Poor Signed In Experience. My first time using app, I booked a space in a garage after inputting info including plate number, payment info, email, etc. The next time I used the app, I created an account synced with my Google email, and inputted that same info again so it'd be saved for future booking. While signed in, I went to book a spot in the same garage I'd used previously, and the book session page loaded indefinately while the time to book timer continually counted down.

More often than not both the app and website give me an error code when trying to select parking duration saying "no quote could be created for the parameters provided because no matching rate could be found".... I just want to pay for a hour of parking?! Giving 2 stars because it worked twice, not consecutively. Once when I first set it up then again after I needed to add more time. I got the error message several time so I canceled my parking session and started a new one.

This is the most poorly designed and implemented app that I have ever had the displeasure of using. It is buggy, gets locked on the add vehicle screen even if you force exit and reenter the app, it doesn't save credit card info, it doesn't automatically pull in your favorite vehicle, payments fail much more often than they succeed, and the user interface was designed by a drunk 3-year-old. I will actively avoid doing business with any company that forces the use of this app for their parking.

Lousy UI, lousy and laggy app. This is a poor example of a glorified browser that doesn't render things correctly. There aren't any options to save your login info (username/password or biometrics), which is annoying and useless. In addition, their server firewall is configured incorrectly, so you can't access at least some of their static pages. I don't know where to begin with suggestions for improving this app (browser wrapper in its current form), so maybe start from scratch. Yikes.

Terrible app. I've had to set up my account, delete it, and set it up again several times. Tells me my password is wrong right after I've reset it. Used the reset password feature only to be toldy password is wrong (I know, I'm trying to reset it!) ParkMobile does it right. Any company that uses this app instead of ParkMobile is foolish.

Pretty useless. Despite being logged in with all information on file, I still have to enter the garage, vehicle, & payment info everytime I park in the same place. If the objective is convenience, what's the point of even having an account or app if they don't work. Doesn't even show my previous parking sessions.

1. opening the android app throws "exception" error messages 2. When i login using the google account option i always need to do 2-way authentication regardless I keep saying to "remember device" 3. I cannot see all of my active parking sessions 4. I cannot see when my parking session started. 5. A NJ city gave me a parking ticket while my session was active, and I have no way to prove that my parking session was active because this app DOES NOT SHOW THE START TIME!!!

Hardly ever works. Can't log in to app using Google account. Connection times out half the time. Never sure if the purchase was actually made. Seems like there is little interest in fixing app since the penalties and fines are so steep if you aren't able to pay for parking. Oh and if the parking machine at the lot doesn't work, you're extra screwed. Update:10.11.22- just retried using the app. Still unable to log in using Google.

For 2 weeks I have been trying to use this app as well as the website and neither will allow a purchase to be completed. Two different errors populate for the same transaction...We are unable to process your payment. Make sure that you entered your CVV code correctly and you have enough funds before trying again. The 2nd error states there is an internal error and to contact technical support. Which one is it? Such an inconvenience!

Horrible user experience. Can't pay for parking by finding the lot in the map... can only reserve future parking. Trying to add a favorite location tries to make you purchase parking and does not allow adding a favorite. Parking sessions does not show current parking sessions, even when a current session is shown on the home screen. One of the worst apps created

Cheap prices Garbage App. Although every other app in the world uses Google's Auto sign in this one forces you to use login which up until this recent update Google wouldn't let you login because the "browser is not secure" Can not use the search to search an area around an address, can only search for parking garages if you know the address or via the map feature. Quite inconvenient. Many other bugs as well. May try it for a few more days but the inconveniences may not be worth saved $$$

App pretty buggy. Won't allow Google login, says the in-app browser is not secure. It also doesn't cache your parking pass so better hope you have internet connection in a solid concrete parking garage or remember to take a screenshot of the pass. Checkout process also buggy. Got a 404 error when I tried to pay, tried again and it went through but wouldn't load my pass. Was finally able to get a screenshot of it by viewing the pass from the email confirmation. Overall the UI is easy to navigate.

Uninstalling. Big hassle at exit, you know, one of those real annoying scenarios where people are lined up behind you because your parking app isn't working. Paid the full price through the app, but then, after calling for help, ended up having to pay $6 more to get out, even though the max price for 24 hours had already been paid, and I was there for 5 hours. Will find a better one...that works!

Honestly all I get now is an error screen when I pull in to a lot and try to pay. I was sat just under 20 minutes fighting with the app to get around the error. Sometimes I can "book ahead" for the time I need that moment but lately I can't even do that. I got a ticket in the mail for the 15 mins I was there parked in a near empty lot just trying to set up my payment. I've had nothing but troubles, disputes, tickets for times I did 100% pay and had the receipt. I give up. Infuriating!

Very frustrating app. It continually asks you to log in and never authenticates. It defaults to add vehicle screen, and sometimes you can't even get out of that screen to try and log in again. After you add your vehicle, it says you've already added that vehicle, but doesn't allow you to get out of the screen to log in or book parking.

Apparently they don't want my money. Set up an account, tried to order a spot, credit card would not save, verified info 10 times, tried another card, still won't accept it, called customer support, on hold for 5 min, spoke to someone, transferred, on hold 15 min, sent to voicemail of random garage, never resolved the issue, still can't pay for parking

This app has become unusable. Previously I had no issue using my Google account, and saving a payment option. Now every time I pay for parking I have to enter in my information manually every time. Also when I try to add time to my session, I end up getting an error. Then I'll have to wait for my original session to end to create a new one, going through the whole process again. This is the worst app I have every used.

I'm not sure how this app is allowed in the Play Store... makes you login almost every time you open it, and its "Google login" option makes you type in user ID, password, 2 factor every time!!! It's even worse when that happens as you're trying to wrangle with it while at the garage exit with multiple people honking and screaming at you. The app didn't work... somehow managed to get their website to work after 15 attempts!!! The worst!

What an absolute mess to navigate and pay for a parking session. Who thought it was a good idea to have to type your plate in, select your state, select the number of hours you want, *THEN* have the option to sign in, *THEN* deal with Google authentication to complete a transaction... Every. Single. Time? "Parking shouldn't be a hassle." I agree, but here we are.

Saving a parking zone as a favorite seems useless. I've never been able to reserve from favorites and end up having to manually put in the zone number everywhere time. Also extending a current session doesn't seem to work and errors out. Often the current session in the history is simply missing completely.
