For checking your balance quickly this app works fine but if you need to register a card or anything more advanced I'd recommend just using the website. I use this app for the Fast Balance feature so I don't have to type in my password everytime I need a quick update.

The app used to show purchase history, but after the update, it was removed for some stupid reason. It is frustrating. 12/20/19: I don't know if anyone in charge of this app saw my review of it or if it was just coincidence, but there was a new update and it seems to have fixed this issue. I can see what I spent money on. Thank you for fixing it, so I will raise my review from a 2 star to 4 star. For now.

You guys need to fix this app, ASAP. Everytime i enter my email and password, it always tells me it is not recognized? That makes absolutely no sense to me at all, in the past before it was updated, it was running smooth and no issues :0 now its time you guys to get to the bottom of this issue please? And thank you 👍

The app loads many times with a solid blue screen. The only fix for this is to delete the app and reinstall it. People have been complaining about this for a long time, but the develepers could seem to care less. They never respond and no fix in the works.

Terrible navigation and layout. After struggling with the app for 30 minutes, trying to fix the settings, not being able to access some settings because pop ups are in the way, I just gave up and uninstalled.

What kind of banking app allows you to lock your card but then not unlock it!!?? That's the worst app EVER!! When I need access to MY own money I have to call customer service on a ten minute or longer call to unlock the card but it takes a second to lock it up!? Of course, there is never any time frame on how long the retarded issue will take to resolve. Worst banking app created!!

Absolute trash the app loads then it's nothing but a blue screen with the paysign emblem. You have to randomly click the screen till it's says to input password. Then some more random clicks to log in followed by another blue screen with no account information or transaction history.

recently updated. app saves user name wuth a toggle. Can not save password. If you click the left side menu pull down the bottom of the screen is filled with give feedback. 4 question rate the app. and still will not remove give feedback bar. If you click give feedback a 2nd time it shows you an invite to create a surveymonkey survey. Allows password chamge in app. allows Lock my card indeterminet time period if lost or stolen.

I tried to use this app, once again, and upon entering all my information correctly, the app said there was an error, and offered no solution, and no alternatives. Well, that the error is somewhere on your end, not mine, because I did all I could to sign in properly, and it would not let me in, so I uninstalled the app. I remembered that I had used this app before, but there were problems back then as well. So, until you decide to fix this "error" in your system, my rating will stay at 1 star.

Being unable to login and gave me error saying:"technical difficulties" "ty again in a few moments". It's been 2 weeks, and still having the same problem. At first I thought the app may have a update. No.. No update here. So I'm thinking it's a bug not yet fixed or something. Hopefully it's getting fixed soon.

This is for the card that was given to me by CSL Plasma when I signed up. I've never had a problem with the card or it's use and never had to contact support. Everything works fine. Except .... it would be nice to be able to link it to other services, like coinbase or cash app. "Prepaid cards can't be used." I have to get cash back on debit purchases then load cash app. Not a huge deal breaker or complaint, just an extra step. Also. A $0.55 fee for declined transactions??? Really???

I registered on the website so it let me login with the same credentials. It gives me the same account info which is great, but I installed this to see in-network ATMs. Instead of doing that it keeps mapping locations in the middle of fields unless I enable location. 3 different towns, 1 location per town, and 3 different fields. Unless they ran power and a network connection so the cows and horses can bank, I they need to fix this problem. Turned on location and still need to put in ZIP code.

A bunch of junk I have been trying to open this app up for over 3 months and still have not accessed this app. I have made serval attempts to get a verification code sent to my email. Out of over 30 times I've tried this and no email is ever sent . I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and we still have the same issue. This is a debit card we should have access to our finances,and transactions that are being made with this card. This is really terrible almost fraudulent.

Was working fine til today. Now it won't let me log in. All my info is correct. I deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still won't work

Edit: FINALLY got the card registered...almost a week later. Bumped to 3 stars, but after the hassle of it all that's as high as I'm going. Garbage. I just got back into donating plasma and they have changed the card provider to these people(why is beyond me as the BoA card/app worked just fine). The app AND the website refuse to move my registration past inputting my email and making a password. Incredibly dissatisfied.

App won't allow me to verify my email. Keeps saying not valid, resend verification. I've done it 10 times and still won't validate. I changed password, it allowed that! And it sent link to the address I keep trying to validate ... So, I tried an 11th time and a 12th time to send validation email, because even after changing my password, and receiving all emails to the email I'm trying to validate,, this app still won't allow me to verify my email! Waste of time!!!!!
