Saved content gets randomly deleted! Every single project I have saved since I started using the app 2 months ago got randomly deleted today. Every single project, which I have spent hours creating and that I regularly reuse as templates for my business, so that I don't have to recreate the project each time. Customer service and the Photofy help forum say this happens anytime your app or your phone updates, and there is no way to recover the content. Um, what!? Seriously disappointing.

After upgrading to an S10 and a month of not being able to use the app.. I'm finally back in it! The customer service has been very nice informing me during the process of them trying to figure it out. while I don't believe all the bugs are figured out and I lost all my saved projects, I am do happy to have my app back up!

I love this editing app, I honestly just don’t think there is a more user- friendly version on the market! Especially not for free with such reasonable rates for purchases. I just dearly hope I can get my purchases restored after I’ve had to do without this app for a year or so due to an older phone. Editing photos using this app used to be my happy place! I’m looking forward to diving back in! I do wish that apps wouldn’t stop working on older devices. Even if it will only run an older version for people who can’t always run out and buy the latest & greatest phones!

This is five stars for me. I couldn't find any good editing apps, then I found this one. I'm a writer, and that means I need good covers. This app provides many fonts, and even backgrounds for the words. The only problem I have with this app is different shapes for the backgrounds, and more filters that REALLY effect the picture. But other then that, I TOTALLY recommend.

Photofy has many features & it's extremely easy and fun to use. I use it daily- IG posts with words of inspiration & messages to friends and family with personalized greetings of thanks or celebration. There are countless ways and reasons to use this extraordinary app. It's also nice to have one app that does it all for photo editing. I highly recommend it. UPDATE 2022: I've used the app for years, paid for numerous add-ons, yet now my photos have the Photofy mark. Disappointing.

I have loved Photofy since I came across it years ago and purchased the Premium content. I recently kept getting an error while attempting to log in as i had only linked my account to Facebook. I took the advice of the devs on my last review & opened "Artwork" and found the premium content & suddenly I was logged in & the tab reads "personal" above my FB email. Now that works, but I keep getting kicked back to the Home screen after hitting "continue".

It's has a ton of stickers and artwork. It's awesome for a mostly free app. I've paid $3 for another app and they don't have nearly as much as photofy. Love it. ----- Update: okay..I still love this app. Its still great. But I'm a little annoyed because I paid for the watermark removal but I have to pay again. This is what happened. I dont have alot of space on my phone. So uninstall apps often. Photophy is one of my favorite apps. But I uninstall from time to time to make room for another app I may need. But after uninstalling just once its acting like I never paid for the watermark removal.😞 why tho?!

I love this app but got whatever reason now I cant get into it. It just says I need an internet connection. I have been using it for a couple of years and never had this problem. There are photos I need to edit text onto for my business and cant do it because of whatever issue is going on with the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didnt fix it. Other than this new issue the app is great. Tons of content to choose from and just super easy to use.

I have not been able to get into this app in months. keep receiving a message that says give us a few moments to get the magic started after 10 minutes I still have nothing.. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it numerous times also restarted my phone still nothing. Please fix this soon love this app and miss using it. UPDATE Thank you for getting back to me with a solution. It worked. 🙂 Love this app. Its the best!!!!!

This was my favorite photo app ever, until I went to use it yesterday. I purchased the Premium package about 8 months ago because I loved and used it almost every day. Now, all it does is continuously try to load.... I tried to uninstall it twice, hoping it would fix the problem but it hasn't. I feel lost without it! What other app is out there that is compatible to this that actually works? Any suggestions?

Best photo editing app EVER. Has THOUSANDS of stickers, art work and the option to customize alot of them. Beautiful filters. For every occasion, every special moment... Great for promos and marketing too, if you're a business owner like myself. Inspirational, funny, and wonderful quotes. I could go on and on. This is a must have app for anyone wanting an amazing editor! I also love their updates, they're constantly adding even more great features! Bravo Photofy!!!

It takes forever to load and doesn't separate your albums. I have used this app since 2016 or 17 and you would think it would improve over the years but that's not the case and when I switched phones it didn't save all my purchases and I cant even remember which ones I had because I bought them over a year ago so now I have to repurchase effects which sucks.

7/31/22- update- I've played around with many different editing apps and I still find my way back to Photofy every time. ❤️ 2017- I'm a digital scrapbooker but found I just don't have time anymore for it. I decided to just use mobile apps to create my photos and layouts. Photofy can do it all. They offer cool add-ons purchases, but the basic app without spending any extra is also pretty amazing. Easy for social media sharing as well! Highly recommend! ❤️

Love the options, very creative. **UPDATED TO ADD: The update on 12.01.2020 messed the app up. I used this app to edit my photos for my business but now it hasn't worked correctly in a week. It doesn't show all of my photos as it did before and although it allows me to choose my photo, I can't move forward to edit. It allows you to edit the free stock photos, though. Hopefully this will be fixed very soon.

I have liked using Photofy, but lately I'm frustrated with it. I've had frequent crashes (even when I'm not using the app). I've reported feedback but not sure if it's getting noticed. Also had considerable problems with adding text. Trying to add a list of items. Sometimes forces to a second line, which I don't want. I try to reduce the font size, but it stays to 2 lines. If I double tap to edit text, try to remove the extra line, click yes to accept the font reverts back to large size and still on two lines. Also when entering text there's no option to reduce font size. Have to wait until I'm in edit mode. I'm on a droid. Have heard app is optimized on Apple, although not sure why!

awful!!! I got a free trial with Scentsy so I figured I would download it and give it a try. it doesn't work. at all!!! templates brings up a black screen and the artwork tab spins like its loading and then does nothing. thanks for wasting my free trial week. now I have no idea what it does or how well it works. I emailed support and got "that's odd we have an update coming out in a few days that should fix it." still no update and the app still doesn't work. highly disappointed

I down loaded this a day ago, or maybe couple days. I woke up early, and decided let's see what this one's about. And I got to tell you, it's an exceptional app. Interface was easy and just played around in it. It's great for anyone in business, marketing, advertising, to many to mention. I believe I do have a suggestion, and that would be, being able to choose your fonts style first. It wouldn't let me chose my font until the end. It just off sets your project. An exceptional app though.👍x 5=5

I LOVED PHOTOFY!!! I would use it for all of my editing, especially for making quick text graphics for my side biz... but all of a sudden, I can no longer edit my own pics from my Samsung camera.... I can select them with the check mark, but the app does not progress from there. It no only works with images I have saved from Facebook, or edited elsewhere, etc.... this makes me so sad! I HOPE THEY FIX IT!

Recently started crashing pretty often, even when I haven't used the app in a while (or maybe all day) it will tell me that Photofy has stopped. I want a white background that is easily made... or a way to make a template. I also want more artwork for sale. I especially want faith-based ones. I think I've purchased all of the ones that currently exist.

Not a fan of the update awhile back. Used to be easy peasy as soon as you opened the app. Now you gotta answer questions and jump through hoops just to edit a photo. Longer process and annoying as all get out. I was just ready to pay for the app at that point as well to be rid of the watermark.. until that update came and ruined the smooth experience. Still wish I could paste or Swype text. And adjust it to one line if made small enough. Otherwise... Fantastic!!
