Push the puppy panic button after my dog ate a small bit of chocolate called into the app.Had a great visit with a very reassuring.Professional and all is well very easy to use very friendly staff

I like the ability to speak to a veterinary professional, however, there are connectivity issues and while on my call, the sound failed. Could be better

This is one of the best apps. that I have found. It is a great app. for any pet owner. I think that it is especially a great app for pet owners that live way out in the country. A long way away from the nearest Vetranerian. Especially in a emergency situation or maybe a cattle farmer. That needs a Veteranerian in the middle of the night, because he has a birthing Heefer that is having complications or what ever the situation may be.

Very helpful app. When our pitbull was attacked by a shitzu there wasn't much damage done to our dog thankfully but he did have a few deeper bite wounds on his legs and I was concerned about them. The other dog was fully vaccinated (thankfully). I wanted advice on how to clean the wounds and how to prevent infection. I was given very good advice and my boy had no issues and healed perfectly.

I was able to register an account, but when I tried to do a consultation my payment was declined and the call cancelled. I tried three credit cards so it wasn't a credit card issue.

Easy to access and use. We feel like it's our always available Vet. We had a Pitbull attack our guy in a dog park. Very good help between Vet visits. Lots of little questions on handling trauma, food and resocializing. Helps us have care for Remy when we want it, fast, very affordable and very helpful.

It was a great experience for me and my dog. We learned she has a hot spot and how to treat it so that it doesn't turn into an infection while it heals. Wonderful vet, good advice and peace of mind when I needed it. My only concern is they can't prescribe any medication so if I paid for the visit and just got advice when something needed a prescription I wouldn't have been a happy customer to have to pay for a second vet call. In this instance it was great

This site has NEVER responded to ANY of my inquiries, complaints; nothing. There are toys my Cat won't play with. Not a large selection. You need a lot of points to even get the litter disposal which I think if it were less points or cheaper, people wouldn't throw Cat litter down the toilet. Get some affordable (points) Cat/ Dog toys etc, cuz it isnt for us! Just cuz there's Catnip in a toy doesn't mean doesn't mean healthy, doesn't mean they will play w it. I.E: Treehouse, Carpet for Pets, so m
