This makes things, that apply to remembering and keeping track of so many appointments these days, so much more easier for me to keep track of, and not make, forget, or when they reminded of an upcoming visit not scheduled. I like the appointment reminders from the app. Not to mention you practically choose a day and time for your pets appointment. They even due the RX's, too. The awesome thing for me was they do points, so yours able to get rewards. It helps all the way around, enjoy using it.

Very convenient to have all my pets' info in one place and easy to request appointments through the app. Works well and easy to navigate. Just a heads up-I did have to disable the calendar permission, though, because it was adding my pets appointments to All calendars--even ones I share with other people! Might be a setting somewhere to change that?

Wonderful! I love having all my pets records at my fingertips. Plus, all your appointments are right there in the app. You even have the option of uploading your pets picture so you know which file belongs to which animal, which is great when you have more than a few!! Reminders, announcements, medications etc are all in one convenient place. Love it!

The clinic where I work has started using PetDesk and we have a lot of positive experiences from the clients. Most of the features are very helpful! I like how you can add reminders that your vet doesn't always send out regarding when it's time to give doses of medicine to your pet. You can set these to be daily, monthly, or whatever frequency you want. There are a couple things I found confusing trying to navigate in the app. However I very much recommend the company and getting the app!

Wish it would allow your choice vet to send and allow you to view health records. I personally find the choice of not being able to make appointments fine since many clinics allow you to do that on their personal webpage or phone call. The app itself is very simple and neat. I can keep all information, such as weight, food preference, allergies, medications and vaccination reminders on my pets own personal profile. It is a great idea, and I look forward to future updates.

So far so good! This is my first time with a truly functional vet app so I've been impressed haha. The interface for the most part is easy to use, visually appealing, and it's not super spammy. I personally found the lab results section challenging to use and not necessarily intuitive. On the whole tho I recommend! It makes scheduling much easier -- similar to a myChart portal but for pets 🐾

2021 UPDATE: Search feature's been added, making it easy to add vets & specialists w/o using location services. I changed my review to 5 stars. It only lets you add a vet by using location services on your phone - it won't let you enter their name and search. I don't use location services on my phone & don't want an app that requires it. We live in a rural area, where it doesn't work anyway. What kind of app doesn't let you just search by typing in a name? Disappointing. I'll be deleting it.

This is such a great app. You can schedule appointments, purchase meds and have them shipped right to your door, all with a few clicks! It puts you in direct contact with your vet for any questions or concerns. I use it frequently and really like how easy the app is to navigate. The addition of being able to add your pets pic to their profile is cool as well. It's also extremely handy as the app will send you reminders of appts or med refills when they're due.

After 3 weeks I finally gave up and dismissed my most recent appointment request. If the providers don't respond, this is essentially a place to keep a list of your pets (with a single photo). Since there's no way for owners to add any medical info, or even a description of a pet (other than species & gender), I don't find this very useful. The "notes" section won't scroll, so you can't read more than 2 lines of any notes you add. There are other apps that offer much better record keeping for pets. This is too dependent on the provider's management.

Very convenient for scheduling and canceling. And also reminding you of things you may have forgotten. My only issue is when I recieve notifications of services needed, once I update those services the notification remains and I've not figured out how to remove/ update that. I'm not certain whether that's on the vet clinics end or the app. Either way, it's annoying.

This app is just all right. It's functional for what it does, but that's the point: it doesn't do much. It can be more powerful. For instance, we should be able to fully access ALL pet med records instead of entering them manually. !! We should also be able to pay on a bill directly from the app. I can almost keep better records on paper. It's sad that app developers have zero vision for the prospects of technological reach because they're too obsessed with rotten AI. Integration of accounts!

For us, the app is very easy to use. We have scheduled the past two appointments using the app. The PawPerks update quickly & correctly. The option to text or email from the app is a stress saver. You can refill prescriptions through the app. The staff is always quick to answer text messages and emails. Dr. Manning has replied to numerous emails we have sent and she definitely takes the time to write the emails out. No pre-saved email stock answers! I can only say positive things about this app!

The ease of use and flexibility of the app is great. I can add all of my pets, their different specialists and so much more. The ability to be able to have their chip information in a quick and easy to use app is helpful. When different clinics send notifications that lab results, etc. are available, that information does not always show up in a timely manner. Other than that it is easier than checking my calendar for up coming appointments, etc. I would like a medication reminder.

I'm on Android 10. The functions that work are very nice, but when I type in "search", it accepts the input, but the letters/fonts don't show in the window, making it sort of difficult to use, also, a notification will not clear. I have no idea what it is for, but the dot will not clear even though I appear to be up to date on all notifications. A few JS popups obscure some input areas, too. Those are the only thing keeping it from being a 5. I'm an out of work QA app tester, please hire me!

First impressions of this app are not good. The first thing I try to do is enter information and this is one clunky mess. For example, you want to input a birthday, you can't simply punch in the date, you have to scroll forever thru a graphic calendar which doesn't let you move to a certain year directly. I had to hit the month arrow over 50 times to get to my pet's birth-date. This is truly amateur hour here. I also can't scroll up or down the list while entering info. I MUST click the "next" arrow on the virtual keyboard. What??? I am going to find it hard to trust the integrity of this app if the programmers can't even put half an effort into the interface. Now I find that I can't input an appointment that I made by phone? Like I said, this whole app is one hot mess. I'm going to uninstall and hopefully, someday, they'll hire a programmer who can make an app friendly. As it is, it's mostly useless.

The app helps me keep track of important information about my pets. Of the apps I've tested, I like this one best. Some might find the app visually unappealing and certain aspects not particularly user friendly. There are only a few things I wish it had (or I'm unaware of if it does): A way to note if a pet has passed away without having to actually remove them. If you could sync/share data with another user. The ability export data into a text based document.

I'm sure this is a very nice and helpful app with a participating provider. UI seems great. However, if you already have a vet, that vet doesn't use petdesk, and you're not looking to change vets, get a task management/productivity app and don't waste your time. It's well-done but read-only, and without the integrated health data, the task/reminder system is simply nothing special, and you'll get more mileage out of a general purpose system.

This app is missing the main two things you would want in a veterinary app besides scheduling appointments... actually being able to see your pet's health records and test results!! Very frustrating to spend hundreds on bloodwork and tests and x-rays and have no access to any of that information, or even to see what the vet said at a previous exam. It also doesn't have a vaccine history of when it was done or due next, which would obviously be useful as well.

My vet office told me about this app and were fairly new to it. I can honestly say it has been extremely beneficial. You can have all your pets, any meds they're on (you can even set reminders!) You can upload a picture and customize each animals profile. My favorite part is the fact that you can schedule, cancel or reschedule appts without a phone call. The other perk, you can request results and they will do that for you as well and you get a text from the app reminding you of any of it. You c

C'mon! 😠 Allow me to see what I'm typing in the password box‼️I wish I could scale the photos of our puppy better. As in to see the outline of the limits (the rectangle for the background, and the circle for the profile) where I am trying to add them. As it is the scaling is done in one place and upon adding you see that you need to scale again. But upon clicking the photo, you can't edit it, and instead the app prompts you to go to your gallery.
