The rewards are ok. They run the same ones all the time but they aren't bad. My BIGGEST issue with this app is the Reserve Parking feature. You might as well take it off the app because I end up having to call most of the time. It almost never works, especially as of recent. Now it almost never works. I think the last three times I've had to book it, it either took forever or I had to call to reserve a spot. FED UP with the Reserve Parking feature that never works.

What was once the best app in the industry has quickly become the worst app in the industry with a single update. Constantly crashes upon opening. Crashes when selecting a store from the map. The map tool used to be very good and is now sporadic and glitchy. Mobile fueling is awesome..... when it works. Before I was able to start the pumps within the app about 98% of the time with no problem. It has fallen to under 50%. This all needs addressed ASAP.

It's great when it works. Overall great UI, certainly adds convenience when fueling and reserving showers. However, it is the SLOWEST app I have. Slowest to open. Then sometimes takes up to a minute for some functions to show, like rewards section and especially receipts. Probably 10% of the time the app would not work at all, giving error messages. I would rate it two and a half stars at best. 🤷🏿‍♀️

I love Pilot & Flying J and think they've got a great rewards program. I fuel there almost exclusively. But. . They're app leaves a LOT to be desired. Everything takes forever to load, the app crashes every time I try to click on a specific location so that I can see fuel prices, parking available, etc. The only thing that works (sometimes.. and unreliably) is just opening the app and saving offers or getting a shower if you're already on location.

Dudes. This app is amazing. Just when you think it can't possibly get worse, the developers come through with an update that completely shocks you with just how bad it is. I have to salute you for your unceasing commitment to the incremental destruction of what used to be the best app of it's kind. · Using the map? Just rotate into landscape view and you will be logged out of the app completely! ·Want to quickly plan your trip? Of course not. ·Click on a location after sunset and the map resets!

Junk app! Takes minutes for app to load (5G and with good WiFi). Login fails on first try every time even when password is correct. None of the screens will load or update. When clicking the tiles on the home screen, it takes you right back to the home screen. The app has been complete garbage for several months! I've stopped using it and went back to competitor gas stations and their apps.

The app doesn't work today, and if it does work, it is prohibitively difficult to use the maps portion. If I'm looking for a particular location and find one, I tap on it, and it immediately kicks me off that page, and I have to tap on it over & over again, and eventually I will be able to stay in the location page. If I'm able to tell someone at PFJ about the problems, they always blame the user not updating the app (I updated), or the phone. If I tell them I did all that, they express shock.

This App has a great concept with many great features. Works the worst while parked at a fuel island. It crashes constantly and is about useless. Either the GPS is confused to where you are. Or it just crashes while you're searching for pricing or reserving showers. Reserved parking either disappears or doesn't work either. Also logs you out and forces you to reset password then doesn't accept it. Sends you an error telling you try again and still won't work.

Constant Crashing. After the last few updates all it does now is crash. Typically after selecting a different page. For example; when I select "Offers" it will go to that page, load for a couple seconds, freeze, then crash. Very rarely do I ever get to actually use this app longer than a couple seconds before it crashes. Update 9-11-23 Still doing it. Nothing has changed in 8 months.

I like the deals included within the app, I just wish that the information on the app was more accurate (i.e. correct amount of shower guests waiting on showers, navigation distance; basically, anything that has to do with time or distance is usually inaccurate). every single time I click on the app, the screen flickers uncontrollably and I have to go out of the app and back in again repeatedly until the flickering stops. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling again and again and updating app

I have a Samsung Galaxy A11, so 4 years old. Didn't have issues with the app until November of 2023. Since then the app repeatedly crashes as it opens. Multiple unistalls and re installs have not corrected the issue. When I called support, it was suggested I get a new phone. Seriously? Have you seen the economy lately? Putting food on my family's table is a priority, not buying a brand new phone.

Worst app on my phone. The absolute slowest app I've ever seen. If I could give a negative star I would. Logs me out at random times, especially when needing to get fuel and won't let me log in. Forces me to use card on several occasions and it's getting worse. Update: I see some things never change. If I could give a negative 5, I would. The loves app is by far better at service than the PFJ app. Why even have an app when it won't even load at most fuel stops? Yet PFJ refuses to do anything.

Doesn't work and will not open. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, still not working. Will not allow me to sign in either. App will not open? 4.11.24 This app is still not working on my Android phone. I reinstalled the app and when I click on "open" it just blinks and stays on the same screen. My phone has been updated and I have a fiber internet connect running 105mb? Any help would be appreciated. CSR on phone had zero clues and didn't offer an option. TIA..

The biggest issue that plagues this app are as follows; 1. You can not reserve a shower at ever location. 2. Reserve parking doesn't work at every location 3. The GPS signal isn't accurate. If you are at a Pilot that also has a Flying J's or another pilot nearby, you have to be careful if you're going to reserve a shower and double check and make sure that you are at the right location. Fixing these issues with easily get 5 stars from me

Ever since the May update, my app won't recognize me! Doesn't recognize my password & gives me an 'Oops, something went wrong' message when I try 'forgot password' icon. Uninstalling didn't fix the issue. At this point app is useless. At least my card still works at the pumps for some points, but I can't activate it to get any current bonus.

I'm putting a 2 star and will put it back to a 5 if the IT department can fix a huge flaw/bug in this app. I've uninstalled reinstalled multiple times and it doesn't fix the "Limit Reached" when trying to add missed fuel receipts almost every day, since the card scanner at the pump almost never reads my card. I'm calling customer service 2-3 times a week now to have them added. Thankfully they are very nice! Right now it's been 3 weeks of "Limit Reached". It won't go away or reset. HELP!!!

I hope this gets fixed. The map keeps quitting, settings don't stick, RV info is gone, etc. The old app worked so much better. Well over a month later and nothing has improved. It has gone from one of my best RV travel apps to basically worthless. Emails to PFJ have gone unanswered. Update: 06/18/24 Unable to access wallet function. It won't accept my code, and when I request a reset it sends an email link which goes to the app, and throws an error. Rinse and repeat with no resolution.
