user for making payment, please make the "YA" button at the right side, and "TIDAK" button at the left side. Normally the app or game interface will having the "YES" button on right hand side while "NO" button on left hand side. Please make the interface easier for us to do the payment, not make the payment be harder.

Very bad, registering half way crash, re-register again, slow app, keep on loading only, top up, keep on loading, buying coupon is much faster and easier. Top up , payment deducted but credit didnt add on immediately, wait again. Is a complete waste of time on using this app. If cant manage this app well, why dont just join jomparking, much more stable.

The system is offline since early morning today (30/04/2024). I cannot place parking or make a top-up. I tried to send a complaint through the app, but it's not working. Please don't place a compound today. This app crashes often. Kindly fix it. Thank you.

I always prefer to pay parking using an application rather than physical paper coupon to ease the overall process. However the parking application just giving me a total different experience, such a waste of time. I tried to register using 3 different phone and email but the application keeps loading. It took me forever from 6pm+ until 3am in the morning but still cannot register. I never face any issues when i am using smart selangor, flexi parking, mbjb spot, pals for life and few others.

This app is basically useful, however, the app itself crashed many times. I can say almost every time, because when I pay for the parking regardless daily or monthly, it didn't show in the main page. The payment was successful, and it should provide us the receipt for the very least. So when there's a saman, I can show the proof of payment to the authorities. Please fix this !!!

After many attempts, I still cannot register. Tried different combination of passwords with upper, lower case, numbers and special signs, also cannot. This app also is not user friendly. No instructions as to the password requirements. Each time I register, it says, record has been updated but when I tried to log in after registration, it says, "Password does not match". I give up.

I have been using this app as I'm travelling all around Perak for work. To be fair there's no real problem using it but my biggest problem comes at the end of the month. No matter how many times i tried, even tried on a different phone, i can't get to save the usage history for my parking claims. Everytime I click the print button it will always go to a blank screen. Even after an hour nothing changes. Please fix this

SCAMMER!! I still have a balance in the app, but it shows RM0. When I proceed to insert a new car plate, it keeps buffering. I thought it was my phone's problem, but when I restarted it, it was still the same. If you're not ready to go digital, then stick to your traditional way of paying for the ticket. In the end, we are the ones who get fines despite the app problem, not ours! Lousy app!

Ridiculous to day the least. What's the point of having the app when 99% of the time, the app will be stuck in the loading phase. By the time I managed (miraculously) to enter the app and press pay, it will enter another loading phase. We can't pay for the parking and we're fined for it as well, despite it being the app's fault. If you're not prepared to go digital, just go back to the traditional parking coupons, at least we won't be so frustrated.
