great doctor, unable to provide medicine via online appointment. from the description it sounds as though this would have been possible but ended up not being the case. kind of a waste of money.

I love and recommend this app for the pet lovers. My wife and I recently purchased a puppy and she had diarrhea. In a panic we didn't know what to do. Downloaded the app and was advised to go to a vetenarian.

Every pet parent could benefit from this app. every member of their team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and also very reassuring and stressful times. it would be nice to have a monthly subscription option because sometimes their annual price might be a little high to do all at once but it's definitely worth every single penny

It is nice in theory but when my dog started getting sick, I was recommended to take him to the vet. I took him and they gave him some medicine and discharged him. Then he got worse and I took him back the same day. My vet was about to close and they deemed it an emergency and told me to take him to the emergency vet. He had to stay overnight and the next day. It was an expensive bill that I thought Pawp would cover but no. They only pay for the 1st visit before the emergency apparently.

Great app for when you're not sure whether to run to the emergency/regular vet or not. Send clear relevant photos for better diagnostics, and you'll be good. The doctors are kind and helpful and keep things concise and to the point. I would 10/10 recommend them

If I could leave a less than 1 star review, I would. Tried canceling on exact same day as renewal date & was told they would not refund the $99 fee! It is ridiculous that fee would not be returned or at least some type of compromise, being that it was on same day. I would understand if it was even a day later not being refunded. Customer service was extremely rude & of no help. This app is of no use to me & I never even used my free trial period from T-mobile. Don't waste time on this app!

They are charging a $99 dollar membership fee to renew. However, in the renewal email, they do not state anything about the $99 fee. I contacted the company and they refused to cancel the charge. They told me to contact my bank to dispute it. This is horrible practices. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. They are opening themselves up to multiple lawsuits. FYI: I did contact that email. Horrible treatment. If you want to do better, give out refunds!!!

I feel scammed and from reading the comments it's clear I'm not the only one! I had a free trial a year ago. I thought I cancelled the membership forever ago I had even deleted this app. never once used it didn't even finish setting up the profile. I contacted them the day the charge appeared in the account before it even cleared and was told "under no circumstances" do they give refunds. DO NOT trust this app.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! THEY CHOOSE FOR YOU! Requested to cancel membership the day after being charged $99 (I get it had to be cancelled before renewal). Only used it once at the beginning of the trial (2022) and was asked generic questions by the telehealth vet (did not request any photos or videos of my pet) then recommended to visit veterinarian. Never used it after that. My point is instead of compromising and canceling all services, as requested, you are going to keep my money (fixed income!)?

Tried this out for the day and right off the bat, some deceptive business practices were evident. Auto-renew is tied directly to the membership. You can't simply opt-out of auto renewal; if you cancel the payment input, it cancels service. Try using a one-time use credit token. The service is also quite vague in what it does and doesn't do. No mention of pet prescriptions. It's basically a telehealth service for your pet/s. Also offers "pet insurance" coverage for emergency care for a fee. 😮💨

Had to change my review based on my experience with not so friendly "customer service" side of Pawp. I had a free trial and used the service twice. Vets were great. However I've had alot happen recently and can't afford the $99 yearly fee. I needed to cancel by Oct 25. I canceled at 5:35 am Oct 25 but they had already charged me $99 at 4:30am EST which is 1:30am my time. I was told that it was my fault for not cancelling sooner and under no circumstances would i recieve a refund. Thanks Pawp.

Very disappointed with the service and the charges. I have placed a complaint with the BBB. The customer service is rude and of no assistance. I've had multiple attempts and tried calling the number to actually speak to someone and all they send is a text to chat. Will not reccomend at all. I also had an experience with an incorrect diagnosis. I almost freaked out. I sent the same pictures and videos to another service and received the correct guidance unlike here.

I'm comparing this to AirVet. AirVet is a bit pricier, but you can choose between video, phone, or chat, all on demand, whereas Pawp only has chat. The wait times are a bit longer for Pawp as well, but I like that you can choose whether or not to have the emergency fund and get a lower price. Great service with a little room to improve, but 100% still worth the money!

I've had issues with the "Get Care" button not working at all. It seemed to fix itself an hour or so later, but it was a very stressful period of time as my dog was seemingly experiencing an emergency. They did approve the emergency funds though which I'm thankful for. The support chat section of the app seems to crash each time after uploading a picture.

This app was part of a promotion from T-mobile. I quickly realized the services offered would not meet my needs and never used it. I was very surprised to learn they charged me for a year renewal. I immediately attempted to contact customer service, which they make it difficult to do, and was told they would cancel my account but not refund my money on an account that have never been used. Be very aware of what you are getting into before you download this app!!

Cool concept but problems. No monthly subscription (which they apparently had before January 23 but now require a year up front). Cancelling the trial to stop the auto renewal actually cancels your remaining trial balance. Support can't turn the trial balance back on. Nothing told you that you would lose the remaining balance of your trial days. Is it worth it? Probably for some people. I'm just not going to pay 100 at the moment to ask 2 more questions while I should have a trial..

Pretty disappointed. Any issue basically results in being sent to a vet. I thought the whole point was to get help from a vet online without having to go. No real diagnosis is done. It's like a "we make you feel better app by chatting with you". I also never received a reminder for the annual renewal. They charged $99 for another year and claim to send reminders. After a day I canceled and contacted them and got their emails instantly. They refuse to ever refund anything! Terrible practice!!!

I got a free year so decided to sign up. For the most part, it seems good. You can talk to an emergency vet whenever, get a care plan, and so on. However, it won't let me add notes about my pets. My cat needs a specific flea and tick medication due to skin allergies, but it won't allow me to specify that, and it automatically matches you with a flea and tick medicine that you can't change. I also can't go back and add allergies or anything else after completing the original assessment.

RIP OFF! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY FREE OFFERS! I downloaded it when I was with T-Mobile and they gave a free year subscription! Well 1st off their charges are 20 times higher than my local vet. And I never used it and when the 1 year free was over, I didn't get any notice reminding me that the Free subscription was ending and they billed my bank account and I never gave them any of my bank info. T-Mobile gave it to them. And forget about customer service and getting reimbursed! SCAM ! 0 STARS
