A super app that is easy to use. It has been brilliant to use to keep in touch with our vet at Jubilee Vets Newtownards, when our dog had surgery, we could send videos of our dog's progress. Also great for booking appointments. Staff are always so quick to respond to my messages.

PetsApp is quick and easy to use. It saves the cost and sometimes the hassle of a phone call (when the line is busy or the surgery is closed). It saves time and is very convenient.

If it worked it could be good. It did when I first downloaded it and joined. My vets even answered a couple of questions, but now nothing. It won't work on the app and it's not working on my PC either, this is extremely frustrating.

Everything was fine with the app, no issues until recently when after 2 years, for some unknown reason, my named vet practice is no more & it has reverted to the vet practice i used before i moved home. So unfortunately im now unable to use the app till it gets sorted out. Brilliant till it went wrong.

It is easy to use but it's better to ring, i used to love the app but without anyone on the other end, it's not effective.

Hi, I find this app really useful for contacting my vets. Recently I have been encountering issues with the app not being responsive. (Delay on text appearing on screen when typing, and app just "waiting". It's a pity because it's a brilliant app, could this possibly be looked into?

Got in touch via app because could not get appointment, and thought issue may not need actual appointment. Very efficient way of communicating and helpful outcome. Would definitely use again.

Been now to both vets, they are very informative ,regarding what your pet needs , do not rush you in or out in a very relaxed pleasant atmosphere.

The introduction of petsapp has made communication simpler and more convenient. Being able to book an appointment myself with options for booking slots as well as vets is excellent. I also feel safer in the knowledge I can seek advice on pet health via chat to determine if a vets appointment is required.

It started off well but quickly became utterly useless. Calls not closed, new calls not opened, vets never answering messages despite countless calls to surgery and assurances to the contrary. Calls to vet 'oh yes we'll look into it and get back to you'. Of course they never did. If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely hopeless service.

After having lots of problems, it now works really well and my vets reply very quickly, and they are able to answer everything. It is actually nice to use, which has surprised me because I normally prefer using the phone, but for most things the app is very useful. After using it for a couple of years, it is still working well (🤞) and if am not in any rush I use this instead of the telephone.

App won't even load to sign in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, with and without WiFi and still nothing . Usless

Great app. Especially as not good at explaining the main concerns for my dog this app helps me provide clear details of everything I need to say. Very speedy response from the surgery which helps deal with my concerns promptly.

I can't recommend this vet enough,always friendly, helpful, professional, and I have never felt that they were only trying to make money, always have the animals welfare at heart. Always available to help. Thank you all for been so committed and looking after our animals

Utterly useless app. Somehow it let me set up two different log ins, completely dropped pets I set up one there. Also sent me a notification for an appointment for an animal it has dropped, but then once logged in (tried both log ins) says I have no appointments or notifications. I also know that I had a message from the vet a few days ago, which has totally disappeared. Waste of time.
