How it works:
- Install the parking App and register or choose express parking
- Find your parking spot on the map, or search to find parking spaces in a particular parking zone with the zone code
- Start, stop or extend your parking ticket whenever you want
- The parking attendant sees your digital parking ticket through his control device
- You get a notification by the Parking App 15 minutes before your parking time ends
Payment options
- Bill per E-mail (no additional charge)
- VISA / MasterCard (no additional charge)
- Bill on paper (29 SEK/2,99€)
With express parking payment is made directly via Swish (Sweden) or Apple Pay, Paypal, debit/ credit card. An administration fee of 5 SEK / 0,50€ is charged for each parking process.

It is not clear when you have paid. I have not linked a card to the app but it looks like I have paid. Still don't know how to pay.

If you forget to turn it off, you get a big bill. I imagine not having geo controls is a choice they make for just such occurences. The app has a horrible interface, and it's not easy to change payment details on the fly. For some unfathomable reason, they charge sometime after the even, not then and there as one might expect. Total garbage. Nice for them that so many places will only take this as a payment method.

In Luleå Parkster bundled up all streets belonging to Lulebo, making it super simple to park. Pluspoäng på det! The other app specified every street and were missing several, impossible to use.

Works very easily, can add time or leave early without any trouble. Easiest just to put in the code than use the map.

it's even more expensive with the app. Overpriced, if you don't have an account. Even with the account it's still overpriced. Why to bother with this app and the account (even with the premium version). Uninstall!

This is the best car parking service I have ever dealt with. 1 and most important. There are no service fees or extra percentage on top of the official parking fee. 2 Great customer service with generous opining hours. The only minor downside is that if you don't add a debit or credit card, you get an invoice automatically.

If you use it in Germany, it will not work in Sweden. No instructions how to use when changing country. It will not change county automatically and cannot find information how to change country.

The app does not have any clear way to pay. I was under the impression that I have paid my ticket since I didn't remember if I linked a card or not, after parking everything looked normal and seemed like the payment was done but then I received a reminder that I didn't my parking ticket and that they are charging me an extra 3 Eur for that.

Once I got it going it was ok but the lack of actual info is lacking. I paid once for parking but it didn't go thru them it didn't say that running the risk of a fine. The one good thing it works backwards so you pay later depending on how much you use as opposed to getting a ticket for an extra 5 minutes.

Tried to park im Sweden, and the location code only offered places in Germany, even though my phone has a UK SIM card. Had to pay by card, a fixed amount of time. My wife tried with iPhone, found the correct location, but the app refused to accept payment with apple pay. Very annoying

It's a nice app. Would be good if it had a walk through for new users, especially how Parkster charges after parking is done. Otherwise, I like the feature that ends the parking in case you forgot to stop parking.

They will charge you for printing out the paper for your bill... so stupid. can't even find the option to pay on the phone because my card is not accepted for some reason. 5kr parking = 49kr bill because of the printed paper faktura. that is stupid. will use the other apps because they allow for other means of payment that is much more compliable. Also. They try to charge us twicd for using a carpark when my partner pays for parking on HIS app and we use the same car. They wanma charge me too

Works for me. Edit: Today I planned to park for one hour for 1.50€. I had to extend for 30 minutes, and the app estimated the new cost would be 2.22€. I returned a few minutes earlier to my car and stopped the parking, which then recalculated the parking fee as 2.13€. I like being able to for the exact number of minutes parked instead of having to estimate the time and (usually) overpay.

Very difficult app for first time users, especially in a foreign country and no internet access at my car most of the time. As a result I am being significantly overcharged at most parking locations as not able to "stop parking" until the next day or later. Need to uninstall this app ASAP (now that rental car returned) to stop ongoing overcharges at multiple locations.

NON-EU users: Do not use this app! There is no way to pay with credit card! The only way to pay is to send money to an IBAN after you receive an invoice in the middle of the month. This is considered a wire transfer for non-EU banks and comes with hefty fees! Our parking ticket was only €1,60, but our bank wanted to charge $25 for the transfer. We ended up asking a German friend to pay the charge for us and then paid them back.

DO NOT INSTALL FOR USA TRAVELER. Paper invoice is default option and once the invoice is generated mid-month they don't allow payment by CC. I even contacted customer support to see if they could manually apply the fee to the CC that I added to their system, but they would not do that. Paper invoice is IBAHN which is easy for EU, but in USA isn't common and none of my 3 banks allowed international wire for non-business accounts to make this payment. Thankfully I had a German friend that could pay it easily. A major headache for a 3 euro parking fee. Next time find the kiosk or park elsewhere.

Very confusing UI. No way to pay directly and instantly through the app. The payment options are 1) credit card: They store your credit card and deduct once per month. 2) Email invoice: The payment reminder with link to invoice is sent on the due date. The payment may be overdue by the time you read the email and posts as overdue until the ATC goes through. They should send the payment reminder email before the payment is due.
