I keep getting security risk messages. The app only worked the first time I used it. Sent an email for support but didn't get a response.

Great but needs improvement. Once you scroll down far enough the apps starts to lag and becomes less responsive, it also logs you out and makes you sign back in, even if your scrolling.

Account Information page wont load, cant complete my bank information during a purchase, and tech support takes your call just to tell you that you have to email them and wait 1-2 weeks. What if this is a sale that I dont want to miss? Can you cover the extra costs incurred by waiting?

Had no issues making a purchase and receiving the item. They provide you with your pay schedule and it comes straight out of your bank on the applicable dates. I have purchased a few things with this credit option.

I can't log into my account. I've reset cache and data, deleted app and reinstalled, and I'm stuck on the logging screen ; I enter my phone number to get the security code, and it just loads infinitely.

It's frustrating that the app doesn't remember your sign in info, or that your payments are processed the next business day rather than instantly. Afterpay processes the payments immediately, get with the times.

Service itself is fine, but the app is garbage. Having to login every 15 minutes via verification code is so annoying. And so far none of the stores I've tried have let me select PayBright as a payment option.

Paybright is just a waste of time, they make their customers go through hell to buy a stupid thing. From experience, getting a house loan is literally much easier and faster than getting a new phone with paybright. I have no idea how they could be get exclusive deals with major companies.

If I could give less then a star I would, it finally worked for me once after multiple failed attempts. Then tried to log in with my phone number and said I didn't have an account. Managed to get a link to my account - with customer service help - to monitor how much I had left to spend and pay off but then tried to make another purchase and has failed to process ever since. Website is completely inaccessible, neither eBay or paybright have any idea why the card does not work.

Absolutely AWFUL. Payment processing is so slow you can't even purchase something before your session expires, making you redo it all over again just to find out your session expires again. It even has to gall to ask you for your banking account information. Absolute scam. I'm just waiting for my money to be stolen right now. Worst "payment option" ever invented.

they have taken money from me for one month, bu they are saying its a missed payment. I have bank statements to prove this is incorrect and have not received a deposit back,which I should if it didn't go through on their end. Not going through on their end means they didn't get the money, right? Right so, then there should be a deposit back into the account for the amount there isn't. I have been trying to get this fixed, showed them proof,and still miss payment. They steal point blank.

The log in process is annoying, you have to get a code sent to you every time you want to browse the app and if you back out of it for more then a minute you have to get another code all over again... very annoying to use a regular password would be nice.

Not sure why I'm getting logged out every 2 minutes. Even on the web page. So annoying. How come I can't view my approved limit? I haven't had to log in since June 2021 so I didn't realize there were so many changes since then. Not happy with the navigation of everything. This 2 step verification every time I'm logged out for whatever reason is so unesscessary. I should be able to view everything regarding my account, not just my phone number. Please improve ASAP! Annoyed consumer here!

I rarely write reviews, but this is absolute garbage; in fact the whole process is garbage. This is my first using it and whether it's the site or the app and if it can go wrong, it goes wrong. I like the idea of a system that allows you to make the monthly payments at 0% interest - but wow... If it works and it does what it is suppose to do then I will definitely change the review; but for now - run far away - like don't even look back.

Didn't realize I had tried this app before and when I put in my phone number it said that I had opted out to receiving text messages and I needed to text join to the certain number I've done that two or three times now and guess what I won't get a response back

This is ridiculous. They took away the "Shop" Menu on the Canadian store and its a Canadian based company. Literally can't do anything with the apps in canada anymore. Like why? I bought a phone from Samsung off this app and now I can't buy anything.

TERRIBLE experience with getting notifications for failed payments. I had a 24- month payment plan in which the card I was using was changed twice (expiry + lost). The first time, I received a notification after two or three failed payments. The second time, I did not receive any notifications. I did not notice that the payments had stopped until 5-6 months later. By then, Paybright had already canceled my payment plan forcing me to pay the remaining ~$1300 at once.

Absolutely terrible, your account portal doesn't even show your limit or anything. You can't change your payment method or anything else you want to change. Also, when they say they are gonna check your credit score, they don't ask for your sin which they should, cause then you will know if they actually checked it or not. Don't bother, hopefully companies stop using this service.

Honestly this is the worst experience I've had with a payment plan. The execution of the software itself lacks so much potential. I have a plan that ranging for an extended period of time but of course I want to pay it off as quickly as possible so I make payments outside of what they already take off. The problem is the length of time they take to process the payment, I do not have these problems when I use Klarna, things are quick and easy with them, paybright needs to take a page from them.

I don't like to do loans however this was handy for that device you want but don't want to spend all at once. great for keeping track and paying off. app works well. service is great for that once in a blue big purchase.
