Opened app immediately hear talk back when it's not turned on on my phone! No way to make it stop & no way to do anything at all! Tapping the screen does absolutely nothing!!! This app total garbage no matter what device I use!! It needs to be completely scrapped & they need to start all over!!!!! Update; January 25th 2024, When I install the app it's fine then if I leave it to go to check email from PCH, if I tap the link, it will not open the app back up!! It stays on the 1st screen with the

Like others have mentioned, the latest update is for the birds! I like playing and have actually won a few things (not anything big yet). I sure hope it gets fixed it soon. I have played for over 1000 days straight so I don't want to lose my bonus tokens every morning. Here's an idea take one of the Grand Prizes off the board and hire someone that can debug the glitches!!! 🤔

This may be the slowest, buggiest app I've ever used (which in my opinion, is purposeful). Much of the time the x on the ads sends me to the download page instead of closing the ad; and then I have to load the app again because it doesn't keep my spot. And the games offer little to no control, are slow and glitchy, and feel like a chore to play. *Now it won't let me update until I free up space, even though I have 3 GB free. I free up the required amount and it still won't let me update. Bye! 👋

Buggy as heck. Games laggy and the latest update appears to have reverted my entries to 0. On previous updates, have yet to test on latest update, anytime advertisements sent me to Google Play store. The app itself would restart and make me lose out on extra entries. Update: App crashes at random, even when attempting to use the treasure chest entry part upon starting the app. It also crashes and switches to another app that's in my previous apps list.

Really would like to change this review but this is by far the buggiest, most broken and repetitive app I've ever used. The more you progress, the more you're forced to watch more and longer adds all to win nothing but more tokens to win more nothing...thousands of entries for everything from $25 gift cards to cars and not once have I won a single dime nor do I know anyone who has. They reward consistent players with more non skippable adds and glitchier experience.

I've been playing PCH games and entering their contests for years now and unfortunately, it's all been a waste of time. if I don't win something besides coins soon, I will probably stop playing. It takes a hell of a long time to do ALL their games and I watch hundreds of ads every day just to enter into the drawings. Edit- Don't waste your time with this app! I have loaded and unloaded this app 4 times and all it does is say no network available or whatever it says. it's NOT my network!

The app is not functioning properly. The app keeps closing itself. The miniature golf is difficult to get a hole in one. When I play the game, I can't finish it. I tried restarting the device, clear cache, force stop the app, and uninstall and reinstall the app, but no difference. I only had 16 entries to the win for life, but I needed 2 more entries. The app doesn't work.

You get 2 stars instead of 1. Still the same. Glitches in almost every game. . You try to claim your entries and it goes to ad. No big deal. But instead of going back to the game you were playing, it starts the pch app all over again. I tried to claim the 200 free entries twice. When it ask me again( for the third time I said no. I watched two friggin ads with no reward. This happens constantly. Started so nice. What happened PCH?

The prizes that you could possibly win are quite decent but the amount of ads that you have to watch to gain any entries for the contest is absolutely ludicrous. And so many times you play the game, watch the ads to get your entries and as soon as it goes to deposit your entries it says "submit error". So they don't count and you have to play the game again, watch the ads again and hope that it will work this time. And the site is always down for some technical issues or for maintenance.

This is one of the buggiest apps I've ever experienced. First, the app takes forever to load, you could be stuck at the loading screen for over 30 minutes. Second, it disconnects frequently, especially right before claiming your tokens. Third, if it disconnects while on a game board map, you will loss all tokens you acquired on that map up til that time. Fourth, the ads play, even if you select not to, and don't provide option to exit early (5, 10, 20 sec, etc) like most apps provide.

I am sick & tired of you blaming the users device(s) when there is clearly a problem within the PCH+ app itself. Telling the user to go through all those unnecessary steps is not helpful. I've found that when the PCH+ data file size gets close to 650 Mb or above, it is hardly worth trying to play games in the app. You keep getting that FALSE message about "Internet Connection Problems." Delete the data file, restart the app, get to where you can log back in, play without the false error mag.

UPDATE ON REVIEW: Have been playing for years now when I try to open the app, I keep getting network errors, and my network is just fine. Re-downloaded it, nothings changed. I'm starting to get aggravated, and the adds are starting to get longer. I know it's free, but it's not worth playing if I can't get in the game to actually enter. Useless Just un-installed. Noticed no tech person responds to anyone's reviews anymore. It could be because PCH doesn't exist anymore. Damn shame.

Games are easy enough, and they practically give away tokens. The number of ads that can't be silenced is obnoxious. This app is always "under construction" or freezing up. I have my settings with all of the sound off because I like to use my phone when I'm out in public and bored just like anyone else. The sound effects NEVER turn off. I often just close the app for that reason. Nor do I have thirty years to dedicate to this game before I win, which seems to be the trend.

The app itself is a little buggy, as others have said (watching ads and the app crashes sometimes losing progress). The variety of games to play is okay and you can play them in each drawing as much as you want essentially. The biggest annoyance for me concerns the ads. I get watching ads in order to max entries for each of the games, but if I elect not to watch one to max entries, I don't expect to still be watching an ad. If you're going to show an ad regardless, why bother asking?

Wow does this game go up and down in quality! I had it all figured out and working on a faster phone, then sometime in the last year they changed *everything.* The games are a bit more realistic, but it's absolutely out of control when it comes to figuring out how each one works. I haven't worked out the golf clubs in the months since the change. Worst PCH app, still. Update: Got a new, better phone and this app no longer drains the battery but it crashes constantly.

Good app for getting entries into the weekly prizes, a lot more than you get on the websites. However, the app seems a little unstable and inconsistent. I've ended up re-downloading it several times as it won't seem to consistently function properly. Which also makes me wonder about the overall quality of PCH platforms, if you even have legitimate chances of winning (if your entries get lost, etc)

When I upgraded the PCH plus app I noticed that my time to finish a world increased dramatically. The reason this happened was because of the adds. I know adds probably give a lot of money for time to show whatever products they are trying to sell. Do I really have to watch a add for solitaire cash for a minute only to skip it. When I do try to skip the add the x to skip is so small that I unintentionally touch the other part of the add screen and go to their website. Still playing for entries.

Update: 6/15/2024 I had to delete this App, I think about a year ago, due to their update. It was when they changed the games to be mote interactive. Well, I decided to give it another go and now, I keep getting kicked out. Previous review: I was required to upgrade and now any game I complete doesn't go through. Usually after you complete a game the envelope disappears but now it doesn't and when I get to the chest it doesn't open. Instead it let's me know I need to complete all the games.

Please fine tune the app. Takes hours to complete. It doesn't encourage continued use. Add the ability to turn off ad sound. Can't take a call while watching an ad. please don't extend the ad times. Wait through the timer only to be taken to another timed screen. When the option comes up to exit an ad, why hide it? Hard to see the X and requires multiple taps to work.

I've been playing PCH for years. But I haven't been able to lately because PCH+ app Crashes constantly. It can take me a half hour to play one game because it kicks me off, or freezes constantly. I've deleted nearly everything off my phone thinking I have to much downloaded, still does the same things. I've deleted and Downloaded it again. Didn't help. If I was to actually be able to play, it would be great. The ad's are long and then it knocks you off after watching the ads. No points added.
