The app works well but is possibly the worst photo ordering app. First of all, the prices are not shown till the end which is ridiculous. Secondly, the crop button does not have crop handles to actually crop an image, You can only shift the image. There is no way to adjust color or enhance image. Really Walmart should look at CVS, Walgreens or any other well designed site. If I didn't have a gift card, I would never use this app. Don't bother with a canned corporate response.

When I used this app it seemed to work great! I was able to pick them up fairly quickly. You need to do the order during walmart photo times or you won't be able to pick them up. My one complaint is I tried sending photos to my grandparents home. It let me place my order and said I'd be getting a Confirmation email when they were ready. I waiting 24 hours and nothing so I placed a 2nd order - was charged twice and no sign of email or photos.

Don't use this app! I placed an order and never received a confirmation email although they did charge my credit card. When my order shipped to my house they were pictures that were not mine. I emailed the support address listed on the order and received a message that their inbox was full. There is no where in the app to talk to customer service or even see previous order history. Do not use this app there is zero customer service and if a mistake is made you are just out your money.

SCAM! DO NOT use this app to order pictures of any size or gifts from Walmart or anywhere else. Go to the website for the place you want to get pictures from and order them. It's just as easy as using this app. And so so much cheaper. I ordered 100- 4x6 prints, 5- 5x7's, and 2- 8x10's. This app charged me $76 when I went to pick them up at Walmart. The man at the photo center let me know that my order would have been $25-30 had I ordered them directly through Walmart. Do not use this app.

Granted it is easy to use & the convenience of having your photos the same day is great but I'm not sure if it's the app or the store but every time I use it to print photos & pay for them I have to count them & ALWAYS short 1 or 2 photos. Then I have to stand in line & get a refund. Not sure if I'll use again.

It may only take them 1 hour to print but you'll waste hours trying to get the app to work correctly, have to print in increments of 20 or less or app will continuously glitch and back out, & you can't even view the photos you've already ordered which makes it even more confusing, I wasted 5 hours trying to get an order together just for the app to erase EVERYTHING. Don't even attempt trying to print anything without the app, the website is even worse

Unfortunately in spite of the good reviews I can't personally recommend this app as it sent the images in totally the wrong sizes to the Walmart. I was willing to look past the weird glitch where you have to manually un-select the 4x6 option and then resize the picture.... Some pictures I had to go in and readjust a few times but even after double and triple checking everything was cropped and sized correctly in 14x20 options 2 of my 6 pics were sized wrong. So use at your own risk I guess.

Horrible pictures. I know printing pictures that were made by a phone will never look as pretty in real life but this was ridiculous on how bad the colors were. Too dark. Also the major flaw is that they zoom in on a pic when printing which resolves in cutting off some of the picture. My notations on my pictures where cut off due to that. I dont recommend using walmart at all! The price is not cheap compared to other sites you can print these days.

Professional quality photos, delivered to my home, for an unbelievably great price. I never do these reviews... I'm doing this one because I really couldn't believe how good the photos are. Finally, something in this life that's not a rip-off or a scam. I was very much satisfied and will continue to use their services. I have the app on my homescreen.

The app is a really great way to send excellent quality photos to a local Walmart or family across the states. They also seem to have fixed all their prior issues: 1) inability to load final order without failure 2) Sometimes, the app seems to choke, 3) Sometimes, the print destination cannot be found (perhaps that is due to store availability, stores being taken offline) 4) Sometimes, I add a specific "to" name for the order, but the Walmart staff have my order under a previous "to" name.

The app itself is pretty ideal I have to say and it certainly much faster than Walmart's website however it is not too an ideal that is so great that I'm willing to pay 2.5 times what walmart charges me per photo. I had 395 photos that I went through by hand and made sure each one of them was in the frame just the way I wanted to just to get to the end and see that these jokers wanted to charge me $100 to print those photos when I would have paid about $40 to have them done at Walmart. Waste.

Have to change size and finish of each individual picture, which is horrible when you order a lump sum of pictures. This site charges delivery no matter how much you spend unlike Walmart website, which is free over $35. And the cost of prints is more than double! $0.20/ 4x6, Walmart site is $0.09. Deleting this app. Ordering from website only here on out. Plus the website has so many more gifts/personalized product options.

Terrible. That about sums it up. The app itself is great - easy access to all kinds of photos from different social media accounts. But the prints are absolutely terrible. Blurry. The color is totally off. The pictures are unusable. I understand that photos on my social media accounts are stored in a lower resolution but the app should have rejected some of them or suggested a smaller print size.

Thought I'd give this app a try. Spent an hour on the app editing photos. It kept telling me that there wasn't a store in the area to select to print. I've been printing my photos at the same Walmart for years. I had my location on. Literally found Walmart on the map, but it wouldn't let me select. Had to scrap all my editing. Not happy.

Absolutely easy and no wait in a long line. Pick my social media platform my photograph is on, select photo, and choose print size. Then I place my order and get the total cost of what I owe when I pick up my photography. When done ordering I get a receipt with my order number. As simple as a click and on my way. Thanks for the ease of this app.

I am changing my review....although it took a couple of weeks for customer support to get back with me over an issue trying to correct my address. It was too late to correct it. My photos had already been shipped but they did refund my money...so i would definately order from them again...i just think they need someone to monitor their emails and messeges on social media (Instagram & Facebook) regularly because that is the only way customers can contact them in case their are issues.

First time I ever used it, they had come out with parts of the original picture cut off. I talked to then, once they git to see they asked me to reorder the pics, and they gave them to me fixed and ready to go so quickly. Customer service was with a smile, and done quickly. I think the sight has been modified inabling that not to happen again. Love my pictures!!!
