Doesn't work in UAE. No online shop takes it and they don't do refunds. These guys are legit scammers. Avoid!

Your web form is broken and yes I have done everything you have requested. Your chat box is useless. Please provide me with an email to contact you. So you connect to this pay app then they lock you out and won't do anything about it. Google report sent - Fraud app

They took 5 Euros from my account without any warnings/informations. Tried contacting them and they do not respond, only bot messages. The amount of disrespect from this company is insane. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Use paypall instead, someone is trying to help you there atleast. Worst company ever!!!!

If you need internet shopping, but if you cannot get a bank account or a card that is accepted in internet shopping, their solutions here is really helpful. One negative is that the Mastercard is occasionally not accepted. It can be very frustrating. Now, they started a new account and card system, and it works better. But there, there's currently no option to upgrade to paid plan. You cannot even find any info on it. Overall, I like it. I want to use it until I get an actual bank account.

Application requires geo locaton, and doesn't show even list of outlets without location permission. It looks like scam.

Locked my account for no reason at all , they say security reasons , done the form for unlocking account 2 days ago and when I call the service and explain my problem they just keep saying colleagues are working on it , seriously you lock my account and you can't unlock it for three days even though I sent you evidence how I legally bought paysafe , don't recommend paysafe , and ofcourse when I asked support for cashback the lady was annoyed and hung up , thanks paysafe you lost a customer...

Not recommended if you are not into gambling or gaming. useless. bad support, and very little information are available online. It is been 6 months that i am trying to utilize the balance, and still struggling.

Tried for hours to get app done right afterwards wasn't able to go online to purchase 16 digit code kept sending verification code for one thing or another then wanted all kinds of information 6 hours later still nothing online gameplayshop sends verification code to phone but there's no where to use it . Total waste of time

This is a perfect service, platform that has been created by the owners. It's perfect for if you don't have a bank account or just need an alternative payment method, that is quick, reliable and accessible to operate. Given that the service can be used by your local oneSop shop (to top up your account.) Thank you guys for creating and introducing this platform/feature for the public to use and benefit from.

Withdrew 350 euros from my paysafe account to my bank account. Its been 4 work days (supposed to be 2-3 days) and the money is nowhere to bee seen. When i try to contact support the website just throws an error message infront of me. Im beyond pissed.

It barely works with steam I tried to buy fallout it took almost my entire day to move the money to my steam wallet and now I try to get halo the MasterChief collection and steam barely works I don't recommend it as a service.

I usually love the convenience of paysafe but today I've added funds to my account but can't use it anywhere as it is sending 2 factor authentication code to an old number I've no longer got access to . Does anyone know why it isn't using My current number all of a sudden. It normally uses my current device and number

I can't use this anywhere! I just wasted my money (40bgn.) and I can not use them anywhere because nothing accepts this payment method, even though it said in the paysafecard site that I can! Everything is said in a very confusing way, and it is hard to deal with!

I'm in holidays abroad. I got a small problem with paysafecard and contacted customer service both online and over the phone.Twice. Sent them everything they asked and was promised that shortly everything will be fixed.That was yesterday. Today I called again and same promise. Now is late and nothing happened. Imagine relying on a card service that is unable to fix a small problem in 2 working days, problem that with a different service was fixed in 10 minutes. Shameful! 3rd day still nothing!

Horrible! Cust svc unreachable. Put $10 on my account & when I tried to use it was told it was locked & to contact cust svc. Every time I attempt to, it takes me to a form to fill out that requires you to attach a screenshot of the error message. Problem is, every time I attach my jpeg screenshot, it tells me it's an unsupported format. Then proceeds to list JPEG 1st in the list of accepted formats! Guess I'm just screwed out of $10! And their response to my review doesn't even apply to my issue

I tried and put money on paysafe via pin it went through.. However it wouldn't work 3 times. Then they claim I must proof with I'd who I am if there to consider refund, what a lot of rubbish they didn't need I'd to take my money first off.
