Super easy to navigate. Totally affordable. Fast delivery to my loved ones. Couldn't ask for a cooler app!

Hands down the best photo sending service to send photos to my incarcerated loved one. I've tried several and these guys just simply do what they say they do. Print and send the photos! They are fast and efficient. And their customer support is amazing! I live in Australia, so with time differences and everything I still had my issue sorted and my refund within 24hours. Thank you for making a very difficult scenario of being so far from my husband, just a little bit easier.

Every order is done to perfection! And if there are any problems with your order, their team is on top of it to get it resolved. I love sending pictures to my loved one through Pelipost.

I love what they do and after using the other photo aps to send to incarcerated persons this one is by far the most reliable. However, when trying to send pictures through the ap I often get the "Service Unavailable " icon which tells me that I have to connect to the internet to continue, even though I AM connected to the internet and am showing very strong signal. As a matter of fact it's down right now 5/20/24 2:40 pm Eastern. Been down all day. Fix the glitch please.

Pelipost makes sharing memories with my son incredibly easy. It's convenient and affordable. I can crop pictures in the app as well. Photos are very good quality. The cost of the membership is an even better value. If you anticipate sending pictures to someone in jail, Pelipost is the way to go.

Pictures get there fast and the process is discreet, so you can send just about anything you want (as long as it coincides with the regulations of the prison you're sending to). Pictures are good quality and you can even send a little note along with them if you want...Overall, my experience with Pelipost has been extremely satisfying for me as well as, if not more, for my inmate. Thank you, Pelipost!

So far so good, it was super easy to use and stress-free which is a even bigger plus, just waiting to hear from my hubby to find out how the quality of the pictures turned out! Thank you pelipost for getting pictures to my loved one so easy and stress-free and affordable!!! With everything going on and getting adjusted to life without him out here it's the little things like this that mean so much so again thank you!!

Happy I finally found an app that had good reviews nd was very reasonably priced as well as user friendly! Thank you guys so much! I've used it for 2 seperate letters w/pics and my loved one on the inside said the quality was great! Both times Pelipost has met or delivered BEFORE the 3-5 business days time frame so I am beyond satisfied! When browsing for photo delivery apps I know I made the right choice with this one! Update: 9/16/2020 After 3 years of using this app I am still just as happy!

First time using app. Placed 2 orders. First off it states for every dollar I spend I get a point, yet my points show 0. The app also hides a button below the screen for activating points. It is impossible to hit the link. Second the app offers a order status process graphic much like the tracking option that USPS or FedEx uses. Unfortunately the status never changes which can cause mad anxiety when trying to contact a loved one. I liked this app because of the story behind its creator. Will C

Garbage! It used to be great then the latest update erased my contact. After I re-entered everything it doesn't work. If you click on start order it instantly gives an error code about leaving a section blank, however I can't even get to the part where they're is anything to fill out. Nothing like ruining a good product. I'll be uninstalling it and finding something useful

I love this app!!!! So does my husband who is incarcerated and has been for 4 years. He has hundreds of photos through out the years of family and friends and never misses event pictures thanks to pelipost taking the work out of sending them. I just select the photos pay and then wait for his excitment when he gets it. I just realized I did this review in his email not mine

I attempted to get in contact with customer service, they replied once but never replied after that. I made a second attempt in regards to my purchase, I did not recieve a response at all. Absolutely unprofessional. You are better off going to a Walgreens or CVS and printing out the photos yourself. DO NOT waste your time with this useless app.

I used to adore this app,,,until I upgraded my phone. I don't understand because it's the same android OS, but now I can't even OPEN the app without it crashing as soon as I try to log in with Facebook. I'm so disappointed! This was my favorite program when it came to sending my inmate photos regularly, and now I'm going to have to switch to something else. So sad...please patch soon!

I absolutely love this app!! You don't have to worry about making trips to go print them out or for them to have to send the pictures back because it's on the wrong kind of print paper. I find it totally convenient and it definitely rest assures our loved ones that they are deeply cared for while doing time and such. Highly recommend :) it is also reasonably priced.

So I haven't even gotten to fully use the app yet. I can get all the way to the pàrt where you pick your pics and you can now put filters on and edit them. At the top talks bout "insuring" your pics in case not delivered. Scroll down to the bottom and it says you can either click, Yes! I wanna insure pics or, No thanks, right beneath.. Can u fix that so I can finally hit the No thanks button? He's been waiting forever for them, but I'm not in a situation to have a card or money for that matter.

This is my first time using an app such as this, but, so far I have really enjoyed the experience. With my work schedule, I was having a hard time finding a time to print pictures myself so this app is very convenient and helpful. The interface is also very user friendly and my favorite part is the tracking feature which allows you to see a status for your picture delivery. My photos haven't yet arrived at the facility, but based on other reviews I'm sure the Pelipost team will be happy to help.

I used the app a few times, and it was hard to tell if you're sending a photobook or individual photos, but there was at least one option that's description said just enough even though it wasn't clear. I just went to use the app to order a photobook, & the app has since changed where I can't tell AT ALL if it's a book or photos. It's super frustrating, which is really disappointing because my loved one really loved the photobooks. Texting for help was useless. I was told to watch YouTube.

I have reached out to customer support and received no response. I have installed and uninstalled the app numerous times, but it won't work. It just gives me a blank white screen. *edit* Customer support was very willing to offer suggestions and I was finally able to place my order and send pictures to my loved one. Very affordable and simple enough to place the order when I got things figured out. Thanks again for all of your help

I actually really like this app... it's super convenient and easy to use. However, when in your "Order History", if you try to see the pictures you've sent, sometimes it doesnt work and it never works to go to the beginning of the pictures again while also freezing the whole app.... otherwise though no issues. 👍

Im happy with pelipost! And so is my L.O. in lockup. My pictures always arrive quickly to their destination and the app is super easy to use and doesnt cost much. Much cheaper and easier than printing and mailing my own. And Im told the quality is good. I havent seen them as they are being sent to my man who is incarcerated. Of all the apps Ive tried, being several I find pelipost to be the best.
