you can barely even move without pop ups or ads and even if you watch optional ads you still get randomly triggered ads constantly

This game takes 2 many sponsors brakes by the time u get done u dont want 2 play and ur in the middle of n playing and the game restarts it's very irritating and annoying fix it or I'm uninstalling it

Such an awesome game, but sooooo mannny ads!!!! And no option for money collector just to point where you needed him to go. My hand hurts after 15 mins of playing. And so for that, I had to Uninstall the game.

As previously mentioned by other reviewers, DO NOT PAY TO REMOVE ADS. THEY WILL NOT BE REMOVED. I will be getting back my money. Even if you pay to "remove" ads, you will be overwhelmed with ads. It has potential to be fun but the ads make it extremely annoying. I don't recommend it.

This game was fun until I lost all my progress and reached out to customer service. Long story short they don't help you and you won't get your progress back or purchases restored even if you have vip numbers. I did a support ticket twice on the website with no response and I reached out to the business page on fb like the website tells you to also. I got a response on the fb page and went through a process just for them to tell me they can't help after I provided all they asked for. What a joke

I love playing this game, but the game started glitching when I updated it and keeps turning off when I try to play it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still doing the same thing. Please fix the problem. I don't want to uninstall it

NOTHING like the ads. Pay to play unless you have superb patience. Every decision that's great is VIP. Not just a one time fee, it's a weekly or monthly sub. Also way too many ads for everything unless you pay. Not for me. Uninstalling

Ads every 10 seconds! I downloaded it even after reading it's reviews of people stating don't download it has too many ads. Stupidity on my part! I understand that game developers need to earn money but at the cost of destroying their user's experience? How Sad!The multiple ads every minute shows the desperation of its developers to earn money rather than give a good UE. It's unfortunate that I had to delete a good game like this after giving it multiple chances just because of the annoying ads

The game would be better if there weren't so many adds. I purchased the no adds option. However, I still get them. Other games when you purchase no adds you can still reap the rewards without the adds, not worth purchasing. Had to give it 2 stars now. Lots of glitches, and I tried contacting support with my issue, and they never got back to me. The bar says hire 2 people but can't. Also, to upgrade the bar, there's a bench blocking it for me to continue.

Enjoying the game and after the latest update I got back to the positive in cash not was I had lost but back to the positive. The biggest problem was went to try and log in today and only got 3/4 on the loading of the game and it just froze there. Highly disappointing need to get things straightened out tried multiple times on different Internet connections and had no difference. Fix your bugs.

Don't mind the ads. I mean the ones that allowed you to increase the reward are fine. What gets old are the forced ones that they try and sell you. The patrol and manager ones you have no choice and are completely annoying. Even with the payed no ads option. Was moving to stop a robbery and it forced a patrol ad on me. Next thing I had lost all my gems buying a server I didn't want. Annoyed. Not worth it. Worth the review? Nah just venting. Could I recovered? Sure probably a week or two. Deleted

The upside is that the game is interactive and fun. The downside is that there's an absolute OVERLOAD of ads. Every 30 seconds, you're forced to watch a 30-second ad. When collecting your money, you have to watch another 30-second ad, and when you're advancing through the story, even more ads. I understand "ads keep the game free", however, the amount of ads is worse than any other game I've EVER seen in the app store. 10/10 do not recommend this game unless you're absolutely fine with ads.

Got kind of old kind of fast. Thieves take way too much money during down times. Things that you have to purchase to upgrade or hire help just gets out of hand fast. The need for more items in each place gets old. I downloaded it because of the revenge story but it's pretty much just a mall building game with a story thrown in between the intrusive ads that pop up at the worst times.

It's fun. I like these types of games. However the thieving and loss aspect really kills it for me because I'm definitely not paying anything and the security only active 5m at a time and it's an ad. I am also not trying to constantly play to protect my things. I mean when I come back to the game and everything I earned offline and while I played is gone is actually pretty annoying.

Tried playing this. But between the ads that played and didn't close and the crashing every minute or two, this game is complete trash. It's not even original, I've seen ads for at least 50+ games just like it. On top of that, it's very clear that it's one of those games that you have to pump tons of money into before you can even enjoy the game. No doubt that the developer(s) only care about the paper in our wallets.

Was fun in the very very beginning (I'm talking about 60mins of gameplay) but soon the forced ads increased to every 30 seconds and the map was littered with "optional" ad rewards to the point you couldn't really avoid them. After each ad you're asked if you would like to go ad free and after another 60+mins of gameplay I bit the bullet since it wasn't the worst price for ad free... except it wasn't actually ad free. The forced ads for just playing the game were gone but the "optional" remained.

*READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING!!! As with all games, it starts out fun at first! I even paid to remove the ads expecting it remove ALL ads but NO, if you want rewards you still have to watch all those damn ads! As you progress in the game, you will be required use diamonds instead of game cash for workers. Which will make it more difficult to play, unless you're willing to spend real money, and that could cost you in the upwards of $300! At the end of the day, no game is worth that kind investment!

This game is loaded with ads to the point of not wanting to play. The ads often prevent you from completing side missions because it randomly pops up at the most inconvenient times. On top of that, the money you receive from your stores is trash. It would take ages, of course, unless you watch ads, lol. What a joke

THE ADS ARE VERY ANNOYING!!! First off this game doesn't look like the way they described it in the ads. It makes it look like you can customize stuff but on this game you can't. Everything you buy is already set up a certain way you can't choose colors You can't choose what stores you want. Then the ads are ridiculous I'm going to uninstall this game just because of the ads.
