Broke again since the latest update! Can't see activity this time... rest of the app seems to work. Tried clearing cache, etc, uninstall, reinstall, but presume it's the latest update causing the issue because all have failed

The app doesn't work all. I have tried reinstalling too but no luck. It gets automatically closed when I open . When it work d for sometime also doesn't work properly. Most of the time I can't claim the rewards

Doesn't work. Nothing more to say than that - app loads to a white screen, nothing happens (apart from an occasional pop-up saying "something has gone wrong") and.... that's it. Looking at the other reviews, seems like it's been like that for years. Why even offer it for download?

App keeps closing before even able to use it. Absolutely terrible since I'm constantly reminded to spend my points before expiry and can't even look on the app. Very disappointed that this hasn't been sorted. If i could give it 0 stars I would 😡

Terrible, I am getting my bank telling me to use my points, I have logged on multiple times, but just kicks you out. I think the overall rating tells a story. Don't want you spending the points you have earnt, if it was costing them money, this app would have been repaired by now.

Look at the Rating of this app !!! It might be the lowest in the play store !! This app is a disgrace , first I could not log in or change my phone number , after numerous days on the phone that got sorted , just so that when I finally managed to log in the app started crashing , on log in , so still can't log in. I can't believe Mastercard pais for and keeps a team this inept at their job , I guess it's time to move to visa , as this app is just a very bad practical joke. Stay away !!!

"Sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try again." This is the MasterCard Pay with Rewards experience. Don't trust the recent reviews. Either bots or people trying to raise up the star count to not get the app ditched or bank to stop recommending the card, but this is, as it is now, a scam. Selling you rewards you can't access or activate or use, is, by nature, lying about the card possibilities. Please spend time fixing your app before "fixing" the reviews.

The app crashes as soon as you open it. It is now completely unuseable. This started happening with the last update (3rd July 2024). Obviously not been tested properly and rushed out.

Hmmm I just signed up and was liking the app. However, 1 week later, the app crashes continuously with an error message "something has gone wrong". Reinstalled and still the same issue. Annoying

Just want to echo what others have said - received a message to say points are expiring but then the app crashed as soon as it loads up... Hopefully when they get it working again, that's factored in to any potential expiry!

Contacted Mastercard who decline any help or even acknowledgement of their involvement. They sent me back to HSBC, the bank issuer stipulating that if the App is not working it is not their problem but the Bank. Amazing users relation skills. The fact that the App drops out all the time is obviously the issuing banks fault!!!! Bonkers!!! Well done, @Mastercard

The app just closes a second after putting your pin in ... I uninstalled then reinstall app stayed open long enough to re-enroll but a second after going to the home screen it closed again and closed again after entering pin??????????? Is this a faulty update? Not had a problem for 2 1/2 years until maybe a week ago!

Since the recent update, I am unable to use the app at all. It crashes and closes immediately after logging on. Unless they fix this asap, there's no point in using the card at all, as there's is no other way of using the points you accrue.

The worst EVER app! This has to be the worst ever app. It doesn't deserve the one star but as the the lowest option had to give it the mark. It keeps stopping for no reason. I log in, the home page very briefly pops up the closes and I get the message app us closing. H.S.B.C. should be ashamed to be expecting their customers to put up with this. It is making me seriously wonder if I should move all my accounts to another ( better ) bank.

Trash. Doesn't work at all anymore and now I'm being reminded to spend points before expiration when the app just flat out doesn't work. When it did work, none of the settings keep. E.g. I didn't want to save points, just use them on all future purchases whenever accrued. But you have to login and do that manually regularly.

Application was running till last week. Now, it requests to re-enter the card(s) data as if all the data were lost. Trying to enter the credit card data isn't successful. For the debit it stops after accepting the numbers. It seems a new update is urgently needed to fix the error. The most frustrating topic is that "THERE IS NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH APPLICATION's ADMIN.."

Others have already said the problems I have with this app; it's poor how the historic transactions list is so short, it should definitely be longer when you are talking about finances. Secondly, I too keep receiving messages about my points expiring. I haven't even had the card 18 months and the rewards are supposed to last three years. Since updating it last week the app appears to have broken. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, but the app crashes and closes every time. Not good!

App will not even start now since latest update. When it did work, it's very slow, it only shows the last 2 weeks of transactions. It misses out points for transactions that should get points. There is no help, online chat. I've been using the app for about 4 months and already getting emails to use my points before they expire yet they don't expire for 3 years. Very poorly written app.

The app has limited functionality. There is no information that shows how many points/£ you have cumulatively earned. This would be a useful feature so you could see how much over a specific period you have been rewarded. The point history is also limited. Currently I can only see two entries. Ideally, this should be retain all over period of time. With monthly views, similar to a bank statement. The app also keeps crashing!

After the latest update, it crashes completely after loading my balance, almost like a tease. I have cleared the app data, uninstalled, re-installed, and even tried it on a different phone, using a different version of android, but to no avail. Please fix this, as it removes the only benefit to having a rewards mastercard, and as it currently stands, there is no point in keeping it, when there are better deals and options available
