Doesn't track me well for workouts. There doesn't seem to be any intelligence in this app. It will lose track of me even if I use the lock feature, and if other people enter the frame it starts tracking them or whatever is moving. So disappointed.

They just can't get this right, the first version was bad, this one is shocking, swinging about all over the place, says "searching for body" whilst I'm literally right there, out of focus, juddery, so bad. Better off using the old version; marginally better....but only just.

Pivo is great makes is super easy to film my riding, but one thing, if phone died while taking a video it doesn't save, which is gutting, normal video on my phone will save if phone dies so assumed the app would do the same but it didn't and I lost footage of my first time jumping my horse so quite upset, but is great other than that

You've removed the cast feature that made me enjoy the Pivo and made my content creation the best ever, now it's like below par from these face tracking devices on the market. Please make the app draw over other apps on phone so we can use it with other apps. We bought it to create content now we can't use it.

The only plus is I can now play music while Pivo records random non-moving objects instead of me. It's actually worse than the Pivo play app, which was also terrible - but would at least work half the time so was somewhat bearable. Regretting buying a Pivo at this point. Disappointing - they need to stop advertising until the $200 product they are selling actually works!

Going to go back to using Pivo Play since this app does not improve the experience at all - I have no access to the videos I filmed; whenever I try to share them (e.g. to google drive so I can actually access them), the app crashes, or even trying to trim the videos itself it crashes again. Since the files ae saved in Pivo's cloud, I can't access them at all, and I'm also confused why the app itself doesn't natively let you save the videos direct to your phone. If I could give 0 stars I would

Update following developer response: Clearly not read the comment. My Pivo USED to have horse tracking, then this feature vanished from the app. I used it successfully for a while before this for horse tracking. It's also not a Pivo Red. ORIGINAL POST: Still missing the horse tracking feature that vanished months ago. Have tried fresh installs on multiple devices and nothing. Very misleading to advertise the device as capable of horse tracking when this option has been removed from the app.

Worked well for body tracking and facial tracking of humans with zoomed but I purchased this specifically for dog showing and grooming and it does not track animals well. I love the design and function but the tracking need improves as it is unusable for my work and not worth the budget spent on it when I cannot use it as intended.

Extremely poor AI experience. The face feature does not identify my face. The body feature will follow my body as long as it's moving. The image quality is terrible possibly due to the inability to find the face/body to focus. Incredibly disappointed as this entire gadget depends on this app.

I'm frustrated with Pivo. They update and now it's all Shakey like a drunk sailor. Nothing in my settings changed only thing that changed was the software update. It's frustrating!! Worked fine before all the updates. Been using the same phone for the last 4 years. So it's NOT my phone. I'm posting this as a review now as they refuse to post in the group. Possibly hiding faults in their decide. No fault of my phone had no issues until the last update. It's the pod & the software plain/ simple

For its price its ok, but the tracking is not ideal. If filming activities like roller skating its a pain because the movements are too fast for it unless you keep a distance. Turning off the zoom is an option which is nice, but it makes the videos less dynamic... so it simply needs better AI &/or faster pivoting. (It waits until youre on the edge of your phones screen to pivot, rather than prioritizing keeping the subject in the dead center of the shot, even with predictive movement turned on.)

Worked really pretty well when I first got it, and I was happy then, but with every update it got worse and worse and now it won't even connect. It shows me my device in the available devices list and then says it can't find it. On the rare occasions I can get it to connect it tracks for a couple seconds and then stops and loses me altogether. The tripod has also basically fallen apart. Disappointing overall, for the price!

This app is just flat out awful along with the pod. Not only does it not track well AT ALL it will lose you randomly and the app doesn't even support viewing its own videos and exports them to your phone in an unsupported file type (I have a note 20 ultra). The body tracking rarely works even when walking slowly and the face tracking is the worst. I do not recommend and wish I could get my money back. Update: purchased the pivo max and the app is still an issue. I don't recommend

Completely disappointed. It doesn't track at all. All their help videos are old and it doesn't even have AI tracking like they say you need to have to make it track you. As an Equestrian I was hopeful to be able to fill my rides but this was a complete let down. Nothing works it just buffers through "Finding face/body/horse/Dog" and never finds you.

Disappointing app overall. Loses body tracking on you if you move any faster than a jog, unless you jog really far away from it, in which case it zooms in *digitally*, even if the phone's camera supports 10x optical zoom (like my S22 Ultra). If other people get in the frame, adios tracking. The remote works from 40+ ft, but the ◀️, ▶️, ⏪, ⏩, and M buttons don't do anything.

Will not track a horse reliably. Basicly sits on "looking for horse" on end. Once it captures the horse, it is lost in the next turn. We tried with different horse colors and backgrounds. Currently the app and the pivo device is useless. Contacted customer support, but they took about 20 emails over 2 month to acknowledge the problem and now tell me that there is no timeline for a fix.
