OUR KEY FEATURES:
Kids GPS tracker – see your child's location on the map and the history of the day's activity - an online location diary. Make sure that your child does not go to dangerous places with our locator. You can also get your child a kid smart watch and connect it to the Pingo app.
Sound around – listen to what's going on around your child with the help of our location tracker to make sure they're okay. This feature works only if the child tracker is installed and set up on their phone.
Loud signal – send a loud signal to your child's phone where the child tracker is installed if they have left it in their backpack or on silent mode and can't hear the call. If they lose kid smart watch, you can also find them with the help of our GPS watch tracking app.
Screen time manager – find out what apps they used at school, and whether they played in class instead of learning. Pingo kids GPS tracker can be used instead of any parental control apps.
Notifications – make sure your child is on time for school: get notifications when they get to school, back home, and other places you've created. Our parent tracker app will send you a notification.
Battery control – remind your child to charge the phone on time: you will be notified if the battery is about to run out. The feature also works with kid smart watch and GPS watch tracking app
Family chat – chat with your child in the chat room with fun stickers and send voice messages in the child tracker app
You can see your child's online location for free once the devices are connected. Other features in the free version (like parental control app for child phone) are available with restrictions. To use all the features of the app, you should buy a subscription.
If your child doesn't have a phone, you can buy a kid smart watch and connect them to our GPS watch tracking app.

Almost perfect.............i won't rate it with 5 stars because it uses a lot of battery "juice". Other than that, it is as stated with the first 2 words, ALMOST PERFECT!!!!!

Worked once, then no more..... I went through the rigmarole of customer service trying to point me to different settings which didn't correlate with my phone. The fact that it had worked once proved that my settings were fine! Complete waste of time and money and if you're wanting this as a safety mechanism, it's frankly unsafe. I asked for a refund, but was met with so many hoops to jump through, I left it there. Research other apps before you pay £30 for this.

this is just wrong, I got in trouble at school and got grounded but i didnt expect it to be bad enough to where my mom started invading my privacy, I started using my computer more than my phone because of this app, it made me really unsafe because she can hear my conversations and see what apps ive been using. Im not typing this on my phone, im typing this on my computer because since my mom knows when i turn on my phone or even open an app just invades every single bit of privacy i have.

Horrible. Almost no privacy at all. Battery drains faster and they can hear everything. My parents forced me into downloading the app. I feel unsafe, uncomfortable, forced and controlled. I feel like I cannot have any space or without being watched. I enabled the one that they can hear conversations tho. I hope this app gets deleted because it is to much and takes up privacy. Besides, how would you like it when you get tracked almost all the time? Or when someone can hear whatever you say..

This app is completely out of control. It is a terrible way of invading privacy. This app makes me absolutely uncomfortable not to mention I have to turn on EVERYTHING without a choice. My parents said it's just location but this app is terrible and it makes me think my parents don't trust me at all. Terrible. Just terrible.

While it contains good intentions, there are 3 major issues with this app I feel are needed to mention. 1) The privacy for the kid is gone once their parents install this app, this essentially destroys the child's trust on their parents because it's too overcontrolling. 2) The app drains too much battery. I've had it drain 24% of my battery in minutes. 3) The app also asks for way too many permissions, I get that it's to work properly but it's still way too much.

It crashedand there is no way to speak to anyone to help fix it. For some reason i'm locked out on my phone and my child's phone and there's no number to call anybody. I had to pay for this service and they got there money. Fix this or I'm reporting this site...

It drains the child's phone battery very fast, which defeats the purpose of the app. Fully charged new Samsung went to school in the morning and at 14:00 when she was home battery was at 36%. Their refund policy shows zero faith in the app. The payment is not trhough Google, which means no refund options unless you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer.

I hate this app. It invades my privacy. Like I get grounded once and then my mom installs this PLUS parent control. And my battery has been going down way faster than before I had this app. I wish it never existed. And I feel that listening to your child's conversations is first of all weird and controlling and second of all let me have my privacy! As stated before I hate this app. 😁😑

we have been using this app for 12 months and it is brilliant. It definitely allows you to relax more when your child is out playing, you can just pick up your phone and check their location.

I would like a refund and have been trying to get a refund, but they make it annoyingly impossible to do so. The features I paid for do not work on my child's phone. Even though I have already paid, I am so disappointed that I am ready to cancel my subscription after 1 day. Do not buy this app!

Application drains batteries twice as fast since installing a week ago on a Moto and and an iPhone. I see a large battery usage from the Pingo app and a multi times increase in the mobile network usage, not acceptable. Continue working to improve these issues Pingo.

App stopped working, notification "not internet connection" where there is WiFi connected. Tried to uninstall and install again, same problem. Rubbish. Not recommended.

Useless and annoying. Doesn't have settings for or even work properly on tablets without sim cards. Hope the developer realizes that there is technology called wifi internet connection and that there are other technologies called smart devices that are connected to the internet and need to be tracked and don’t use cellular network connections! Your app is very annoying and no way to set up on the tablet and get red of the "your device isn't setup properly " popup message

The app is severely broken and malfunctions at every chance it gets. It'll drain battery several times more quickly when working, and then, when the battery goes below ~50%, it'll shut itself down. A ping sent now could go off now, or in five hours, or any random time between and after, it's purpose is to track locations and stalk, the first being better met by almost every single other app that asks for location settings, and the second not functioning at all on its own in the app.
