App won't work with Sept 11 update. Had to uninstall and reinstall - which took forever - and it still doesn't work. Used the former version (before the update) a few times but even that never went smoothly. Complete waste of time. Follow up in response: the so called response to me was not substantive; it was just a computer generated acknowledgement of receipt of my query. Using chat as suggested below is not possible since my (very old) computer cannot access the photobook website.

Got my orders today! The prints were clean, the packaging was neat; and to my surprise the mini books were actually hard bound!! I am now planning my next travel/event/outing, just so I can make another book! Overall, the app is wonderful. But I would love to have the Editor on the app, too. It'll make the app projects sooo much prettier, and easier to design. It would also be awesome to have a title printed on the book's spine to make it easier to identify the books when they're shelved.

Very bad customer support experience. Ordered 23 magnets and recd only 16. Unable to contact the customer support for the same and the status in the app is also not clear. Found it difficult while placing customizing and placing the order as well. Not at all smooth. Very disappointed. Have ordered a couple of times before this update. Definitely had a better experience.

Order was done on 11 May. Its now 28 May and i still have not received my order. Its one hasssle/delay after another. 1st they charged me immediately even though my book did not go through properly. When the order was finlly processed correctly, its then sent to totaly incompetent delivery partner NINJAVAN. Delivery guy encountered poblem in our area and did not even bother to call or message us to check alterntives. The guy immediately went home and left us to chase their unresponsive CS.

I recently ordered 2 canvas air, the picture is not in full size fit on it, as well as the simple book 6"x6", so some faces are half or not in there.hmm, guess the editor should try to make sure the full picture image is fit in. a bit disappointed but still acceptable, hopefully it will be better edit before print. thank you.

The services is good enough for me. Just trying their free album and some of the photos looked pretty dark from the original ones. Well, I got what I payed for, and I only pay the shipping cost which is a bit pricey for me, but their production is from Malaysia which is why. I hope they will open a production in Indonesia for a cheaper shipping cost. Also the app needs improvement to became user friendly. Anyway, I rate everything with 4 stars.

This app is simple and easy to use. Really great apps. But there a lot of times the app crashed & shut down while editing and the projects were lost and had to do it again. A few tips for improvement is to maybe state the minimum and maximum number of pictures at every and each of the project. Like a small caption below the title of every project/order. So that users may know the min & max number of pictures before actually ordering or start the projects.

I have been using this for years & created many books with them. I had a baby in Jan & I've been working on a photo book for him this whole year. So far I have 100 pages built on my project. I was trying to enter more photos of the last 2 weeks and now every time I try to add a photo the app crashes. My phone is not old and I have the latest android op system so no idea why the app all of a sudden doesn't allow me to add photos. I put in so much work, now it's probably all for nothing.

Lousy app. Actual printout is disoriented but seen on app is ok. Now the booklet can't be shown to relatives. Shame on the developer who didn't do thorough test before letting it be used as commercial product. Update: Got a replacement book, this one is much better after editing/ resubmitting with updated app. So far only 1 photo got a face cropped out on the printout. (edit) Now it's fixed. The printouts are now all good. The preparation/delivery takes some time, else will add 1 star.

Worst experience ever. Photo selected to print did not ask for cropping but photo printed out the top is cropped out. If it is meant to be cropped and not automatically adjusted and print out the size, please add in the crop features and customer know how the photo will look like after it is printed out with the selected photo size. Thank you.

All the thing is fine and the apps is convenice to use. The only thing that I think you guys need to improve is the way you pack the item. For my case, when I received the book, it already opened by someone, and the sender told me he found my book beside the road and cause the book not in the good condition (back cover). I feel like no privacy when someone opened the box. And DHL also not doing their job well. How can they dropped my book beside the road? 😑😑😑😑😑

Their packaging is very lousy till it affected the photos inside. No protection for the wrapping of photos, side and corners are folded and the cutting of the paper is not tidy. Well, I couldn't ask for more because these are free. If look at the price, gonna say its not that cheap, quality wise, gonna think twice before buying. Honestly, this is gonna be my first and last time buying from photobook.

The app never send me an email for verification. i even checked my spam mail just in case it accidentally filter to that folder. I used their website instead via my computer. I bought a Groupon to make the photobook. Please keep in mind that even though it says photobook Canada, it didn't ship from Canada. And that really surprised me, it is actually coming from Indonesia. So when you are placing an order, you may expect to pay duties on top of your shipping cost.

Edit : my order already arrive, so we know they are trusted. The material and paper are good. But the quality of printing just so so. It's just so simple, no editing or ornament. I ordered photobook and already paid for it. The order was completed, but I can't track the shipping number. It's been 10days, i ask the support services via email, but no reply. It's kinda look like a scam you know.

I have tried and tried and tried to create the book I want. It would take me years. Selecting photos to find out some are poor quality. Then trying to turn a picture round. Trying to delete a photo and replace with another. Finally impossible to add a note to each one. Even the dates, place etc would be good. You need to create a programme that can be loaded to a PC that will allow me to create a book. save it, review it THEN ORDER IT. It takes so long on a mobile phone the time is prohibitive.

Tried printing using this app, worse delivery services, in the app, it stated it has been completed, but I never received neither call nor the parcel. Edit: Thank you for your fast response and redelivery. I already got my parcel.

I have been using photobook for 8 years. My experience tells it is really hard to select pictures that you want to print from Google photo. Unless you save all them into your device then you can easily upload to this platform . I have an issue with the submission but the app customers service button wasn't function, and my job is still pending.

Not the easiest or fastest app, but the PRINT is superb. My first print was a coffee table book (biggest square size). It was not so easy to curate the photos because editing view was too small (can't zoom in), app often buggy, and the text is TOO limited. Plus it took a long time to deliver. HOWEVER, I would give the app 5 stars because of 2 major reasons: 1. QUALITY OF PRINT: Paper thickness, color, size, workmanship 2. LAYOUT OPTIONS + High Number of photos & pages it can accommodate
