This app is definitely okay and kind of meets what I expect for an app of its rating. Not everything renders nicely for the mobile platform. Some features I would expect are missing like the ability to remove deceased pets. But it does basic stuff.

Petpage has a lot of useful features. It's great being able to see a high level overview of my pets meds, appointments, and reminders. I love that I can set custom to-dos for my pets and that I can request and confirm appointments right from my phone!

A definite downgrade from the app my vet was using previously. My pet's prescriptions are not correct (not even close) and I miss the option to "chat" or text with someone from my vet office. The appt type options are too limited as well and there is no way to enter a preferred appt date or time. I hope this app ups it quality and I will definitely be complaining to my vet about it.

This app is good for scheduling appointments and not much else. I expected access to vaccination records and health history, but those critical pieces are missing. Neither can I update my pets (the two pets in my account are no longer with me) or add new ones.

Less user friendly. Reminders are gone and with it any information about past vaccinations. Appointments are useless since they only designed the screen with when the appointment was and not for what it was for or any visit summary. (it was the same way with the old app). Also new app removed email option. Email gave me a document trail of what was discussed with the office or the doctor.

I can't really read anything I need to on the screen space provided, I. E. prescriptions, etc. So the app isn't very helpful, unfortunately.

You can't delete pets you don't have or change them to inactive. You can't change or cancel appointments. Even if you select to NOT have post cards sent, here they come..... constantly Update: All of the above still apply except now I get postcards for things that are already completed and you can't delete reminders.

App must interface with vet's data to render anything meaningful, presenting an immediate limitation. Pet ID returns a document falling off the screen with dated material. Seems its primary focus is to point to filling AllyDVM scripts. Barely informational. Past appt dates with zero description (even "grooming" vs "wellness checkup" , etc.) Lame, imited functionality. Some redirects to stale site or overlay re-presenting poorly stored, static content. [Note 9, One UI v 2.5, Android 10]

I was sent a link to this app by my veterinarian. Upon installing, the app does not render properly on my phone. The screens appear to be designed for a desktop screen and do not resize or re-orient. Because of this, I see a sign-in form, but don't know what the fields are presented. Very poor and could have easily been tested.

This is an updated review. I had originally posted a month ago I was frustrated with the app performance, couldn't get it to work, etc. Within hours, Emily from support contacted me questions and suggestions to try. When that didn't work, she asked me to be patient while she talked to the developers. After a couple of weeks, she contacted me again and advised a new update had just been completed. Asked me to uninstall and then install. Success! Thank you for the excellent support.

***update 4/11/24 --- after updating the app, the app now works. Thank you! It's a bit sluggish, but at least it is working. Thank you! Nothing works on this app any longer. I can't click anything. It's frozen on the initial screen after log-in. Never had any issues until the recent update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.
