In recent update, tradingview chart is added ,but the problem is that drawings on chart dont stay if exit the chart. So I've to keep drawing on chart again and again while doing analysis. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

Very terrible. Bought some usdt on the p2p market at #1800 rate from a seemingly unreliable person when I could have gotten for around 1500+ on bybit. Had a lot of issues and took a lot of time before he confirmed my payments and released the funds. Haven't also been able to access the mobile or web app and I have a trade going on

Don't use this platform, they are scammers. Once you make money on their platform they'll eventually ban your account without giving you proper reasons behind. Be safe and don't use this platform.

The most stupid crypto app I have seen so far , they are locking people account without no reason and when you message them they will telling you what you never did. I regret every register with the app. They even went with all my funds in my wallet

Please don't bother downloading or if you've downloaded this app don't deposit because at the point of your withdrawal, they will surely ban your account for no reason meaning all your funds are gone. I messaged the support desk and they spilled illegal words to me. I wish can I drop a screenshot here for you to see. I'm not removing this review until you unlock and send me my funds. @Phemex Stop taking people's sweat and funds with no reason. They bought the 5star review that you're seeing.

Nice platform which is easy to use, and with a wide range of altcoin pairs. Been using Phemex since the last cycle and have never had any issues.

It's a great exchange with many great features and promotions, But I have to say I do find the navigation between accounts (spot, contract, margin, funding...) unnecessarily difficult. I really think that could be rationalized and made more user-friendly!

I'm quite new to trading. Currently using it as a learning platform. I struggled with training stop losses, trying to figure out how to implement it. I'm not sure if I've done it correctly. Howto videos on YouTube show a slightly different interface. The app could be simpler. However, I'll update my review as I progress forward.

Overall a great app. Issues are with the third party partners. After a certain $ amount in purchases are reached, they stop block your trades and request proof of funds or other documents and then never get back to you.

Latest verison: Is there any kind of problem with android app occupying CPU, draining battery?? Anyone else? Superfast withdrawal/deposit, subaccount fast switching/transfer are the BEST and of greatest importance for utilising different trading strategies! Much improved mobile app recently, it's functionality. Lowest fees.

Very fast and snappy experience. App feels a bit undeveloped especially in the trading bot function. I really wish it gets developed more with focus on trading bot functionality and overview, fast switching between bot mode and trading mode etc.

Great exchange. After 4 years with trading with phemex. I found it the most reliable, respectable and fastest platform that doesn't lag in case of a volitile market or a flash crash unlike other exchanges. All these period I have not encountered any problems or issue with it. Helpful customer support, nice layout, comfortable mobile app.

The new update to the UI is less useful on mobile for contract trading. Especially for people with large mobile device screens and the back button to go between charts and entering trade details became much more combersome. The previous release was elegant and you just used a swiping gesture on the page you were on to go between these views. Now I have to use my sausage fingers to hit a tiny chart button and a back button top left? Missed the mark here. After more use I really dislike this

Been trading crypto since 2013 and this is the best platform I found for playing simple usability with advanced features you don't find on any other like trailing stop loss take profit and stop loss features that reset with one button press! Only thing I can see that it's lacking is the ability to draw on charts and oh man how great would it be to see your order and stop loss entrys displayed on the chart in real time! There is nothing like trading visually by moving lines on the chart

This app is great I've already got a trading bonus. When you sign in they start you off as if you're a new user so just make sure you select "log in" first. Yes they do lack the option of all the coins. I'd hope they have plans to add coins like soon soon because if they don't they can kiss probably millions of users good by. Also I'd like to see advanced charts with advanced settings. Other than that I've had no issues. I think people are just getting stuck from not following directions so look
