First time crypto user but my payment kept getting rejected. My bank told me it was paybis. When I enquired they said I was a security concern and barred from transactioning by their security dept. What a waste of my time. Their response when asked was 'As mentioned, your account is not banned and it is active, but unfortunately, the decision to reject your transactions was made by our Security Department.' And they won't tell me the reason why. Aweful customer journey.

The manner which pabis tries to prevent embezzlement is one of the weakest policies i've ever seen for you allowed to have different names on the account holders and I saw the Cell phone bill account for verification on my purposes. That being allowed makes embezzlement are fraud very easily done. My money does not feel secure here and I will be closing my account

In the past say year I'd rate this app zero The UI/UX was just there, the app was not smart very annoying. About a week ago tried again and am surprised it's working now if it keeps going like this I'd rate it 4 star, may be, just may be 5, but now 3 star 55-65%, if I enjoy there app I'll be back, and if not when am back I'll rate it -minus, honestly speaking, am Victor from Lagos in Nigeria, I also got verified which was almost impossible to do before. Am basking in the euphoria.

Sometimes it's a really great platform. Sometimes, not so much. Sometimes it repeatedly asks me to re-verify my identity over and over again. Or it will randomly reject a small buy for no reason whatsoever.

I registered and uploaded my voter's card (now lost) whose edges were damaged, the verification was successful but later blocked from using the service. I opened another account yet the same thing. Can't this be resolved, the tone I get from support last time suggests so. I trying again.

I have used more than 10 strongest wallet and definitely help me to move from one area in my business to another. This one is completely out of line and not recommending at all. I was asked to verify my account and send all the necessary documents and then with no specific reason given. The Email came! You are blocked indefinitely😱 You have to help customers if something is not right, tell and provide a needed help. Moreover, customer services have no idea why I was blocked. Seriously?

As others have described, I made several transactions over the last few months using my debit card. Just now, a transaction was halted and ID verification was requested. Submitted ID but it was rejected. Submitted again, rejected. Emailed support, along with copy of DL and bank statement. Still waiting. From the description of others this is a frequent issue. In the meantime, money was removed from my account and I'll have to wait several days for it to come back. Great way to lose customers.

Isn't even capable of recognizing the four digit pass codes that gets sent for the verification of email address. At least it recognizes the email address. It's a lot better than altcoin base or, Voyager. The apps and computer systems which, Paynes, voyager and altcoin have developed and offered as, a viable reliable form of, online trading, are nothing more than, a flawed, glitch plagued, bug-infested absolutely frustrating, technical nightmare!!!! Save your self from the aggravation!

After struggling for about 4 days as a beginner crypto holder I finally found a wallet that's simple to use andeasy to set up and I can use USDT-TRC20 which is perfect only down side are the fees are pretty high compared to wirex! Hence 4 star! However 3 days after opening my account it was closed down as they said its not supported in the UK so I've taken away another star

I really don't understand why customer service totally useless .. when ask for solution .. direct reply depends on bank .. when U reject my transaction suppose the money is direct refund on the spot ..not the money in for U all to use and yet me buy with u crypto get nothing but money paid for free

Do not use this app, website, or company. They have repeated told me they are " working" on my large transaction, and I'm having 0 resolutions. Beware Texas residents, you will be able to use platform, but they will not let you view your wallet or funds.

This is the only app on my phone that has high speed 5g internet speed, but it keeps saying network error all the time. it was a hindrance during purchasing Bitcoin using a visa card. didn't like that at all.

A massive faff!! Doesn't work with some banks but you have to go through everything to find out. The developers really need to pull their finger out the app is really bad. Got it working in the end.

I used Paybis for about a year now. They offer Online Banking option as a payment method, which has low fees compare to other methods, but it definitely gets declined if you use it. Then it takes between 4 to 7 days to have it resolved. they closed my account as I'm not a profitable customer for them. They don't care about you, they're such a disgrace, be careful. Use changenow.io or Kraken instead. Update: I did email them and still no explanation. Go with them if you're looking for headache.
