App sucks. No support. I keep entering the zone number. It keeps saying the zone doesn't exist! No one replies to text support.

This company is a SCAM! I used the app to pay parking in Fort Lauderdale by Oceans 13 restaurant. Still got a $45 ticket! Appeal process is a joke! Parking cost me $55 for 1.5 hours. If you see this app on a sign, park anywhere else! SCAM

The app would only let us pay for 2 hours, 8 hours or 16 hours, and had a convenience fee. It felt more like an inconvenience fee

Despite parking signs that state this app is accepted at the parkung location, there were no indications for what zone it was in, and when looked up, the zone showed unavailable for this app to use. If you have a ParkByApp sign up, you should be able to use ParkByApp to pay, and the zone should be clearly indicated on the sign.

Don't use these people. We paid by phone for more time than we were there and they still sent us a citation for $52 though we had proof of parking. They are scammers. Professional Parking Management has nothing professional about them. I would have gave 0 stars if it was an option

Don't have the option to add minutes if it's not going to work. Review your app, whether ‐ or + minutes it reflects on the hour selection.

Doesn't let you buy monthly meter passes, it should let you buy whole month meter service for those of us that have to park on the street, paying for 2 hours is ridiculous.... if the person doesn't agree with the monthly pass price then that person can pay for 2 hours at the time... but i just don't have time for that bs...

Literally impossible to save a payment method, so I cannot complete any purchase. Also requiring that I log back in every time I have to back out of the payment screen and go through the emailed OTP to log in again is extremely tedious.

My experience using this app is horrendous! The fact that it is allowed on the Play store or the Apple store is egregious! The basic UX features that should be available are abysmal i.e. it is not possible to edit debit card details, and the application errors out. Don't get me started on parking tickets I had to fight because somehow the parking enforcer could not retrieve my payment record, which I proved was entered correctly. If you are reading this, do not bother downloading this app.
