The update went weird. I don't like it. Why did everyone get signed out automatically during the updates? Last week, every single person at the gym was having trouble logging in. Most importantly, the snapshot record option is missing. For those of us on the go or who can't really log records manually, this is a set-back. Snapshot workouts were really one of the main encouragements for me to come to the gym. Please bring snapshot workouts back?🙏

One thing i would really like to see in the app is a machine smart code scanner and the ability to see machine adjustment settings and the last weight used, especially for the 30m workout since adjustment time is very limited. I really like the 30m circuit and use my phone for music, so getting a few seconds of rest without trying to remember settings would be appreciated.

The update is absolute trash. In addition to losing almost all saved data, you are no longer able to manually enter workouts with the correct information. The update only allows you to select whole numbers and auto-populates incorrect information, effectively making this app useless except to scan in to the gym instead of carrying a physical card. It is obvious no one tested this app with a product review team. A complete and utter disappointment in every regard.

Overall, it's a great app! The check-in feature is the most useful! I am frustrated with the inability to switch my preferred gym. It was 2-3 weeks after moving before I realized the crowd meter was still showing my old gym. It's been a few more weeks of me on-and-off again trying to figure out how to change it to show my new location's crowd meter. I contacted support, and they said it cannot be done in the app and I "may" (?) be able to do it on the website, but otherwise contact my gym.

This app update is horrible. They lost half the sessions, it no longer imports from other apps, it doesn't track attendance, and the ability to track activities has been hindered. No more snapshot entries, manual only. You can only record predefined exercise, time, date, and duration. Duration doesn't allow his, minutes, seconds only a flat number. They destroyed what was a somewhat useful app by giving us trash. Give us the old app back, even with its flaws, it was more useful.

Terrible after update. Used to be able to track accurately and in detail the time, calories, and distance I worked out, week over week, and easily enter workouts with xCapture. Its all gone and replaced with stuff I dont care about. Entering workouts manually does not account for detail and just estimates. Its always way off of what I actually did. Very very disappointed.

The app seems pretty straightforward and has a lot of good content on it. I don't particularly use any of it but I looked at it and it seems okay. My main gripe is that you're basically forced to have the app to check in. It has a crowd meter that supposedly tells you how busy your selected gym is but it seems pretty inaccurate to me. I just left the gym and it was packed and the "crowd meter" said it was only 3/10 where I would assume it was more around 6/10 at least.

A lot of information on machine use and video workouts, but lacks 1) a search bar, to save from scrolling the entire list of machines or videos and 2) the ability to add anything to a list for planning future workouts. It's nice to keep track of what you've already completed, but these would be helpful additions, if only for Black Card members.

Great app but would really love to see - as some have already mentioned - a way to create a favorites list of the trainer videos to enable targeted workouts and be able to easily find the videos the next time. Having to keep searching through all the videos or filtering them detracts from the overall workout experience, especially if you choose to do multiple videos back to back and have to continually search for your next video.

UPDATE: Very easy to follow and track everything. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is the app crashes a lot and at times it will not track. At least 3 times a week it crashes. Now the crowd meter is way off. It had all bars when I went in the morning but the place was not crowded. I accidentally clicked on it after hours and the crowd meter had 4 bars while the place is empty. Needs to be fixed. Will give 5 stars once this app is running better and stops crashing.

Really stupid you need an app to sign in. Was easier with the barcode keychains. The crowd meter is criminally incorrect. Its actually impossible for it to show more than 50% full. Most often, app shows 20% full, yet 50% of cardio and 80% of actual weights are all taken. I get to use a rack twice a month tops. Extremely dishobest, might just leave the gym.

What's with the stupid logo change on Android? Was barely even able to find the app with whatever design this is! Just like the interior of the app, it's horribly designed. A month later, there is absolutely no improvement to functionality. Additionally, the app ads exercises by itself and getting to the edit page for each activity are cumbersome. You should have a section for videos. A section for sponsors and have a better design for adding exercises. This app could be so much better.

App is great for checking in and scheduling spa appointments. Works fine for workouts. Some suggestions would be having a reminder notification or even somewhere that shows what spa appointments you have scheduled, since I forget almost immediately. Also having some kind of way to keep track of the weights on each machine you use. The activity tracker isn't that great, Something more simplified with just a general activity list with times and weight/ resistance/ incline would be better.

The new version of the Crowd Meter is completely useless. A gym location ("club") can be almost completely full with people, with no cardio equipment or weight equipment left to use, and the app will say that it's only 2 bars full (out of 10). How am I supposed to plan my visit accurately when the information is not accurate? The previous Crowd Meter was very accurate in representing how full the gym was.

the workouts available for home exercise are amazing. they include high impact and lower impact, which are great for beginners. you just have to have the commitment to start. and the gym experience is great. The app makes it easy to understand how to use the equipment. staff are glad to help from what I see. I really like this app and the gym. I still have more to discover!

App is super hard to work and find specific things. You want to do you workout, cool scroll through 200 other videos to pick up where you where. You want to schedule a class, cool here is today and tomorrows classes. Oh no they've already been filled ok then here's next months classes for the week but it's closed. It's hard to work when your trying to get fit for the first time and use it as a proper tool rather than just another app.

About the only things this app are good for are for checking into the gym and seeing the wildly inaccurate crowd meter. Nothing in the app is organized intelligently. And you can forget about finding workouts you want - between the poor organization, non helpful categories, the lack of a working search to pull up things you'd be interested in, and the promotion of useless workouts at the top of the page, just because they're intersectional voices or whatever make the experience truly abysmal.

The Crowd Meter on the app is pretty useless. It always shows just a 1 but sometimes it's crowded and sometimes not. Really wish they would fix it to actually show the correct info. Basically right now if the Crowds Meter shows a 2 then the gym is packed with almost no equipment available. It's never a 3 but that would be standing room only. So what would be a 10?

I love the app. it's a fun and easy way to work out when i can't make it into the gym and also helps me learn my way around the gym. I would like to be able though to search the machine tutorials by type of exercise. For example I was unable to fund results searching for upper body in these tutorials and had to search Google instead to find what I wanted to know. itheuse, I love it!

The app is fine and easy to use for check ins. I would like to see more versatility in the journey tracking however. Machine workouts account for half of the available usage, but there's nowhere within the app that lists these machines for tracking. Adding these in would be great in the future. As for member perks, they're also just alright. I wouldn't complain if they had a bit more of a selection relative to fitness in general. +2 more stars if the app sees some of this updated though.
