Won't let me withdraw!!! App is saying I have a certain amount which IS NOT TRUE. I have $124 and I'm trying to withdraw $100 which is the minimum now! It says I only have $117 which isn't true, I had that 2 days ago and made more to try to withdraw! So the app is lying about my amount. I'm practically making more money for THEM since I can't even have it. I worked hard for my money and I want it. This is wrong!!!

i started my stream on private 18+ and it went on public stream on its own i got notify that my streaming capability was restricted because of violation. on top of that i have to pay to get the restriction lifted and there not even option to do so reaching out to support team is useless. i don't understand how they block your account because of the the site freezing when your setting up to stream and wont realize that your setting didn't take because it was stuck. then gotta pay $20. its a setup

I usually dont leave reviews, however just like others complain. They refuse to fix their broken app. I cant withdraw from the wallet. I cant add my bank acct info to the wallet because it doesn't present the option. Furthermore, their wallet on android displays a different amount then on the website. I have emailed support multiple times to resolve this issue. I would like to get paid and continue using the site.

Dual calls , toy connecting like LUSH would be amazing ! I hate that I have to pay or make a certain amount to message my followers especially being on the app for years ..is crazy. Just a complete update would be nice to make it more interactive

Great app, pays out really fast, everything is legit, received my first payment within 24hrs, only thing is inbox messaging doesn't work, perfomers are great, 5stars because they actually pay you which is extremely important to me, download and give it a try, truly a one of a kind app with Nothing similar to it on the market, unique, fun, and most importantly they send the money directly to your bank account, an update is needed but I won't rate it lower because of that, it completely delivers.

I'm trying to withdraw my money and I've submitted my ID multiple times within a span of two weeks. I still can't withdraw.Y'all need to make everything clear about platform fees and fix a fee that was higher than normal because that didn't make sense it was steady charge then a higher upcharge than normal and my Stars have been the same. I had high hopes for peeks to take over after Periscope when that goes down, but as it stands, it's a dissapointing, buggy mess of a platform. Starting a stream is a lot harder than it has any right to be. Crashes happen too often to list all different reasons. Streams are categorized into 14+ and 18+, with 18+ having the option for private, pay-per-view streams. People have said that nudity is only allowed on Private streams but I can't find a clear answer if this is true. Very bad atm.

I've been making 18+ content on this app for years and I'm not able to view my own content. An "18+" message pops up reinstalled several times I mean several still having the same issue and support don't help at all "I don't see a problem on my end" is what I was told.

Major issues with the payment processor. Peeks! Youre losing money. Your payment processor rejects all kinds of cards and then blocks people from even being able to add a card. The app is fine, but the payment setup is absolutely TERRIBLE and the inability to chat without buying coins means that is integral to the apps functionality. Devs need to fix!

I love this app, only downside, I can't message people anymore. I also can't withdraw the tips I've made either. As for messaging, I use to be able to message others. I still get notified that I have messages but I can't find them or respond back at all, even if I click on the notification. I use to be able to but now that setting is gone. I have no idea how to get it back. Would rate 5 stars but one of main features of this app is missing completely from my account.

I've been having issues with the app since I got it and the emails are not helping at all, I can't even post videos without it failing. It would be a better if these little things were fixed. I like the app I just wish I could withdraw the money and I can't because id isn't get approved and I can't help with that process if I can't post a minute long video in the first place.

New update=broadcasters don't get paid. No more tipping in real money, now the only option is coins, which is a drastically low minimum compared to the previous minimum tip of $1. Also, messaging system doesn't work and hasn't worked since March, as mentioned in another review. Also, you can't kick creeps out of your broadcast in this point in time which needs to be changed.

Wanted to try this app but the sign up process isn't working tried signing up with 2 different email addresses and they are saying that they already have them in the system (they don't 1st time hearing about the app was today)

Inbox has literally never worked. Now it's dissapeared completely and is only viewable to OTHER accounts who log in on my phone...but not my own. Seems like a security breech. I've been emailing for 2 months now to get it fixed, the automated emails garuntee a response in 2 days or less, I've yet to hear back. But peeks is happy to keep taking an unreasonably large commission out of my tips. I'll be moving to twitch this is bs.

They do everything to NOT PAY the BROADCADTERS. My bank info hasn't changed, and hasn't been an issue before. When I request my payment I receive an email saying I will receive my payment in 2-5 buisness days. But within that time frame they deposit my money and immediately do a reversal to take it back out. My bank doesn't have records of these transactions they claim on my accounts wallet. I cannot get a response via email to find out what's going on. Ive tried 3 times now. It's always somet

I had a really bad experience with customer service. They refused to refund me an accidental purchase. Somehow I was able to hit a button, a large amount for tips, without being prompted to put in a password as it normally does. Surely it's a bug and easily fixable. I had immediately emailed the support to refund me what's left in my virtual wallet (I bought coins) at the very least. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience." . Nowadays, this type of customer service is unacceptable.
