DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP, READ FEEDBACK OF MANY LIKE MYSELF. I paid a one-off fee as many others as this is wrong, I will take it up with Google Play. Only new customers should pay. I can't believe you think you've done us a favour when, in fact, you stole a previous payment and don't care

The older version (the one I bought) was much better than this one... And when you sell us a lifetime subscription, you can not change your mind and decide to impose a monthly subsciption!!

I have a premium account using email account due to ADSB feeding but this app does not seem to acknowledge that. Not evident where you set your account credentials

Top Ranking since 2009, I thought this was a new app?🙄 They cut and past that the old app (that I paid for) has not been updated for years(but they managed to update it to tell you to download the new very similar app🤔). They also managed to suddenly be able to switch it off, so strange that hey. It really is a smack in the face for all of us that supported you. The developers should be ashamed for just taking away something we have all paid for. Poor form developers. ☹️

I paid for the app. Now I can't Download on new phone as they want a paid subscription. Not good at all. I paid why can't I keep in 2024 they still doing subscription. What happened to my app I paid for. I see dwcwolpwra don't care

I paid money for the premium previous version. Now you've not only stopped supporting it, you've stopped access to it altogether. I wouldn't give you another dime because of this. How long until you do it to the next batch of 'customers'. BEWARE, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DEVELIPER

I had a fully paid account on the old version which has not moved over to this new version. Not happy at all. Seems to be a bit of a con or a loophole to not honour customers with paid App features.

I loved the app with filters, search, etc. I see a note that the original app was not updated for years,,,, but I would suggest that the "current or new or premium or whatever" version is just updates on the original code. Its updated just like all apps are updated and improved. If you promote a one time payment for premium features,,, then change your mind and want to charge for the same "now premium" features, under the guise "that was a different app",,, does google permit that...

No other app matches feature set and ease of use like plane finder. Best app for flight live tracking, flight boards, airport connections and much more. However, multi device sync for 'my flights' and family library are a must next updates.

Complete Scam, don't give them your money. Recently I tried to open the app and it wasn't working, I got a new phone earlier this year and hadn't used it for a couple months so I was wondering what was up. I had a lifetime membership and then I found out they had ended that app and restarted it under a slightly different name and started a subscription payment for it. How does that work Google? How do you let scam artists like this developer get away with that? How long until they do it again?

This is a truly fantastic app. I have a keen interest in aircraft and air movements worldwide so I can see in an instant what is flying where, plus all the aircraft details and particulars. Now that the weather has improved I hear an aircraft passing overhead and have it visible,I then click on Plane finder and in an instant have all the particulars of the aircraft. Very interesting and informative.

I was one of the old paid members that was discarded (I had no issues with the old app). I'm on a free trial of the new spec. For those thinking of moving across I give 1 star. The new app alerts have been set to a limit of 25 (unlike the old version that allowed many more), which isn't enough for an enthusiast. There's lots of new features the old app didn't have which might suit new users, but I'm not interested in those as FR24 offers them for a lower subs.

Great idea with the AR camera view, but the data (flight position, info) does not update too frequently. I'll have planes teleport into my map view out of nowhere (eg they are not doing a straight line, so the app doesn't predict where the plane is accurately). Also lots of planes simply missing from the map.

I paid for the premium version of this app before they moved to a subscription model. The version I paid for no longer functions at all, no planes show anywhere in the world. I would understand not updating the old version of the app, but breaking it completely to try to squeeze more money out of early adopters is shameful

I will not support a company that redesigns its app and recharges previous patrons that supported it in the past. The very least they could do would be to allow prior patrons to keep the same features as they paid for. Other developers that have not done this courtesy are no longer around. Also, the subscription price is more greed than anything else. $20 per quarter!

This "Lite" version is more of an ad delivery system than a trial or representation of what to expect from the paid version. First it starts off on the opposite side of the world, and you have to manually navigate to your current location. I should say attempt to. The app crashes every time you swipe very far...so I cannot try the app in my location. The ads load flawlessy every time though.

Great flight tracking app. Real-time "live" and accurate tracking. I like the map and labeling options. Seems to use less system resources - runs in the background less than others. Very good deal for the year subscription. Extremely friendly and helpful customer support. Of course there are ads in the free version, that's how products work. No ads for pro/paid version. And I saw other reviews stating the presence of ads on their paid version. So I double checked and there definitely are't any.

Poor redesign and untrustworthy. The old version was great. Simple. Easy to navigate. Now the map is difficult to see and who the flip needs satellite view and who thought the little yellow planes were a good idea?!? Like a swarm of hornets. I'm interested in the planes, not topography. They evidently changed their minds as regards one time purchase and gave us all the finger. Instead they shove features in our faces some of us never asked for because $ub$cription model and in-app purcha$e$.
