Love the idea. Definitely improved the experience of locating relevant photos of my campers. Probably saves a ton of drive-home CDs from ending up in landfills as well. Camp mail is not very easy to use and won't even allow me to send a message to one of my two campers (delivery options are all greyed out). There's no way to contact anyone through the app to try and reset whatever is blocking this either. I also can't get any videos to play. It just goes to a black screen and when I back out it sometimes says Error, failed to play video (I noticed). It would also be nice to be able to zoom photos within the app since it's not always easy to identify whether your camper is in a photo when zoomed-out. Right now, you have to download a photo, navigate to the download folder, and launch it locally. Again, really great idea and right direction to take things. I look forward to this app maturing and getting better.

The app itself is great when it works, but on my Verizon HTC one android, it only works when I install it. If I get out of it and try to go back into the app, it won't respond. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time I want to get on the app. Please fix!

It worked for one day. Started acting weird day 2 and just froze completely on day 3. Very cool if it would work. I use a motoz.

I have an S7 Edge and it stopped letting me share pics after a while. Just goes to email and wants to send the same pic over and over. Doesn't help to reinstall. Very buggy!

The concept for this app is wonderful! You can add money to your kid's account, receive photo/video highlights each day, and send letters to your kid! Only issue is it's very glitchy and kicks you out sometimes.

I love this app so I can see pictures of my daughter as well as write her letters and received letters from her when she's at camp.

I have had a great experience with this app except for this past week I have not been able to login to my account and it says that my credentials are invalid. Can you please help me and tell me how to fix this?

Can we fix the photo gallery so we can find the tagged photos easier? I remember them being much easier to locate in previous years.

my kids are a very long way from home and I downloaded this app before they even got on the plane!! 😊 it's so great to keep connected with them while not bothering them when they are having the best week ever!
