im ashamed to telling this is our national airline. but it deserves 1 star if any level of less 1 star then that. whenever i book a flight they cancel or delay the flight. unfortunately every time my experience was so so bad that's why i highly recommended to all do not use this app or service it will just waste your time and disappoint you.nothing else

I booked flight and downloaded app for convince. The every time it send confirmation number just to see my booking, this app is working like a banking app where you need two steps authentication. I travelled different airlines non has this type of hassle app. App deserved one star or I will uninstall it as it's does not serve the purpose.

Don't know why PIA do not compare their app and website with another country airline's website or app to improve. PIA need to hire high quality developer to match with the changing world so that people like ourselves who like using national carriers do not turn their back. Right now the condition of app is that everyone struggle to book a flight so think would any tourist or foreign nationals bother to go on the app or website knowing he would fail to book a simple ticket. Wake up PIA ! PLEASE.

Very poor experience. Interface is not good at all. For all the tasks, app redirects to PIA's webpage instead of completing the same within app environment. I love my National Flag Carrier, always prefer to travel with it but please be professionals and stop letting us rate your apps 1 star. I'll change my rating to 5 star whenever the app start working like a proper airline's app.

It basically doesn't work. Using it on my S8 Plus. You click and pray that it does something. Completely useless. Couldn't make a booking or purchase a ticket. Waste of time. The worst app I have ever come across!! Wish there was a zero start rating. It doesn't even deserve a zero.

Please fix the APP as it gives mostly server error and if there is a luck we are able to select flights then it just shows in progress. My humble request to kindly maintain some standard of our National Flag airline. We are living in a world where countries are digitalizing themselves. Still we are in 70s era. Please fix it

I've updated to the latest update and I've used the Android app a couple months ago with no problem. Install the app and its not working,dnt know why they make the app if they dnt have the staff to handle?i can say, Making their services worst wherever. Please fix the APP as it gives mostly server error and if there is a luck we are able to select flights then it just shows in progress. My humble request to kindly maintain some standard of our National Flag airline.

Useless app. Cant make bookings with your card, because worldpay crashes. You are in suspense for a few days because you don't receive a confirmation. The transaction amount is shown as pending from your account which disappear s after 2/3 days. When you call them they ask you to visit their offices or go to a travel agent.

Great App but it has no practical use. I have checked in though the App but they've still asked me to check-in manually at the Airport. Ideally the QR code provided by the App should have been scanned at the counter but they insist that we should take paper based boarding pass. The App has no use at the Airport besides telling you your seat numbers in advance.

Its a big change from the lousy UI of the previous version. There is just one issue. Could you please add suggestions to it. Like if i search Islamabad to Madina on a certain date and the flight is available on a different date or if a connecting flight is available for the trip, it should pop up automatically.

App require a lot of improvements, for example Multi city and even for normal schedule it shows no schedule If user date selection for flights not available, it should show alternative date on which flight are available. Thanks for quick enhancements in advance Check other airline apps very user friendly, please keep it improvement frequently

1. No multiple city selection option. 2. No separate choice of departure and return flights, I don't like the choices you provide, want to choose whatever suits me best. 3. Really slow in processing, 20 MBPS fiber connection takes so much processing time, imagine using this app in remote areas Hoping to see our national flag carrier improve. Good luck

Hundreds of complaints but no one in PIA has cared to respond. The App keeps asking to update it, but when you do, nothing happens and it takes you instead to the uninstall page! This App is a waste of time. Besides, once username and password have been entered, it must remember it instead of having to insert the information every time the App is accessed. Please respond to my comments and let me know what is being done to resolve these issues.

The experience is as bad as possible. Please save yourself the trouble and don't make the mistake of traveling with PIA. They treat you like they are doing them a favour by taking your money to provide a broken app and rude, unrelenting representatives who do not help you and keep changing their statements, making you run between the app, phone calls, and their office. I would give 0 stars if I could.

we like pia as Maximum weight allowed more then others airline , tickets date can change easily .Mostly passengers Happy and prefer Pia.only need punctuality to take top position in Market.

There is too much animation used on the app as well as on the PIA website, which slows it down. please focus on service rather than appearance.

Totally useless app! Whenever you turn on the app, it keep saying "no internet connection", it requires mobile data and is useless with wifi. Checkin online, flight schedule, flight status, etc. is not working. Login page for award plus takes you to the webpage, and is not possible to login in app. 23.10.219 Application works much better now, flight status, view booking and checkin online working but still need to add award plus option.

The PIA app is useful, but there's a frustrating issue when searching for flights. Every time I try to adjust my search—whether it's changing the dates or destination—the app resets and forces me to re-enter everything from the beginning. This makes the search process unnecessarily time-consuming.
