Hello tech team at Americana it's time to WAKE UP! Please update the issues with this app ASAP! it's been really long since it's buggy and reading the reviews looks like I'm not the only one. Whenever i select the location the app crashes. And when i complete my order it shows cart empty.

The worst food delivery app. It's very slow, once you choose your order and add to cart, you will be surprised when you proceed to check out that the cart is empty.. If you keep trying again and again same will happen. It is slow and very poor app. I don't recommend

Worst app and customer service ever. I have order through the app and the order was failed but the money was still deducted. After which I had stay on line with the call center for 30 mins trying to get the order as the money was already deducted. But they have completly refused to help and assistant. I still did not get my money back. I will not be surprised if I will never get the refund. Their online team will never help you and are always unreachable even if you ask them to connect the call.

I spent 10 minutes placing my order on the app only for it to freeze when putting in my address. Even though i had already put in my address during the first 15 minutes i spent registering on this app. It wouldn't take my address, wouldn't check out. Closed it and placed my order on the website in 2 minutes. Thanks am deleting this app.

Nonsense App. Too many problems. Ordering any item is a big challenge. Selecting a store to pick-up from famous location is almost impossible. Bill is doubled in the payment page. Tried getting help from Customer Care. Call center agents are horrible in their tone and do not have any knowledge of the app and ask the customer instead. The Pizza Hut experience is getting worse day by day.

The basket shows 0 items even though you have placed an order. Does not work 90% of the time. Very bad app. Will waste your time. Also, if you pay through the app, most likely your order will not even reach the kitchen. Then you have to go through a big process of calling the call center, connecting with the store manager and whatnot.

Amazing. The pizza looked so appetizing when it got here. Slightly greasy, but that's to be expected with fast food. The free sauces are a nice touch and make the pizzas much more enjoyable. I orded the pan pizza, and boy was it good. Biting into it felt like biting into a cloud. I truly enjoyed eating every last bite of pizza. Don't get me started on the app layout. It's extremely easy to navigate and the design makes it easy to customize your pizza. would definitely order again.

Cheap tacticts, never run for offer, if u get a cheap offer, u will get very cheaper pizza too, yesterday i order this same offer believe me there were hardly 4 pc of chiken and 3 pc of mushroom on the whole large pizza and it was burnt so that we cannot recognize the lack of ingrediants, shame on you pizza hut shame on you. Dnt cover your cost by such cheap tacticts or else sell without offer. I have proof

I ordered the pizza. Although I put my address right, they keep on calling for the address and saying we will transfer the order to your nearest store. For 1 hour this process keep on going. After almost 1.5 hour I received my pizza. I will never order pizza again from this app.

I do online shopping extensively, unfortunately this is the only app where on a regualr basis money gets deducted and order fails, then you have to call them and it takes 10-15 days for money to be credited again. I have stopped using this app and started to hae dominie's

Everything is amazing. It would be great though if u had an online chatting support for example. Also, your free cheesecake codes never work. LoL. But apart from that, its an amazing app!

The prices are getting too high, and the limo pizza, too, the price went so up. They don't give the option of that we don't want additional items. I only need pizza, not Nutella pasta and stuff. They just want to increase prices, which is very bad. The discounts are also very boring on 60 dirham u will get a discount that also not a big one. Not at budget friendly. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very bad experiance with them. I order two large pizza they give me cery very bad taste thin pizza which have no taste and they charge me 65 AED for such bad quality. Dont go there especially in international city CBD 1.

I have ordered, the crust of Pizza is very hard and even it's not chewable. They are taking very fast feedback but without any solution 😕. Strongly not recommend to anyone

Third class app and services by Pizza Hut. Order delayed by 2 hours. No support provided. It is better to order pizza hut from other delivery apps.
